' What will I tell him if I call, how will I explain to him how it all started, will he calm down and believe me. Of course yes, he loves me, he will believe me and come to my rescue'

I put a call across Vicent and he picked it.

" hello baby girl" he said as he picked the call

" my love" I said to him as I started crying

" why the tears baby" he asked

" have Missed you alot" I said to him

" have missed you too, it is just that anytime I call you, it won't go through and you have not tried to call me for two weeks now" he said to me in bitterness

" baby am stranded right now, have been indoors for this two weeks in one man's house" I said to him not thinking of what I said

" I don't understand" he said

" my dad is trying to marry me off" I said in tears

" why darling" he asked

" he traded me with money, he never told me all these while, that the money I have been using is a borrowed money" o said to him

" so what are you saying" he asked me in confusion

" the man now is bent on marrying me, since my parent can't afford the 4 million they borrowed from him" I Said to him

" I can see, is he married" he asked

" no, please come and take me out of this place" I said to him as I sat down on my bed still crying

" baby where are you now" he asked

" in his house" I said to him and the phone call cut

Oh my God, what just happened, did he hang the phone on me, the Vicent I know won't do such to me.

" the number you dialed is not available, kindly drop a message"

"ha ha ha" I screamed as I pulled my hair

I tried the number so many times and it still repeat the voicemail, I started hitting my hands on the bed.

"chai am doomed, I don't want to loose you Vicent, I still love you" I said as I lay down on the bed and slept off

Micheal was In his sitting room with his brother and his sister in-law, After discussing for some minutes, he sent for Rose.

Knock knock

" who is there" Rose asked from inside

" ma, sir need you in the sitting room" Samuel said

" okay" she replied as she rumbled on the bed trying to get up

Sitting room

' Ever since they came here since morning, this house have been lively and not as boring as it use to be'

" why are you staring at me" I asked Chris as he was just looking at me

" I asked you a question and you are spacing out" he said to me

" what was your question" I asked

" I hope she is your class, your ideal woman" he asked

" who does class help, so you have not change in selecting a wife" I said to him as i was busy laughing

" don't mind my husband, he have forwarded that I was not his class before marrying me" his wife said

" but I loved you, at least you won a special place in my heart" he said to his wife as he peck her in the lips

" so am the one good to marry my own class" I said to him

" I know you my brother" he said and everyone broke into laughter

' I was listening to all they have been saying, what's so funny that is making them laugh out noisely like this mtcheew"

I walk majestically to a separate cushion and sat down, I could feel their eyes on me, I look at myself well.

' did I wear the back of my clothes today, hell no I didn't'

" Good day everyone" I greeted them absent mindedly, not minding for their reply and started pressing my phone.

' this girl is something else, can I actually tolerate her'

Chris and Cassandra gave me a sign about her greeting manners but I just smiled at them.

" my love come over here to my side" I said to Rose and she obediently came to my side and sat down near me

" meet my best friend and brother Christian Ozoma and his wife Cassandra Ozoma, ehm Chris and Cassandra, meet my fiancee Rose Okiyi

" wow you are welcome to our family" Chris said to her

" nice to meet you" Cas said to her as she smiled

" thank you" she said not smiling

" I hope we will be in good terms" Cas asked

" off course we all will be in good terms" I said to them smiling

During our conversations, have just been looking at Rose who refuse to put a word in our discussion but was busy pressing her phone.

' I seriously have a long way to go'

" Rose, you can go to your room now" I said to her

" okay " she said happily as she went upstairs

" why is she so cold" Chris asked my

" she is not free with us, is she..." Cas said

" don't worry" I cut into her words

" she will pick up, don't expect her to be a talkative on her first meeting with you guys" I said to them

" she looks stubborn to me" Cas Said

" you are talking about my wife Cas" I said to her

" okay forget about it" she said to me

" when are you resuming your work" Chris asked me

" after when am married" I said to him

" are you for real, leaving your work just like that" he said

" maybe you have forgotten" I said

" am the boss " I said to him
