74 Sargon's Strange Love

Lila has been standing under the mild sunshine to dry her hair, that's when she heard Aaron's cry. She turned to see Sargon holding him in his arms and calming him. As far as she knows, he's affectionate only with their son. Lila walked to them and brought him in her arms.

"Why is he crying?" Sargon questions, curiously.

"He's hungry," she answered and loosened the buttons of her dress to breastfeed him. 

Sargon sat aside, watching them. 

These past days, he didn't fight with her, which is a big relief. But once or twice he warned her when she avoided his affection. 

She couldn't understand what to believe? They were married for two years; in this, they would barely have stayed together for nine or ten months. Most of the days they'd fought and some days went plainly and a few days surged in love. In this, she doesn't know which one she should consider discerning his character.
