Chapter 322 Someone related to him [Edited]

Somewhere in the rocky terrain in the world without any life-form.

The spider group had come to a halt. They could not go anywhere further.

Gwen felt like shit. She didn't know what to do right now.

They passed through many universes but they rejected them so they could not stay there for more than three hours at best.

Even Sullivan's universe treated them like they were parasites which was pretty accurate.

They were indeed parasites to any universe.

"Hey if we don't do anything. We are going to die here!"

Peter spoke to her. They treated her as their leader which she found ridiculous.

She should insist on waiting for Sullivan to come back first. If they waited for him. It wouldn't be messy like this.

She looked at the thing that would be the cause of their demise.

It was a device that had helped them go through the multiverse.

And now it reached its limit and was about to explode.

"Hold on! I will try to fix it!"

Penny tried to fix it but it had reached its limit and she couldn't fix it even if she wanted to.

"If Sullivan was here. He would know what to do…"

Penny cried. She had faced many worst things in her life which could be changed if Sullivan was there to help her.

But now that the guild treated her like she was a betrayer. Her fate was fixed in the stone. And she would never be able to change it.

And even if she tried to change it. Miguel won't let it be. He would do everything in his power to make sure that things stayed the same as they should be.

He had his reasons but she also had hers too.

Only someone like Sullivan could help her but her hope was so dim.

"It was about to explode, everyone duck!"

Peter exclaimed frantically. He forgot that ducking wasn't going to change anything.

They would die even if they were to be far away from it for a hundred light years.

And when it was about to explode. They braced themselves.

They thought they were going to die but something unexpected happened.

The device was erased out of existence by unknown power.

Penny and everyone looked at the device in shock. 

"What happened?"

Spider ham asked everyone he almost shit his pants.

"I don't know. The device just disappeared."

They tried to figure out what had happened but they couldn't find the answer.

"Even though we didn't die from the explosion, we will die because this universe will erase us soon."

Peter spoke unwillingly. He thought of his family. His wife just got pregnant and now he was stuck in an unknown world.

They didn't know how to get out.

Everyone heard Peter. They couldn't help but feel sad.

"Hey, don't make everyone scared like that. I will tell you this. I already let Sullivan know about our situation. He will find us soon. And I think that the device has disappeared. It must be because of him!"

Miles told them about the phone and a clip video he left in his universe.

Heard him, everyone felt better. And then Penny thought of something.

"Wait a minute Miles. I knew that everyone in my group got banned from the guild but what about you?"

Heard her, everyone looked at Miles in hope.

If he could access the guild system that meant they could ask for help.

"Oh right, I forgot about it!"

Miles hurriedly opened the guild system and it worked just fine.

He wasn't banned from using the guild system.

They felt very happy. And at the very moment. They heard a very beautiful voice.

And as they were about to ask Miles to contact Sullivan. They found that a stranger was among them.

They reacted fast and were on guard ready to fight.

"Who are you? Why are you here?"

They got into many bad situations unexpectedly. So they needed to be careful around stranger.

And the stranger that appeared among them must be very strong because they couldn't sense her.

"Don't worry young ones. I don't intend to do anything bad to you all. Just curious about what my nephew got from lord father. That's all."

"Nephew? Lord father?"

They looked carefully at the stranger again. They felt like they saw her somewhere before.

'She and Sullivan look so much alike. Her hair, Her eyes…And aren't those angel wings!'

Gwen was the first one to notice and was shocked. Was this woman related to Sullivan?

"Someone guessed my identity right. That's right, I am related to him. He's my nephew after all. And you all are under his protection. I can't just let you die in this lackluster universe right."

The woman with angel wings spoke as she looked at Gwen and smiled.

Her eyes burn with pure holy power.

"Oh my, Oh my, Your future is really interesting. Well, I can't stay here for long. I am going to help you with the problem of the universe first. Sullivan will come here in a bit but please don't tell him about me. I want it to be a surprise when he comes back to earth."

The woman helped them with a snap of her finger. She was related to Sullivan alright.
