Chapter 48- The Legend of Blood Priestess

The voice of the Finnis was echoing in my mind. My chest was gasping for air until I woke up with a cold towel on my forehead. I was inside an unfamiliar room, and I saw Typhon sleeping on the side of the bed while holding my hand. What happened after they defeated the Finnis? All I remember is that, after they defeated it, I overused my mana because of the complex barrier that I created, which resulted in a high fever. But again, where are we?

I looked at Typhon, and he looked exhausted after looking after me. “I’m sorry for being a burden, Typhon. I promised I would do everything to make it up to you,” I said, and caressed his hair.

“There’s no turning back, Ephie, on what you said. How about we create a daughter or a son tonight?” Typhon said, and I got embarrassed.

I grabbed my pillow and hugged it tightly. I almost forgot! We are newlyweds, so I can’t turn down his offer. “Should we start now?” I asked as I slowly turned to take a look at him.
