At the same time, Mark met Elena's gaze. He was left standing outside and he wasn't being introduced to his "supposed" daughter who wouldn't even bother taking his hand.

Elena was to be blamed, so he gave her a side glance as if asking, 'What next? Won't you introduce us? Are you going to let me continue standing outside your door without letting me in?'

"Please come in," Elena suddenly said, moving to the side. But when she realized that he could not take in every item he brought over, she decided to help him after asking Mia to go back inside.

A few minutes later, Mark was sitting on the couch across from Mia who stood close to a three-sitter couch staring at him. He smiled at her, but before he could say a word, she ran away to go join her mother in the kitchen.
