Yang Feng waited for nearly a minute for another prompt from the system but as he did not get any he started getting worried,' Did the system crash?', he panicking and called out.

But he again didn't get a response. As his thoughts were going downhill he suddenly though,' could it be..', and quietly said,"Menu". Just as he called out a light blue panel appeared in front of him.

'Sure enough, looks like I won't have to worry about a rouge AI in my mind', Yang Feng first sighed in relief and then jokingly thought to himself. "Status".

'Huuuhhhhhh!!!, since when did I have a special constitution and why the heck is it a bunch of question marks? Not only that, what's up with the grade of the techniques? Hey ROB get down here and explain will you!', to say yang feng was shocked was an understatement, he was positively baffeled and confused about his physique and the grade of his techniques.

It took him a long while to calm down and think about his situation,' So I have a physique but it is in a dormant state, meaning there is a condition for it to be awaken. As for the grade of the techniques...sigh, well who cares I am too young for this shit.'

Yang feng closed the status screen and sat down cross legged in a lotus position and accessed his mind palace. He had previously accessed his mind Palace but as there was no techniques he could read nor the profession related knowledge in there so he rarely used it. As he immersed himself in his mind, he found himself in a library with seemingly no end.

He focused for but a moment and two huge books were floating in front of him. He glanced at the Qi cultivation scripture but left it as is and grabbed the body tempering techniques. When he grabbed the book he was suddenly assaulted by a huge amount of information and a head-splitting headache, he swiftly threw the book from his hand and the information stopped entering his conscious mind.

He was hit by a headache even with the small amount of information that entered his mind, although it was small only in comparison to the whole book. He endured the pain for about 5 minutes until it recided and when he was able to think clearly.

" Hahh, now what to do about this", he thought not wanting to experience that head splitting pain again. After a moment an idea came to him. He again focused on the book and the book separated in many parts.

Yang Feng looked at the nearly dozen parts of the body tempering technique and grinned in triumph. He then grabbed the first part of the technique and again felt a surge of information entering his conscious mind, he closed his eyes and concentrated on memorizing the information. Within an hour and half he had memorized the part and and slowly opened his eyes.

He released a sigh and looked at the several parts of the book in awe. What he learned in merely the first part had him not only gaping in shock but also nearly made him dance with excitement.

After he had finished digested the information, he exited the mind palace. After opening his eyes he did not start cultivating because he wanted to see what else the system had to offer.

First, he decided to use the analyze function and used it on the body tempering technique his father gave him. "Analyze", commanded yang feng while looking at the said technique.

After reading the details of the technique Yang Feng did not have much to say as nearly all Low-grade body techniques follow nearly the same path.

He then focused on the information about the Primal Chaos Body Refining Technique he retrieved from his mind palace. After going through it he saw many different stances and the

description of the basic/novice part of the technique.

He was further impressed with the technique and was feeling smug as it was from his imagination that was the base for the creation of this master piece.

The technique could absorbs all types of energies in the user's surrounding, in heaven and earth treasures and pills to nourish and purify the body through the process of destruction and recreation.

After commiting all the stances, breathing method and postures our protagonist stands up form his bed and goes out into the courtyard belonging to the family, unable to stop himself for finally being able to cultivate.
