He turned around and looked at them all. 

"Well, that went as expected. You think that someone who's been rescuing others without asking for a reward or recognition would care about the City Lord position?" he questioned. 

"What now?" one of them responded, "We have no one to lead us, what is an army without its commander?" 

Fan Rong smirked and then even chuckled. 

"She might not accept being our leader but she still left behind orders. We need to prepare to mobilize within the week. As she said, no matter the outcome of her fight with the dragon, we will strike that city", he said. 

"But... if she loses, should we still do it?"

He turned to the one that asked and nodded.

"Of course, if we falter because of her defeat then we will have failed her and ourselves."

Another suddenly raised his fist, a figure clad in armor.
