28 CH 25: Black Cat P4 (Rewritten)

<I'm not going to spoil anything, but I'm telling you, don't quit this fanfic till you know what's going on in this chapter. Because I know some people are going to go a little bit into this chapter then just quit.

Also, this chapter is rewritten, and since it was decided that the red Symbiote's name will be Alicia, I'm just gonna address her as such>

"Who's there?!" Felicia called out as she took on a fighting stance while carefully and hurriedly looking around :'God damn it... What kind of unlucky day is this?! Did this person just talk in my head? Is she a telepath?'

However, a chuckle was heard in her head :"(No, I'm not, dear. I'm just inside your head. Not metaphorically, as in I'm literally inside of you.)"

While being ready for combat, Felicia frowned :"Well isn't that creepy... What does that mean anyway? You really expect me to believe that?"

The female voice in her head chuckled in amusement :"(Well, I would've expected you to believe me since you saw the same thing just a little while ago.)"

Felicia was a little confused, but when she thought about what happened tonight, it clicked in her mind :"Are you... A Symbiote?" And while she was unsure and a little nervous, the voice chuckled :"(Ding ding ding, we have a winner.)"

Felicia watched in shock and amazement as a red and black fluid slowly came out of her shoulder. The red and black liquid started to take form before it turned into a head with liquidy hair on its head.

While its hair gently danced around, the head smiled at Felicia, revealing its deadly and horrifying teeth :"Hello again, Felicia." The moment the red and black Symbiote revealed itself, Felicia tried to attack it with her claws.

However, her hand stopped in its tracks just a little away from the Symbiote who snorted with a smirk :"Well isn't that rude? Trying to attack me in our first meeting? I might get sad, you know?"

Felicia tried to move her hand or any other limb, but it was like she had lost the entire control of her body :"And don't you think that forcibly controlling someone else's body is a lot ruder? What do you want from me?"

The Symbiote shrugged nonchalantly :"What else did you expect me to do when you attack me? And what do I want from you? What else does a Symbiote want when it attaches to someone?"

Seeing that all efforts of breaking free is futile, Felicia sighed through her nose as she furrowed her eyebrows :"So you want me to be your host?" The red Symbiote nodded and Felicia raised an eyebrow :"And what if I don't want to?"

One of the eyes of the Symbiote expanded, as if she raised an eyebrow :"Sweetheart, you talk as if you have a choice. First off, I've already taken a ride, and I'm not planning on getting off. Second of all, *smirking* would you even want me to go away?"

Felicia narrowed her eyes at her :"What does that mean?" Causing the Symbiote to chuckle :"Let me tell you something, my dear soon-to-be host.

It's a racial habit of Symbiotes to check out the personality and mindset of our hosts when we bond with them. Why? So that we can have a better understanding of them.

So tell me, do you think that I don't know how much you crave for power? How much you want to be stronger? You've already seen and know what someone bonded with a Symbiote can do, haven't you?"

She had. She had a first row seat of seeing what a rather ordinary person bonded with a Symbiote can do just a little while ago.

She had seen how Natasha and Ali killed all of those goons of Kingpin like they were lambs ready for slaughter. How they just killed Hammerhead, someone who could easily shatter walls, like he was nothing but a bug.

She couldn't lie, her greedy side was tempted by her proposal. But she wasn't going to just agree to it like that. She had already been cheated once today.

No way in hell was she going to let it happen for the second time in the same night. Just as she was about to say something, she felt the control of her body return to her.

As she moved her hands around to get a comfortable feel of them, she turned to the smirking Symbiote :"Thanks... But don't think that I will be convinced just like that. I have some questions, missy... You're a girl, right? You sound like one... Anyway, who the hell are you?"

The red Symbiote chuckled in amusement and nodded :"Symbiotes don't have genders. Our personality is formed based on our first host. However, I can be considered a male. As for who I am, don't you already know?"

Felicia frowned and furrowed her eyebrows :"What? How am I supposed to know who you are? This is the first time I've ever seen you. Also, the only Symbiote I've seen face to face was Black Widow's Symbiote, Majesty or Ali..."

But as she looked at the smirk that formed on the red Symbiote's face, Felicia's eyes went wide :"Wait... No... You're not Majesty, are you?!" And Ali chuckled again :"Ding ding ding, correct once again.

My Symbiote name in this state is Ultimate. But just call me Ali. Don't be such a stranger. You can even call me Alicia if you want to. After all, I'm planning to act like a female. For reasons that I will explain later."

Felicia was honestly a little speechless and confused :"Hold on... If you're really Maj-... Alicia, then how did Black Widow swing away with tendrils or webs or whatever? You were obviously with her."

Alicia nodded calmly as she nodded towards a chair :"Before I explain, how about you take a seat? It will probably be a little tiring and boring to just stand while I explain."

Deciding to trust him... Her, for a moment, she nodded and sat on the chair as she gestured for him to continue :"Well, will you please get to explaining now?"

Alicia nodded and got to it with a calm and neutral look :"I'm trusting you, that's why I'm telling you this, alright? You see, I am Ali, but not completely.

This is actually a Duplicate that I created with one of my abilities and can mentally control it from my main body. But it's not like I'm not controlling my main body either, it's something like I divide my focus to control two bodies at the same time.

Think of it as if playing with two phones at the same time. Or in your case, picking two locks at the same time. Like, right now, I'm just casually chatting with Tasha with my main body."

Felicia put one leg over the other as she leaned back on the chair :"Alright, considering that you are telling the truth, why would you do this? I mean, you already have Natasha as your host, no?" And Alicia smirked :"Two reasons.

1: To protect you, who we might start dating.

2: Because it's interesting!"

"Interesting? How exactly?" Felicia asked and Alicia began to explain the reasons and benefits of why she should bond with him. <I don't want to make another chapter like Ali tempting Natasha, alright?

And let's be honest, with how power hungry Felicia is, she would definitely accept his offer as long as he said that he can make her far more stronger. Strong enough to crush Spider Man and the like>

Alicia wasn't lying. She was actually a Duplicate of Ali who he was controlling. As to what happened and what Ali did, it goes back, back to when he ate Carnage.

You see, once Ali swallowed Carnage, he got an ability that was actually unrelated to Carnage and himself, Duplication.

Once he uses this ability, it's like his consciousness is cut in half. Something like each eye looks somewhere else. Don't misunderstand, when he Duplicates, he doesn't make a clone.

To make it as easy as possible, it's like he was playing with two phones at the same time. He could control both the main body and the Duplicate.

And thankfully, his Telepathic abilities were helping him a lot. If he hadn't copied Jean's abilities, he was sure that he would definitely have a rather hard time.

However, what was interesting, was that this Duplication ability of his wasn't a complete Duplication. His Duplicate didn't have any of the abilities that he had copied, nor did it have his Adaptation.

To say it simply, Ali's powers upon being born as a Symbiote were separated into two categories. His original abilities, the powers of his Symbiote inheritance. And the abilities that were given to him by the Omniverse.

However, his Duplicate only had his original abilities and none of the abilities given by the Omniverse, nor copied from others. He actually wasn't sad about it.

On the contrary, he actually found it pretty fun. Why? Because he noticed one thing. He had none of the abilities given by the Omniverse nor the copied abilities, other than one being's, Carnage.

Having only Carnage's powers other than his own, and coupled with the fact that he only got this Duplication ability after eating Carnage, it made him believe in one thing, his Duplicate will only have the powers and abilities of other eaten Symbiotes.

Also, he suspected that the number of his Duplicates may actually increase with each Symbiote that he eats. That's why he found it interesting.

He was very, extremely satisfied with his overpowered abilities, but he would be lying if he said that he didn't want a challenge as well.

But now that he could let his Duplicate bond with Felicia Hardy, his first ever crush, he was sure that he would have a lot of fun. Also, if he acquired the same abilities from other Symbiotes, his original power will just become the mix of the two.

For example, Ali's original strength was enough to lift 50 tons. But since he ate Carnage and got his powers, he acquired his strength of being able to lift 80 tons.

So with the two mixing, Ultimate could lift up to 130 tons for now. And she could get stronger with each devoured Symbiote.

Also, that was where he thought of the name, Ultimate. As in the Ultimate Symbiote, since he can eat other Symbiotes and absorb their powers.

Natasha obviously knew about this ability, but Ali hadn't told her that he made his Duplicate attach to Felicia. Not that he wanted to keep it a secret, but that he wanted to surprise her.

As for the reason why he acted like a female, it was because he didn't want anybody else to know about his Duplication ability. He wanted the world to think that Felicia just found a Symbiote out of luck.
