"Side Quest/Mission: Slain an awakened Eldritch dream creature above tier 2.

Congratulations, World Evolvers; Nameless has completed a side quest....Nameless has Slain an Awakened Eldritch dream creature; a stage one tier 3 dream Creature."

The acheivement was seen not only by zeras, but every world evolver's hands had a golden glow to it as they all saw the notification through the runes on their hands.

Though zeras completely oblivious to this thought he was the only one that got the quest notification.

It suddenly occured to him, although the runes on his hand were in some sort of Ancient writing which he hadn't seen before, weird enough; he could actually understand them almost as though it was his lingual language.

And an idea suddenly came to his mind, after all even though he was from the slums, he had the fortune of seeing a ragged comic book on one fateful day. Who would have thought that it would actually be of help right now.

"Status...interface...myself..." He murmurred a bunch of word, and suddenly a sort of information suddenly appeared before his eyes.

"Origin Name: Nameless, World Simulator:

Nameless: You are unworthy of a name...your name has long been forgotten since time immemorial.

Unlocked Nameless Ability:

- Invisibility

- Camouflage

- Shadow Walking

"What the hell do you mean by I am unworthy of a name...and how the hell has my name been forgotten. My name..my name is...what the fuck is my name."

Zeras yelled out in shock, as reality struck him hard. He had actually forgotten his own name.

Who does that...

'Calm down...calm down.' He calmed himself down as he read the other set of informations, perhaps he might find his true name from them...

It was then he actually realized that he was in the middle of the forest, therefore open to assaults from unknown hidden dangers and terrors.

He slowly moved with caution, each step filled with intense concentration, as his entire eyes scan the area. He slowly made way for a cave.

Appearing inside the hot cave filled with various dark abysmal stalagmites and stalactites, he had a narrowed brow as he read the rest of the information...

Glancing at the runic Ancient words, he understood the words...

-World Simulator:

Within the confines of a realm transversal point, you possess the uncanny ability to entwine the threads of destiny, manipulating the very fabric of existence within a simulated world of your realm transversal point. Yet such a wondrous ability doesn't come without a Flaw...

"Hmm...seems that I will soon be making use of this ability. It can potentially save me from great unforseen threats, if it really has the ability that I am thinking it has..." Zeras mused to himself, as a wide grin parted his face.

"Origin Ability: Strategic-Tactician: You are a master of strategy and tactics. Able to implement simple tactics and strategies on a whim...

All Origin Abilities come with a Flaw...and your Flaw is...

Control Obsession: You are obsessed in being in control of everything that happens around you...

-Infinite Level Up: You gain a reward twice your original reward for every Malivoire Descent overcomed.

Flaw: Each time you make use of this ability, the inexorable grasp of destiny and fate wraps tightly around you, binding you ever closer to their enigmatic design. Every action you take invokes a corresponding reaction, weaving about a complex web of consequences, both favorable and ominous..."

"That was...truly a lot to digest in. Seems that I have to be careful with the way I use this ability. This kind of foreboding isn't one which i can easily cope with." He gulped, remembering the two last points.

But favorable and ominous; he knew his luck to be very bad.

Now having such an ability was just adding wings to his bad luck.

"Aspect: Chaos, Void.

Chaos Aspect Ability:

Chaos Devouring: Ability to devour the chaos energy present within the body of any creature killed by you.

Void Aspect Ability:

Void Merge: Ability to merge with the limitless void. With the use of this ability, you feast your eyes on greater terrors than you can ever imagine possibly existed..."

Seeing the rune emphasize so much danger to the void merge ability, Zeras already waved it as a red flag. And he truly might not make use of such an ability, except when absolutely necessary...

"But that chaos devouring is another case entirely..."

He muttered, as he immediately made way for the Nightmarish creature he had seen before.

Though he was taking great risks by doing this...he had an intuition that he would regret it if he didn't figure out the use of this ability.

He immediately appeared before the Nightmarish creature, after avoiding various threats along his way.

Arriving before the Nightmarish Creature, he muttered.

"Chaos Devouring."

And immediately after he said those words, a white fume rushed out of the body of the Nightmarish creature, as it entered into his body at a blinding speed.

He let out a slight groan as he suddenly saw a set of runic words appear before his eyes.

[3 Evolving Shards have been gained.]

"Interesting." He murmurred, as he felt himself grow slightly stronger.

He glanced around him with high level of alertness as he immediately made his way back to the cave.

Appearing inside the cave.

He bared his eyes on the rest of the information.

[Quests

-Avoid a fight with any dream creature for seven days consecutively

-Kill a thousand Eldritch dream creature

More Quests can be given to all World Evolvers at any point in time."

"Hmm...this probably means the quest is for everyone to complete." He mused, as he would have found it suicidal to try and kill a thousand Nightmarish creature.

..alone.

'That was pure suicide.'

Tap...tap...

He suddenly heard footsteps...or was it actually footsteps.

He let out a slight yawn...as the ear pressure on both his ears became equal...

"Seems that it was a good choice to pay a lot of attention to biology." Zeras muttered with a light smile on his face as he could now hear clearly.

And from the footsteps, he was able to ascertain the incoming threat...

"It's probably some kind of Nightmarish gregarious creatures."

And indeed...just some couple of feets away. Some crab like dream creature, with a dark body and had worms coming out of various places on their body, long pincers and incredibly sturdy claws were making way for the cave...

"Seems that I am inside their cave." He murmmured, as he had already hid himself behind a protruding stalagmite.

But it seemed luck was on his side this time around. Immediately the crab dream creatures appeared before the dream creature he had killed, they immediately began feasting on it.

CHUUMP!!!!

CLAAAAMP!!!!

Sickening sounds of bones and flesh being torn rang out continously, as they tore and sunk in bites after bites of the dream creature's carcass.

Zeras had a narrowed brow, as he felt like puking out...but as usual there was absolutely nothing to puke out.

As it suddenly occured to him.

"Time to make use of the World Simulator ability." He murmmured, as he immediately uttered the world.

And he suddenly remained still...and then his eyes opened. Shock and terror obvious within his pupils.

"If I didn't fucking have this ability...then I would surely face certain death against those two threats." He muttered, as he immediately understood how the ability works. It was almost as though it was an innate gift, as long as he saw and knew about the ability...then he would be able to use it...

"World Simulation." He murmmured again, as a flash of event flashed by his eyes. He finally reached a point within the predetermined confines of fate and destiny...as his life got abruptly ended within the Simulation.

Yet he had a wide grin on his face...as now.

He was sure of his capability to remain alive, at least he had formulated various plans to combat the situation that fate and destiny would throw at him.

All that remains...were for the situations and events to come to past...

And when they do come to past...hopefully, he would be alive and ready to combat them.

He had a wide grin on his face, as he immediately activated shadow walking.

As he blended with the shadows of the night...His entire body seamlessly merged with the surrounding darkness.

And then...he slowly made way for the Eldritch dream creatures.

The gregarious Eldritch dream creature's, oblivious to the threat headed their way. Where busy feasting on the carcass of the

Eldritch dream creature killed by Zeras.

Until a sickening sound of skin being pierced through rang out.

Zeras slashed out with the bony spear continously, within the split of a second. His hands tightly wrapped around it, as he pierced down with intense force.

PUCHHHIII!!!!

The body of one of the Eldritch dream crabs immediately got pierced through, as dark blood immediately splattered into the air.

And then...it collapsed with a loud thud.

As the Eldritch dream crabs let out some strange sounds, and immediately they all regrouped. Surrounding themselves, as they got ready for battle.

As it seems that...the death of one of them was a frequent nature that couldn't be dished within the confines of the dreadful forest...

And although they were together...but what threat could they pose against something they couldn't even see. They were like rams that were waiting to be slaughtered.

CRAAACK!!!!

PUCHIII!!!

SLASSSH!!!!

Zeras showed great dexterity, as his hands continously adapted with the bony spear, as his skill of using it could be seen to be improving continously.

Dark blood dyed the entire ground...

As finally around three minutes later...

Eight Eldritch dream Crabs laid on the ground, as Zeras slowly morphed into reality.

He let out intense exhalation, as he immediately made use of Chaos Devouring.

[You have gained 10 Evolving Shards]

"It's exactly the same amount." He murmurred, upon remembering the amount of Evolving Shards he had got from killing them within the previous simulations.

"And if I am not wrong...then a dreadful Nightmarish Creature should be appearing soon." He muttered with a narrowed brow, as his hands immediately made for work...

Cutting the Eldritch dream crabs, he brought out their cores and one shard.

He had a light smile on his face, as another fact he learnt through the Simulation was the fact that his Evolving Shards was different from the shard within his hand.

He immediately dropped five among the eight cores and brought three with him and took the shard.

Since bringing eight would be too much of a burden, and although he would really need them in the near future...but at least it wouldn't be anytime soon.

He had a wide smile on his face, as he immediately ran away from the place making use of Shadow Walking.

And just some couple of seconds after he left the place.

A gargantuan dream creature, with human like head, six pair of sharp claws that elongated at the end of its' legs and a perfectly dark abysmal pupil could be seen within that spot.

As it glanced down at the Carcass of the Eldritch dream Crabs. Gulping them all into its' wide maw with just one gulp.

Even the five cores weren't spared, as the dream creature seemed to be satisfied. It had a pleased look on its' face, one that wouldn't have surprised Zeras since Zeras was perfectly hiding and glancing at it with utmost level of attention.

The dream creature finally turned back just as he had expected. And slowly it made way back to its' unholy residence...

"Finally...the lord of the forest is gone." He muttered, as he immediately came out of the cave...And then, he slowly made way to leave the cave just as the bright rays of the sun shun upon the surface of the dream realm: A world of Nightmare.

And at another place entirely within the dream realm; the most sacred temple within the dream realm....

A kid with snow white hair, blue like pupils and radiated intense Holy energy could be seen within a palace...

And this sacred palace was none other than the...

The Sacred Palace of the Pantheon of Gods...
