Izumi contemplated for awhile then said
Izumi: "Give me Body cleansing pill and Body Foundation building pill First"
Saying that 2 pills appeared in my hands, one black, and one yellow .
I can guess that the black one is body cleansing pill, the yellow was the body foundation pill.
I quickly went to the bathroom since usually stuff like this will cause black stuff to go out my body and described as stinky.
Taking my clothes off my skinny body and one tattoo on my left arm, I only got one tattoo so far I guess Miyamura was going to get more of them during 1st and 2nd year of high school.
I quickly ate the body cleansing pill first and put the other pill in a small bowl I brought along.
I felt my body changing from the inside, more importantly I felt PAIN!
I felt like my body was being cleansed of a evil spirit it hurt very much!.
Izumi: "Arghhh!!!!..."
Good thing I am alone today as usual, since my mom is busy with the bakery. Speaking of family I decided to protect my family in this life since they both actually care about me but are just genuinely busy with work. My mom working in the bakery and my dad traveling around the world hopefully not cheating on my mom.
After one hr. of excruciating pain all over my body the pain quickly disappeared as if it wasn't there in the first place.
I quickly looked at the mirror and notice my skin got fairer, the tattoo that was on my left arm disappeared probably since my skin was cleansed as well I also noticed my piercing are gone and have been healed.
Izumi: "Well I got more handsome than Miyamura from canon The pain is worth it. Next is body foundation building pill."
Saying that I quickly took the yellow pill from the small bowl, ignoring black substance all over his body and ate it.
After eating the pill I felt like the pain I felt awhile ago was nothing but a bite of an ant compared to what I is experiencing right now. Pain!, EXTREME PAIN!
Izumi: "ARGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! FUUUUCK! STOP ARGHHHH!!!"I shouted and also crying in the processes.
I wasn't used to pain, physical pain in both life so far I've only experience emotional/ Mental pain but not.
After an 1 hr. of torture that felt like decades. Like the body cleansing pill, the pain I felt awailago felt like it was all but a dream. The pain may seem like a dream but the power, muscle he can feel right now is not.
Quickly looking at the mirror, I saw a muscular body, not that of a muscle builder but lean and compact similar to that of a swimmer. My height changed from 5'4 to 5'10 in height taller than canon Miyamura who was 5'6 in height.
My body quickly added to the factor of my charm making me more handsome and appealing in the eyes of others.
Izumi: "Ughh~"
I moaned after I felt something coursing through my body, it felt good as I was having a massage inside my body.
Izumi: "System what was that?"

After finished eating all the pills I took from my Inventory, I quickly took a bath to remove the black substance all over my body.
After getting out of the bath with towel over my waist. I heard the door open.
Mom: "Ikkun I'm home"
As my mom was going inside quickly stopped when she saw me.
Mom: "Ikkun! did you work out?! you look great! finally my Ikkun turning into a man and moving on from his Emo stage. Ahyuuu~" My mom said when she saw a handsome tall man especially when she saw the 8 pack abs and lean muscular body. She started to cry thinking I was finally out of my 'Emo stage'.
Izumi: "Mom, it was an emo stage, i was really depressed you know"
Mom: "I know but I would rather forget about it now because it looks like you moved on and taking next step arent I right? why should i broad over the past when my son is already moving on? And Izumi, I'm sorry if I'm a useless mother not having your back when you were depressed" My mom said in a depressed tone.
Izumi: "Mom stop it! you don't have to apologize in fact I should thank you. Thank you for taking care of me and always working hard to raise me even when dad is not around."
After saying that my mom started crying and hugging me
Mom: "I love you Ikkun"
Izumi: "I love you too mom"
Mom: "Ikkun did you get taller? I don't remember you being this tall." My mom asked as she looked at me one more time carefully.
Izumi: "Y-Yeah.. I think its because of my work out I got taller, its because you were too busy, which I don't mind since you are doing it for me. that you didn't notice me getting tall mom. Don't worry I don't hate you for it, in fact I love you and appreciate your hard work mom." I said, I love my mom and will care for her because in my past one i never got the chance to do so.
My mom got depressed when she heard first part of what i said but quickly brightened u when he heard the end of it.
Mom: "Anyways quickly get dressed, lets have dinner together. we haven't had chance to do so in a long time."
Nodding I quickly went to my room and wore my clothes as I checked the remaining items from the starter pack.
Izumi: "Hmmm what should I tell Shindou when we meet again, ill just say its Puberty accompanied with my working out. I should also probably do my high school debut, since I don't want be a loner and be backstabbed by people I don't even know anymore. And if its fate I will court Kyouko." even in the past life she was my waifu and crush now that I'm the body of the man she was destined to be with, who wouldn't be excited?
Izumi: "But I will not force stuff so it will feel unnatural. I don't like forcing girls into relationship more so having a harem. I only want to love one girl my whole life and if possible I want it to be Hori Kyouko." I was a firm hater of the concept of having a harem since if I will love someone ill give her my 100% attention and not share it among girls and make her happy.
Izumi: "Anyways ill use this coupon and Soul creation pill after dinner" I said looking at 2 of the 3 things in my inventory and finally.
Izumi: "System, how do I get the martial arts?"

Izumi: "Coming!" Replying to my mom.
Izumi: "Well lets use the rest of stuff I got after dinner" I said as I quickly went out of my room and went to the dinning table.
