157 Chapter 156: Desvered Sleep

Looking up at the sky, I sighed to myself before flying through the air as I headed toward the next closest voice, who, believe it or not, was someone I was pretty familiar with, and the only reason I saved her for last was that she was in no immediate danger, though I'm sure it was probably scary.

Flying through the air, I spotted Carol helping where she could, while Stark wasn't too far away, doing the same while wearing his iron suit or whatever he calls them; they weren't nearly as efficient as me, considering I knew where everyone was at, but this wasn't a competition so it's not like it mattered, I was simply trying to help as many people as fast as I could.

Waving at a group of people down below, I headed closer to the center of the aftermath, where the Black Zero had been bombarding the Earth with its terraforming beam. Speaking of terraforming beams, I hadn't forgotten about the Kryptonian machines I had left lying in the ocean; I've been keeping a close eye on them the entire time, and while a few Hydra members posing as shield agents have been trying to steal a few pieces, they haven't been able to find anything piece small enough so far. However, once I finished saving everyone, I intended to throw the machines into orbit and then decide what to do from there since I knew for a fact Mr. Richards would want to study.

'Still undecided whether I should just get rid of it entirely or keep it hidden away for my use? Haa, I'll think about it later.' Mused Pharaoh thoughtfully before shaking his head and lowering himself to the ground.

Landing about two or so meters away from where the Black Zero stopped terraforming, there was a pile of several collapsed buildings, and at the very center was Ms. Rand, my sixth-grade social studies teacher, whom I still visit this day whenever I head to school. Landing right atop the debris, I covered the entire pile in my aura from the base of my feet before flying into the air, moving the pile into the aftermath zone, away from anyone.

"Ugh, w-who is it?" Muttered Rand, noticing the disappearance of the debris covering her as she tried to sit up, only to be stopped by her hair trapped beneath an iron beam.

"Yo, Ms. Rand, how are you feeling?" Asked Pharaoh softly as he landed beside Rand, who glanced at Pharaoh kneeling to her left.

"P-Pharaoh, is that you? What are you doing here? It's dangerous, you should leave!" Remarked Rand with slightly widened eyes before shaking her hand, trying to push Pharaoh away, only for him to smile lightly.

"You would be the most popular teacher among the students by a landslide if this is how you behaved instead of that usual cold exterior, Ms. Rand." Said Pharaoh with a faint smile as he grabbed Rand's hand, which now had a ring on her finger.

"Anyways, calm down, Ms. Rand; I've defeated the aliens, everything is over; it's been over for several hours now; in fact, you're one of the last few civilians still trapped underneath rubble and whatnot." Added Pharaoh lightly, his words causing Rand to calm down slowly as she took her time to actually look at him.

"That outfit; you're the one who was fighting against those two aliens in Kansas." Said Rand with widened eyes as she looked at Pharaoh, who nodded with a wry smile.

"Yeah, I was; I'm surprised you even watched that. I thought you prefer to stay away from all those mutant and enhanced individuals stuff." Remarked Pharaoh with a smile as he looked down at Rand, who furrowed her brows and shook her head.

"I do, my fianceè-" Replied Rand, though she suddenly froze before a heartbroken and wrathful expression adorned her face while slight tears formed in her eyes.

"Um, Ms. Rand, are you okay?" Asked Pharaoh in concern as he lifted the iron beam and tossed it toward the rest of the pile before helping Rand onto her two feet.

Ms. Rand didn't immediately respond and instead stood there for a few seconds, seemingly regaining her composure as she wiped the tears that threatened to fall while her cold exterior, one I hadn't seen in years, returned.

"Yes, I'm okay; I'm just glad to be saved, Pharaoh; thank you." Replied Rand almost indifferently as she nodded, causing Pharaoh to tilt his head in confusion.

'Eh, did I do something wrong?' Thought Pharaoh as he looked at Rand before shaking his head and shrugging his arms.

"Um, anyways, I'll take you to the paramedics so they can check on you." Said Pharaoh as he stepped toward Rand before suddenly lifting her into his arms, slightly taking her back.

I may have a girlfriend, but Ms. Rand was my first crush, not to mention incredibly curvy beyond belief, so holding her in my arms easily aroused me, especially whenever I looked down at her large breasts while my hand was groping her thick, meaty thigh for support.

'I-I need to find Sara ASAP.' Thought Pharaoh with a gulp as he gazed at Rand with unfiltered lustful desire, something she noticed, yet she's long since become accustomed to such stares her entire life.

"Will you continue to gaze at my breasts, or will you take me to the paramedics, Pharaoh?" Asked Rand, her tone sounding softer compared to before, though it was still cold and indifferent as she eyed Pharaoh.

"Eh, s-sorry, about that, Ms Rand." Replied Pharaoh awkwardly with a blush as he took to the skies with Rand in his arms, flying towards the closest shield campsite.

Taking a few peeks at Ms. Rand's large breasts during the flight, I lowered myself to the ground and gently set her down, causing her to give me a slightly appreciative look through her cold exterior while several other civilians aggressively came up to me, though it wasn't in a bad way as they all started giving their thanks and whatnot, which was nice, but I still had a few more people save.

"I-I appreciate everyone's enthusiasm, but I've still got a few more people to help, so if you could excuse me." Said Pharaoh with a smile as he slowly floated in the air, only for a woman to hold onto her cape, causing her to be lifted into the air.

'Oh dear, I can already foresee my future days being hard.' Mused Pharaoh with a wry smile as he caught the woman and placed her back on the ground before quickly flying through the sky.

'There we go, that's all of it.' Thought Pharaoh as he dusted his hands off while floating in space, looking at the two world engines orbiting Mars.

With the Kryptonian technology far out of anyone's reach, including the ones the Hydra, the government, Shield, and a few other organizations had tried to steal, I flew back towards Earth while using this time to observe the solar system, marveling at its beauty despite having seen it numerous of times. Since I was really pushing myself, flying around the speed of light through the solar system since I wanted to get home and take a rest break, I reached Earth in a few minutes and headed straight for Kansas.

There was still a lot that needed to be done in Manhattan, but it was now nighttime, so no one was really working; besides, it's been quite a long day for me.

Landing on the ground just outside the farmhouse, I couldn't help but wince when I noticed the large hole at the top of the house before sighing and entering.

"Mom? Oh, forget, Mom's still with Ms. Storm; eh, I'll get her tomorrow." Muttered Pharaoh as he closed the door behind him and walked toward the living room, only to suddenly frown while his ear twitched.

Grabbing the house phone off the side of the wall, I dialed Gwen's number and waited for her to pick the phone up, which took quite a while.

"Ugh, why the hell are you calling me in the middle of the night, Tut? I helped as a rescue volunteer, and I only got home thirty minutes ago. I'm tired." Remarked Gwen in exhaustion as she lay on her bed, too tired to even change her dirty clothes.

"Can you go and check on Pete? He sounds like he's in pain." Asked Pharaoh seriously, his words causing Gwen to sigh as she begrudgingly stood up, only to exit her room while walking down the stairs.

"Haa, yeah, I'll go and check on him, though I don't know why he would be in pain; he was helping Harry at Oscorp, you know, one of the many buildings you were sent crashing through." Stated Gwen with a nod as she yawned before mocking Pharaoh towards the end, causing his face to constantly twitch.

"Sorry, but it's either I'm sent crashing through that building, or all the civilians below me die from a shockwave rupturing their organs; I chose the one that resulted in fewer deaths." Replied Pharaoh with a slightly annoyed expression, while Gwen rolled her eyes and nodded as he walked down the crosswalk, heading towards Peter's house.

"Well then, I apologize; anyways, I'll call you later, Tut." Said Gwen with a nod as she yawned once more before hanging up the phone, not giving Tut a chance to say anything.

Shaking my head, I dropped the phone on the couch and decided to take a nice, nap, and I must've been quite tired since I fell asleep shortly after my head touched the pillow.
