Chapter 352 Yakitori

School was exactly like a jail to someone like him. 

Sullivan felt like time moves slower than normal.

He looked at the clock. He was sure that one hour had passed but to think it was just mere minutes.

He couldn't help but sighed.

"I am going to go insane before I can control my power."

He wanted to skip classes today but there would be a major event happening inside the school so he couldn't do what he wanted to do.

He had to wait for Rias to call him so he could leave this jail.

And it was in the third class that he was called to the occult club.

Rias and Sona could do anything inside this school.

"Finally… I can get out of this hell…"

Sullivan with great speed moved from the classroom to the occult club room.

When he reached the occult club room. He saw everyone there.

When they saw him. They nodded at him. He was their trump card in order to beat Riser.

"Where is Kiba?"

Everyone was there except Kiba.

"I sent him to the hospital to have therapy. I can't let him here as he might cause a problem."

Kiba was unstable so she decided to send him away first.

"Is that so? I am relieved that you listen to me."

Sullivan then went to sit on the sofa. Koneko and Akeno went to sit near him.

This made Rias raise her eyes brow a little then she just let them be.

She needed to think of a way to deal with Riser first.

Everything went according to the canon events.

Sullivan didn't even have to do anything as the world was trying to correct its path.

Now he had become a full fledged protagonist of this world.

"Very interesting, Maybe this is one of the reasons why Grabiel wants me to come to this world. I need to learn many things in order to use my divine power."

Sullivan took note of everything that could help him control his power.

Having power but could not use it made him annoyed. He felt like he was nerfed or something.

Sullivan was now sitting on the sofa with Koneko and Akeno.

He looked at the major plot unfolding in front of him.

Riser had appeared. And he was very arrogant.

He acted like Rias was his woman but with the power of destruction.

He didn't dare to come near her.

Even though he was nigh immortal. He still could feel pain.

"Riser has come to see his woman. You all move out of this room this instant."

He still referred to himself in third person. Sullivan didn't know how he could use it so confidently.

Rias of course wouldn't let him do anything he wanted.

This was her turf.

"Riser, You don't have the right to order my people. And I am not your woman. Do you want to die that badly huh?"

Rias said with a sneer. She wanted to punch his face but she knew that if she did that Grayfia who was hiding inside the room would stop her.

Even though her brother was one of the maou. He couldn't help her if she started the fight first.

"Riser won't die even if you kill him. But are you sure that you don't want them away? I might have slipped my hand and injured them."

Riser showed his fire. It was so hot that it raised the temperature inside the room.

But when the room temperature began to rise. It then dropped rapidly.

It wasn't Grayfia who interfered but Sullivan.

"What happened?"

Riser didn't know that it was Sullivan who had messed with him.

He tried to raise the temperature more but the result was still the same.

"What did you do? Rias Gremory."

Riser asked Rias with suspicion. He thought that she might have laid a trap to make him lose face.

"Why do I have to tell you? You appear unannounced to mess with me. This should be expected. Go back to where you come from. Yakitori."

"Yakitori? Why did you call me that?"

Riser didn't know japanese.

Even with the all speak ability that the devil had. If it was a name. They could not translate it directly.

So Rias just messed with him and called him Grilled Chicken.

"Riser-sama, Yakitori means Grilled Chicken."

And it was his queen, Yubelluna who told him what the word meant.

And it was a great insult if someone called them chicken.

They were Phenex and not Phoenix for a reason.

"You dare insult me like that Rias Gremory!"

Riser was very angry now. His flame became blue. But even with his anger state. The room was still cool and chilly.

It was like his flame was just for show.

"I think tea is cold now. I will go and warm it."

Akeno timely said that. It even made Riser funnier.

Sullivan couldn't help but snicker a little and then nodded.

"You dare to make fun of me. A mere Yokai like you?"

Riser couldn't beat anyone inside the room except someone who wasn't with Rias.

And that was Sullivan. The new face here.

Riser wanted to burn Sullivan but his flame went out before it could reach him.

"What…"

Riser couldn't believe it. He tried to attack Sullivan again and again. But the result was still the same.

Grayfia, who saw everything, thought that it was time for her to intervene.

She just wanted to observe a little but she didn't think that someone could make a fool out of Riser like this.

'As expected of someone related to her. He must be very strong. Maybe as strong as I am…'
