"Is it because of the baby? How could they have the heart to do something like that to you?" Yang Mingze asked after recovering from his earlier shock.

"Didn't I tell you that things were going to be ugly because of the baby?" Chloe sneered. Although she was in no mood to speak to him, if he could receive a portion of her frustration, she wouldn't mind being on the phone with him a little longer.

Hearing that it was truly because of the child, Yang Mingze could not help but realise how cruel the Wang family could be.

'Will they really abandon their kin?' he thought.
