"Actually, I put three times the dose of sleeping pills in your drink, I said. 'Why ?, because you wanna avoid the wedding night, he said and licked his lips seductively. "Lemme see how you avoid it then", he said and suddenly stood up, pick up the glass of wine and gulped down the entire wine then he gripped Serena's hair and kissed her making her gulp down almost the entire wine in his mouth. Chapter Twelve: Thought I was your best friend.

Jordyn opened her eyes slowly while starring at Serena . 'Oh Serena, thank goodness you're here, I was so scared that I fainted,she said as she hugged her tightly.

"What happened", Serena asked. 'You won't believe what happened, I actually saw someone who looks like you the moment I stepped in and then after I saw the both of you, she said.

"C'mon now Jordyn there is no one here, it must have been your imagination. "No it's not my imagination , I actually touched her hair. I'm sure it must have been an imposter who wanted to kidnap you so that she can take your place.

'Jordyn dear, listen to me, no one was here, Serena said. 'You have to believe me, you're not safe in here Serena, c'mon you will have to come with me so that we can report to the director, so that he would provide you with some personal security guards, Jordyn said as she held Serena's hand ready to pull her out of the office.

Jordyn wait, I've a surprise for you. The truth is that I never told you since we both became bestfriends when she recently left but now she's back. Jordyn meet my identical twin sister Sarah , Serena said and Sarah came out of her hiding spot.

' OMG , Jordyn said. How could you keep such a big secret from me thought I was your best friend. 'I know and I'm really sorry about that, serena said.

Hi, I'm Sarah Leo, Serena's twin sister, Sarah said. 'And I'm Jordyn Woods, Serena's personal assistant and best friend, it wasn't nice seeing you at first cus you scared the hell out of me.

"I'm really sorry about that, didn't mean to scare you like that, anyways it's nice to meet you, Sarah said and extended her hand for an handshake which Jordyn gladly accepted. It's nice to meet you too, Jordyn said.

'Jordyn, Sarah would be coming with us for shopping, Serena said and Jordyn nodded. They all went through the back door to avoid people from seeing Sarah.

SHOPPING MALL

We've spent about thirty minutes here and you still haven't picked any dress, Serena said to Sarah. It's just that I haven't seen anything of my taste but I'll just go look over there while you guys carry on, Sarah said before leaving.

Meanwhile a personnel just walked in, accompanied by four bodyguards. He was dressed in a rugged jeans trouser, white t-shirt and white sneakers. He is tall, has a well built musculine body, dashing and most importantly good looking.

'Hey what do you think dad would like, he asked one of his guards. "Boss, I don't think sir would like anything here besides he already have all he wants, he replied.

Hmm that's true, then we would have to go to the lady's section to get my baby something, he said.

He went to the section in which Serena was, busy going through different racks of clothes debating on what to buy. The moment Jaden walked in, his eyes caught a figure and all the painful memories he buried in all came back on seeing her.
