94 Chapter 092 Arrival of Thor

Chapter 092

The quinjet shook as a figure landed on top of it. Steve and Tony gave each other glances as Natasha and the pilot tried hard to control the jet.

Alex could see Loki smirking but at the same time, a hint of annoyance was on his face too.

Suddenly, Tony stepped forward and picked up his helmet. Putting it on, he opened up the rear hatch door.

"What are you doing?"

Steve asked, but at that moment, a figure landed on the hatch door. Alex's eyes widened as he looked at him.

It was Thor, the god of thunder!

Although he was expecting him, seeing him up close really was something else. He looked a lot like Chris Hemsworth but had a god-like aura around him.

Currently, he looked angry.

He stepped inside the quinjet and Tony immediately tried to intercept him but Thor simply pushed him away, using his magical hammer, Mjolnir.

After that, he picked up Loki from his collar and jumped out of the quinnjet.

Tony stood up after Thor jumped down. Although Alex wasn't able to tell his expression, he guessed that it wasn't something good.

"And now there's that guy." Tony muttered.

"Another Asgardian?"

"That guy's friendly?" Steve asked and Alex chipped in.

"I think so."

"Doesn't matter. If he frees Loki or kills him, the Tesseract's lost."

Tony said, walking towards the hatch door and Steve quickly tried to intercept him.

"Stark, we need a plan of attack!"

"I have a plan. Attack." Tony said, turning around before jumping off the quinjet.

Grabbing the chance, Alex ran after Tony.

"I will go after him."

Steve and Natasha didn't try to stop Alex as they knew that the situation was too rushed to think of a plan. Turning towards Steve, Natasha said.

"I'd sit this one out, Cap."

"I don't see how I can." Steve replied.

"These guys come from legend. They're basically gods."

She said as Steve picked up a parachute and walked towards the open hatch.

"There's only one God, ma'am. And I'm pretty sure he doesn't dress like that."

After saying that, he jumped.

* * *

It all happened like the original movie after that. Thor and Loki confronted each other before Iron man appeared and then, a fight started between the two of them.

In the end, Steve tried to stop the fight but it didn't work. After Thor slammed his hammer into Steve's shield, a large force explosion happened, stopping the fight.

The only difference was that this time, Loki tried running away when they were fighting. This hasn't happened in the movie but Alex didn't think too much about it.

Changes were inevitable no matter what he did.

Fortunately, he and his wolf were there to not let Loki run away and capture him. This time, Loki tried to use more of his strength but Alex ended the battle early by using bullet time and lightning strike.

Currently, they were sitting on the Helicarrier as Loki was moved to his cell. Tony had gone somewhere and only Bruce, Thor, Steve and Natasha were there alongside Alex.

"So, was it hard?" Bruce asked, looking at the screen. A display of Loki getting transported to his cell was on it.

"Not really. It almost seemed like he wasn't trying." Alex answered, trying to get the Avengers to be on guard.

"That's true." Natasha agreed with him. "It was really weird considering how many people he killed in the last two days."

"Think he has a plan?"

Steve said, looking towards Alex. Although he was the youngest among them, the super soldier could tell that he had a steady head on his shoulders.

"Doesn't seem like the type of guy to not have a plan. I think we should ask Thor about it?"

Alex said looking at Thor and seeing everyone looking at him, the Asgardian God sighed before explaining.

"Loki has an army… They are called the Chitauri…"

He began to explain and everything went exactly the same as how it went during the movie. Thor explained about the Chitauri and everyone saw Fury interrogating Loki.

Then, Thor entered and talked about Iridium, a stabilising agent Clint has stolen on Loki's orders.

Alex smirked when he saw Tony plant a chip on one of Shield's computers but didn't say anything about it. He kept silent and only Steve bothered to talk to him.

Maybe due to the fact that he was feeling left out of the conversation, he talked about his powers and asked Alex about his, and how he got into the superhero business.

"So, you just got these powers one day? Back in my day, it was more painful." Steve said and Alex chuckled.

"Yeah, well, I went through my own troubles when I was starting."

As they were talking, Tony suddenly looked towards them and chipped in.

"Hey, fanboy."

"What?"

Alex looked at him with a confused face. He knew Tony had a habit of giving nicknames but he never thought he would be called 'Fanboy'.

"You helped out a bit in the Stark expo. Didn't you do it cause you are my fan? No need to be shy."

"Not that much to be called a fanboy."

Tony chuckled at that and moved towards him. Extending a hand, he said.

"I don't think we formally introduced ourselves yet. I'm a big fan of your wolf. Can I buy it?"

"It's not for sale."

"That's too bad. Anyway, I was trying to contact you for months. Didn't get my mail?"

Alex shook his head and Tony just acted like he was heartbroken before chuckling and offering him something.

"Anyway, how about you come to Stark Tower after all this is over? I can get a drink and will get you some milk."

"Is it an offer? Why? I'm not really a genius like Dr. Banner."

Alex asked, wondering what Tony was after. He had seen him offer Bruce a chance to work with him in the Stark Tower. But why him?

"I'm interested in your powers? They really don't care about science. I have never seen such things before and I'm the type to be fascinated by them."

"I will think about it."

Alex replied simply, trying not to give a definite answer.
