Chapter 3. "Do I know you?"

In an elegant looking office, a cold looking man with a very dangerous aura was sitting in his chair with a gloomy face .

"So you say that the culprit is still working under me." He sneered . Massaging his temples he said "Ten days. If in ten days you didn't find him ,be prepared to renew my entire secretary office." After warning his head secretary, Jack Root , he dismissed him to be alone.

Recently ' Lee real estate ' was looking forward to have a very big project in it's hands. It was a project of a very beautiful sky scraper which was to be built in the heart of the capital city. The building was to constitute a big mall containing various shopping complexes , movie theaters, lounging areas , bars , banquet halls, government offices,and offices of different companies, and a luxurious hotel under Lee corporation.

But just before the company could have the bidding in it's hands , the drafts of the project got leaked to a very famous magazine. And their project got a stay order .

Various engineeres worked day and night on this project to get the bidding in the company's hands but they lost it .

Daniel, being their boss , was very concerned about the matter. The loss of project to some other company could lead to the major power shift. Which was not good for Lee corporation. Moreover he knew the endless efforts of his employes .

Loosing drafts of such a big project, that too under the tight security of the Lee group could not be neglected. Daniel knew that there was a spy in the company, that too in some major position. If the matter was not taken care as soon as possible then it could be a big problem in future.

But who was targeting The Lee group?

' It must be some powerful and closely related person. It must be someone who had some old grudge with the company. But who was it? '

Only one name came to his mind . That was his uncle, Charles Lee.

But there was one more thing . Recently Daniel got many threat calls . Even when he had very tightly secured phone , recently the threat calls frequently came with different private numbers . Threat calls were not a new thing for him .But this time the way was different. The person calling was same In every call. Moreover he seems to know a lot about the Lee family members. Be it their schedule or their past . That person knew too much.

Daniel investigated his uncle thoroughly, but couldn't find anything. But then to think about it , his uncle would not be so able to go as far to threat Daniel. Because he was somewhat scared of him and his own father ,The elder Lee .

'And if it was not his uncle then who was it?'

Sitting in his chair with closed eyes , Daniel was in deep thoughts. Suddenly his phone rang ,again a private number. His security team immediately got activated. All he need to do was to pick up the call ,and the call would be tapped.

" I hope you enjoyed your day. All this took a lot of efforts for me to do. But the result was worth it .Don't you think so? Hahahahaha... This is nothing. A bigger surprise is waiting for you ,you just need to wait ." The same voice came From other side of the call .

" Who are you? Do I know you? " Daniel said in calm voice.

"No, you don't. But your father does and soon you will also know me." The call ended .

Now Daniel got a new information about the person. He was somehow related to his father.' But who?'

Daniel got up to leave for home.
