31 Chapter Thirty-one (31)

Returning back to the lab, James seemed normal as though he didn't just recieve powers that basically made him a god. Reality warping was all about mind over matter, he didn't want life to be boring as it was for most reality warpers and the way to do that was to live like the one and only Lucifer (DC). Lucifer was Omnipotent from birth and yet he enjoyed life because of one reason alone, he didn't let his powers control his life, only using them when absolutely necessary or just to prank people and James planned to live the same way, he now had the power to deal with any situation that arises so now he could live life in peace.

[So what's the difference] Paris asked

"It's a lot actually, the range is now through the roof, I feel like I can turn the entire universe into my own fun house" James replied

[I can relate] Paris replied and James nodded because he knew that Paris actually understood after all she inhabits a perfect cosmic cube.

The best way to explain Paris' power is that she is on par with the Cosmic Egg in power. Normal cosmic cubes use a little bit of energy from the energy from the beyond realm and they are able to warp reality on a planetary scale but Paris' original cosmic cube was largely different. From the videos he saw of when Paris was creating the cosmic cube, he could easily tell that her cube collected way more energy than required to create a regular cosmic cube.

(A/N: The Cosmic Egg is a combination of 30 different Cosmic cubes that held power dwarfed only by the Infinity Gauntlet)

James guessed that it was due to a limitation in technology that A.I.M was only able to create such a small cube but when Paris was making hers, she had to use a room where space was distorted thus making it way much more larger than it was and yes, James already had such technology even before Paris merged with a Cosmic cube. Paris had created a massive matrix of force fields that were roughly the size of a small planet and required three days of continuous infusion of Beyond Realm's energy before the cosmic cube was fully formed.

Kubik, Shaper of Worlds, Kobik and all other cosmic cubes could only warp reality on a planetary scale but Paris in her new cosmic body could warp reality on a universal scale theoretically. So if there was anybody who could truly understand how he felt at the moment then it would be Paris.

"I can't really say that the feeling isn't familiar, it feels like I am wearing the Tenth Metal armor" James said

[It's that serious] Paris asked, completely flabbergasted, the Tenth Metal armor should allow James to warp reality on a Multiversal scale but here he was comparing it to his new powers.

"Now I understand what Superman means by 'living in a world made of cardboard', I just became way overpowered but that doesn't matter, anyway let's move on to more important matters" James said changing the subject as he stood up

[What do you want]

"The fantastic four or at least the soon to be fantastic four"

[There will be a cosmic storm within the year if they are to gain their powers anytime soon then it would be then] Paris said

"What about the government, any word on there...." James asked to make sure that things played out as they were meant to and to know where he could replace the government to ensure their origin remained the same and they got their powers.

A Week Later,

Located outside city limits, a large building filled with various scientific equipment could be seen and groups of people could be seen working on a large rocket which stood towering over everyone and basically everything else in the room. This group worked on the massive rocket using the help of several mechanical hands to help with the heavy lifting and personally performed any task that required precision and caution to accomplish.

"You want me to fly this thing" A balding short man asked as he looked up at the massive rocket

"Yeah, you are the best flyer I know" a slightly taller man with a more slender build replied

"You know I'm not an astronaut or something like that, I'm just a pilot"

"Don't worry the cockpit is basically the same"

"This is a damn rocke….."
