1.19 Main course
A white van stopped outside the stadium. A beautiful young woman got out from it, she wore a white long coat and a pair of round glass. But the beauty of her hair sticked out more than her beauty. It was long, and it moved like waves in little wind.
[SLAM] The backside door of the van opened with a loud sound. A young man jumped out from the van.
"YAHOOO, finally we reached! Let's go doc, I can't wait any further." Although he showed he's quite a cheerful guy, if you look at him for some time, you'll see he's a cautious one. His eyes were going left to right to left. It was like he was trying to see if anyone saw through his act.
A clothing shop owner was watching them for some time. He talked to himself "Ahhh... it's him again." and then he shouted to the employee, "Hey, time to close the shop, hurry up!"
These words somewhat startled the workers. It was peak time for business, so it's suicide to close the shop. Seeing everyone confused, the owner sighed for a moment and said, "It's Sat...again".
The sigh was contagious, every worker sighed and started packing up, and they drove the currently confused customers off.
"So it's only Mr. Ray, no worry then, let's go, doc."
"Please don't cause any trouble." The young lady in white told him. Well as you can guess, it was Cécile.
"If you don't stop with the doc, I'll gauge your eyes out with a fork." Cécile said while keeping on her nervous smile on her face.

"Next up the match! Here comes team Gaia vs team Saber! Both of the team are on a win streak. Let's see which continues!" The announcer was in high spirits.
"It's kinda fun, more than I imagined, i can finish it alone!" Lucy was brimming with confidence.
"No, take rest. Rick is going next." Emma calmly opposed Lucy.
"WHAT? BUT I'M PERFECTLY FINE, LET ME DO THIS."
"Who is the coach?" Emma's voice was still cold.
"But I'm perfectly fine, at least give me a reason."
"Your excitement led to adrenaline rush. And not only did you fight 4 matches, you played with more than one players of each team, so the moment the adrenaline stops, there is a high chance you'll suffer a huge fatigue, so rest."
Of course Lucy couldn't argue further against the solid logic, she just sat on a chair quietly.
"Don't worry, take it easy, it's me who will be fighting, just relax and enjoy." It was finally his(Rick's tongue) turn, he was excited to show off.
Emma completely ignored Rick and faced Alex, "Any news?"
"Well, they focus on technology....and apparently the fighter this time is a sword user... which is bad news, we can't use weapons, we don't have one too."
"Ok still, Rick is up."
"What? Did you hear what I said?" Alex finally thought he regained his cool, but looks like God had other plans.
"From start to finish, now the ball is in Rick's court. You can believe me."
"Umm, are you sure? You already did research on them right?"
"Of course, are you scared? I don't throw you in death's hand, don't worry."
"If you say so..." The Rick who was brimming with confidence, now started to fade...
"A piece of advice, don't die." Lucy said while sweating, the adrenaline started to wear off, Emma predicted it right.
"Look, I don't really like your personality, no offense, but I know your ability, you'll be alright." Shaun commented.
"Well, I actually AM confident enough, so stop this pity." Rick irritatingly left for the fighting ground. The battle started after a few minutes.
"ARE YOU READY FOR THE NEXT MATCH? IT'S THE NEW TEAM GAIA! THEY ARE IN FULL MOOD! THEIR OPPONENT IS TEAM SABER! LET'S SEE WHO WINS IN THE FIGHT OF SWORD AND FIST, IS THIS EVEN FAIR FOR GAIA? WE'LL GET ANSWER IN A FEW MINUTES, LET'S BEGIIIIIIN!"
As the swordsman from the opponent team approached him, Rick finally understood why Emma casually sent him for this battle. Although the opponent had scary tattoos...he was just a skinny guy with a sword. Even Rick who never used a sword, could tell that that's not how one is supposed to weild a sword.
"*HAAAAAAA*" With a scream, he charged towards Rick.
"Oh boy... I gotta fight this thing? He will die even if i breathe hard..." Rick was confused whether he should attack or not. "(Let's dodge for now)".
When the boy almost hit Rick, he just dodged it easily. That boy was surprised and fell on the ground but got up again.
"Are you afraid PUNK?" He screamed as he charged towards Rick again.
"Ok now you crossed the line..." Rick suddenly moved towards the boy, passed beside him and gave a punch in his stomach.
"Ack!" The boy made a peculiar face and became unconscious on the ground.
"(That wasn't even that much of a punch... How's he a fighter...)" The referee judged it as knock down.
"AAAAND GAIA BLEW SABER AWAY! THEY ARE OM FIRE! ONE MORE WIN AND THEY PROCEED TO THE MAIN ROUND!"
A few medics came and picked him up on a stretcher. Rick gave a look towards the other teammates of that boy. Their eyes were filled with hatred and disbelief. Rick quitely went back to his team. He didn't even celebrate.
On the opposite side of the stadium, Cécile was pointing a binoculars towards the fight. As soon as the battle ended, she put that down and faced the pumped up Sat who was preparing for battle. "Hey Sat, is one of our shrimp's name is Rick?"
"I know you are trying to be a detective, but I don't think it's the right time... although you are right. So did you hack into my PC or some sources?"
"First answer another thing? Is the word Gaia related to Earth somehow?"
"Well obviously! Gaia is the Greek goddess of Earth, mother of all living beings and...wait a minute, team GAIA..." The surprised Sat suddenly looked at Cécile. "Show me the binoculars, it has auto filming."
"Looks like bad news." Cécile wasn't much worried as she handed him the powerful binoculars.
"It always has to be the toughest situation isn't it God? Well yes, it is Rick, and I can see some other shrimps too. What a pleasant surprise..."
"You're welcome! Now if your plan needs adjustment, do it now, or don't blame me if something screws up."
