Austin expressionlessly looked at the notifications of his level-up after killing the demonic ape.
His overall stats hadn't increased for a while, but his control over his abilities had entered a new realm of power.
He had been in this world so long that he was getting tired of it, although it was an extremely good place to level up!

the system's voice was heard in Austin's mind as he was sent out of this dimension, appearing back on earth, or more specifically the run-down factory in New York.
Austin stood there shirtless and looked like a mess, but he didn't bother and read the system's interface.

these were the classes Austin could choose from, They all had cool-sounding names, but he was never the type to choose something based on the cover.
"system, give me a brief explanation of these classes," Austin said before he momentarily appeared high in the sky and disappeared.

Austin appeared back inside his dorm room silently, looking at the time he realized that only a couple minutes had passed while he was inside the class change dimension.
Between the 4 classes, they all brought terrifying powers to their wielder some of the powers were even godlike to some degree.
he was conflicted about what to choose, they all had bizarre abilities which could grant him a foothold in this chaotic world, even putting him against godlike beings shortly.
"it was such a great choice that I didn't choose a basic class," Austin thought with relief, not only had he gained so many levels, his battle instincts and abilities had grown astronomically.
Austin held back on choosing his class, for now, the system informed him that he could choose anytime he wanted.
Although he was hungry for power, he wanted to choose the best choice possible.
Austin took a warm long shower and cleaned off all the dirt which had accumulated on his body, after making sure he was back to normal Austin looked into the mirror.
his height had reached 180 cm from the prior 178 and seemed to be increasing.
Austin got dressed after leaving the bathroom and looked at his status screen.
"now for these stat points," he said with a smile.
[Stat Points]: 40
he now had 40 stat points which could be allocated to his stats, considering all of his stats amounted to over 70 or so, adding these 40 stat points will increase his strength by more than half.
Austin didn't hold back in spending his stat points, he began by adding 15 points to his intelligence, 8 points to his strength, 8 points to vitality, and 9 points to speed.

Austin clicked his tongue upon seeing his new stats, a stream of energy had traveled through his body and increased his physical ability.
with the huge increase in his intelligence, his magical power became stronger and stronger.
As much as being strong mattered, Austin preferred using mana more, Afterall he could do more with mana than he could with his body alone.
a prime example of this was the magic illusionist class which gave one the ability to create infinite illusions and trap people in a world of their creation.

Austin closed his status screen before picking up his phone, a black card appeared from within his inventory and fell into his hands.
Austin's hands pressed the numbers on his phone at a fast and precise speed before dialing the number.
ring!!
a sound was heard, the call had been picked up.
"Hello, who is this," The person on the other end of the call said in confusion, it was Phil Coulson.
"it's me, the gamer" Austin replied calmly.
"the gamer?" Phil Coulson thought for a while before he widened his eyes in shock and said over the phone "it's you, so you decided to call me after so long? and at such a time of the night, too" Phil Coulson said with a frown.
" I had some things to do, I couldn't call you even if I wanted to" Austin lied to Phil as he momentarily came up with an excuse.
" alright , so do you wish to meet our leader now?" Phil Coulson asked calmly, he wasn't sure what this guy would say but he still had a job to do.
he had been confident that Austin would call him the next day but was met with a surprise when he didn't get a call even after waiting all day.
"yes, call me tomorrow, and I'll meet up with you guys, you'll have to come to pick me up," Austin said before ending the call before Phil could respond.
Austin fell onto his bed and fell into a deep sleep, he was extremely tired after being in that dangerous world for more than a day.
he could finally rest on a warm bed now.
