Chapter 44 Julie and the Lee's

After Daniel left, Isla was just about to go in, but then she saw Jasper's car entering the premises of their mansion.

Jasper got out of the driver's seat and went to the other side and opened the door. A beautiful lady probably 4-5 years older then Isla came out of the car. She had sexy body and a very devine face.

Holding Julie's hand Jasper came towards Isla. "Sister in law, why are you standing out in cold? " he asked.

"I just send off Daniel when you came." She questioningly looked towards Jasper for him to introduce her to the lady standing beside him.

"Sister in law meet my girlfriend, Julie Edward. And babe, this is Isla Lee, brother's wife."

"Ohh... Hello. I am Julie, Jasper's girlfriend. Nice to meet you." Julie said with a beautiful smile.

"Nice to meet you too. Please come in." Isla said smilingly as she turned to lead the way.

Jasper placed his left hand on Julie's waist as they went in .

Inside elder Lee's study.

"Greetings grandfather. How have you been? " Julie bowed.

"Why are you being so formal to me. When you were still a kid, you would always play with me around and acted cute. Hahahahah... You grew up into a beautiful lady." Grandfather Lee was very happy to see her back. Good thing, now Jasper would also be settled. Moreover, Julie was perfect to be a Lee bride.

She was smart, beautiful, intelligent. She was a doctor and a very genuine person. And also, she was Jasper's choice. There were many more merits like , she was from an aristocrat family like Lee's . And the families knew each other from generations. But out of all these things the most important one was that she was a very responsible and nice person. And that is all that matters to them.

The Lee's had power, money, reputation and what not. There was never a need to do political marriages to support the business.

"Thank you grandfather. How is your health? " Julie said smiling as she sat down beside him.

"I am good. Now that you are here I know you will take care of me." grandfather said patting her head.

"Sure grandfather."

"I will go down to meet mom. Excuse me " Jasper said.

"Wait. I will also come to meet her. I really missed her." Julie said to him. Turning towards grandfather Lee she said "Grandfather, i will go down for awhile and come back. " with puppy eyes.

"Seriously girl. You haven't changed a bit" Grandfather Lee said chuckling. "Go. I know you want to tast her cookings." Grandfather excused her.

Inside kitchen

"Julie! my child. What a pleasent surprise!" Grace hugged her.

"I am pleased to meet you too, aunt." Julie said.

Jasper was standing at the door. Came forward "Are you not pleased to see your son?" he said hugging his mother.

"I am more pleased to see you people together." Grace said.

I will go to my room. I am on a leave today so if you need me for anything just call me." Jasper said and left.

Turning towards Julie Grace asked "Are you too on a leave today?"

"Yes I am , aunt." she said hooking her arm to her.

"Okay! so Isla and I are going for shopping and spa. You also come with us. You both will get along really well." Grace said to Julie. Then she turned to Isla. "Isla go and get ready. We will leave in an hour."

"Yes mom. I will be back." and Isla left for her room.

"Julie, you can also freshen up in Jasper's room." She winked at her.

"No aunt. It's not required. Can I taste this cookie?" Julie asked picking up a cookie from the plater.

"Of course you can." Grace said. Turning towards the head maid she told them that they would be having their lunch out and will be returning till evening. She also instructed them about dinner as by the time they will come back the dinner would be ready. She then told them to prepare light lunch for the elder couple as they loved to have light meals at home.

"Julie you come with me to my room. Let's talk for awhile. " she said to Julie.

"Yes aunty. Let's go." Julie said hooking one arm with Grace and grabbing the entire plate of cookies with the other.
