72 Chapter 71: First Kiss!?

"So, what did I say? It's one hell of a spectacular view, isn't it?" Asked Pharaoh lightly with a smile as he turned and glanced at Sara, who was silently staring out into space.

"Spectacular doesn't do it justice; this is otherworldly." Said Sara softly in awe as she glanced at Earth.

"Heh, I don't know whether that was on purpose or not, but good pun. Though yeah, you're not wrong; this is something I'll never forget." Remarked Pharaoh with a slight smirk as he looked at Earth alongside Sara.

Sara and I were currently sitting on the moon, observing the beauty outer space had to offer; we'd been here for a few minutes already, though neither of us looked to be bored at all. I mean, when you get to see a view like this, how could anyone ever get bored? The sight of the Earth just floating in the void of space, circling a big ball of burning gas, gave you a slight existential crisis; it allowed you to somewhat realize how small and truly insignificant we are in this vast and infinite universe.

'Though, I do wonder: where is Krypton? Or, where was Krypton?' Mused Pharaoh as he looked up at the sea of shining stars, spotting the constellation Orion.

"Sara, want to play a little prank on the world?" Asked Pharaoh with a smirk as he suddenly stood up and dusted his clothes off while holding Sara's hand, which he had been doing constantly.

"Hmm, I'm listening." Replied Sara thoughtfully before nodding and standing up with Tut's help.

Smirking, I looked around and through the moon until I found what I was looking for; flying around the moon, Sara and I landed several miles away, right beside the U.S. flag.

'You can even see the footprints of the astronauts that first landed on the moon.' Thought Pharaoh with a slight smile as he glanced at the large footprint of a boot.

"So, do you plan to mess with the flag, Pharaoh?" Asked Sara curiously as she glanced at the flag, which was older than both her and Tut combined.

I didn't respond to Sara and instead lifted the flag; flipping it, I stabbed the flag pole back into the ground; it wasn't much, but imagine when the people of Earth see what happened, they'll be freaked out.

"Aliens!" Yelled Tut with a fake scared expression as he backed away from the flag pole, causing Sara to roll her eyes and chuckle.

"Really, Pharaoh? You're so stupid sometimes." Remarked Sar lightly with a shake of her head, causing Tut to smirk.

"Oh c'mon, it'll be funny; imagine all the organizations and governments, when they look up at the moon, only to spot the U.S. flag pole, which hasn't moved in the last half century or so, to be suddenly upside down? They're instantly going to think Aliens." Replied Tut with a smirk as he turned and looked at Earth.

"Besides, to every nation other than the U.S. given the definition of Alien, they technically would not be wrong." Added Tut with a smile as he looked back at Sara, who gave him an unamused blank stare.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever you say, Mister Alien." Said Sara with a nod while air quoting as she sat back down, while Tut chuckled.

Sitting back on the ground, we again descended into silence as the two of us observed Earth, which looked so lonely from up here.

"Hey, Tut?" Asked Sara softly as she leaned against Tut.

"Yeah, what's up?"

"How are we speaking right now? I thought no sound could travel through outer space since there was no medium for sound to travel through." Questioned Sara curiously as she rested her head on Tut's shoulder, inadvertently causing his heart to speed up slightly.

"Hmm, you know what, that is a good-ass question, which I don't have the answer to, and now that you bring it up, I also want to know." Remarked Tut with a thoughtful expression before lightly shaking his head and glancing at his hand.

'Maybe it's got something to do with my aura?' Mused Pharaoh, though he quickly shrugged his arms and decided to think about it later.

"So much for your genius intellect, Pharaoh; can't even answer a simple question." Said Sara mockingly, causing Tut's eye to twitch at her blatant disregard.

"Hmph, well, excuse me for not knowing everything on god's green earth; I've only been alive for 14 years; I can only learn so much, thank you." Replied Tut with a huff of annoyance as he glanced at Sara, who adorned a light smirk.

"How about instead of coming up with excuses, you just admit you're stupid?" Asked Sara lightly, her words causing Tut to slap the back of her head softly.

"Yeah, I'll admit I'm stupid when you admit you're ugly; red hair doesn't suit everyone you know." Stated Tut with a smirk, prompting Sara to also huff in annoyance as she rubbed the back of her head.

"Hmph, well, it looks like we're making no progress then since I'm far from ugly." Remarked Sara as her hair rested on the front of her shoulder while she continued to lay her head on Tut's shoulder.

"Seems so since I was never stupid to begin with." Said Tut with a nod as the two quietened down, though that didn't last for long.

"So, umm, you don't actually think I'm ugly, right, Tut?" Asked Sara seriously, feeling slightly nervous.

"N-No, you're, umm, very b-beautiful." Replied Tut with a slight blush as he avoided eye contact with Sara while trying to remain as calm as possible.

"T-Thanks; I-I also think you're very handsome." Said Sara while blushing as she vividly felt her cheeks heat up in embarrassment.

"T-Thanks."

The two of us let this weird atmosphere fester between us for the next minute or so. I don't know about Sara, but the longer the silence continued, the more awkward I felt. I had glanced at Sara a few times, but our eyes happened to cross once, and we stared at each other before swiftly looking away.

'Ugh, what's going on; why do I feel this way?' Thought Tut with a deep blush as he grabbed his rapidly beating heart while looking at Sara, who was doing the same.

While I was confronting my emotions, out of the corner of my way, I saw a huge ass meteor, probably the size of a stadium, head right for us. Why was there a huge ass meteor seemingly from nowhere heading directly toward us? I wish I fucking knew; this is like the fourth crazy thing that's happened on this trip.

"T-Tut, I-" Said Sara after she finally gained enough courage to open her mouth to speak, though she was interrupted as Tut pushed her down.

Using my body as a cover to protect Sara, the stadium-sized meteor bounced right off my back before continuing forward, and seeing it head off into the distance, away from Earth, I sighed in relief.

'I swear, Sara has to be super unlucky or something; how does she constantly invite disaster upon herself like this?' Thought Tut with a shake of his head as he looked down at Sara, only to nervously gulp at what he saw.

If I were in my normal state of mind, I wouldn't have thought twice, but because of what happened earlier with Sara, my mind was in the deep end, as I like to call it, and when I saw Sara lying beneath me, I was stunned. Her beautiful red hair was sprawled on the ground; her bright green eyes, which were giving me suggestive looks, were looking right at me; her sizable breasts were heaving up and down with her every breath, and her reddish pink lips just looked so inviting.

I know I've talked a lot of shit, and I've even fearlessly flirted with a few women, but now that I was facing Sara lying beneath me, I froze; I didn't know what to do. I may have a more mature mind thanks to my past life, but honestly, I hardly remember anything from my life before this one. I don't know whether I was a virgin or not; maybe I had sex, maybe I didn't, I don't know, but this was all a new experience for me, and while I knew what Sara was getting at, I was a little scared to move.

Over the past few days of being with Sara, we have definitely gotten closer, much closer; seeing the aftermath and effects of war would do that to a pair, I suppose. I won't lie either and say I wasn't starting to develop a crush on Sara, whom I've known since I was young. She was gorgeous, a little feisty at times, and enjoyed my jokes and pranks; all in all, I just genuinely enjoyed her presence.

'Fuck it! Just kiss her, Pharaoh! You ain't a bitch ass nigga are you!?' Thought Tut as he motivated himself while staring at Sara, who was beginning to get impatient.

Hardening my gaze, I stared right at Sara's lips, and without hesitating any longer, I leaned down and kissed her, as it was my first time ever kissing someone; I was inexperienced and had no idea what to do, though thankfully, Sara was just as inexperienced as me.

Removing lips from hers after some time making out, we stared back into each other's eyes, though I was far too embarrassed to say anything, so I just leaned back down and continued kissing her, which she seemed to agree with.
