"What have you got for me, Agent Harris?" Asked an aged woman in a dark Pantsuit.

"A Possible Enhanced, Director Carter, it may even be a gifted in your old Homeland." Replied a young dark-haired agent. While opening a file on a Laptop, pictures of different thugs with an empty look in their eyes appeared on the screen. If Matthew were here he would definitely recognize them.

"This is a former gang of Human traffickers, drug dealers, and protection money extorters. Yesterday night someone took care of them. Today morning at 6.37 am a distress call reached the London Police department. A group of kidnapped women called the police to a remote building in the Outskirts of London. As they woke up this morning they found that their chains were removed and a Phone was placed before them." Explained agent Harris, as he showed pictures of the building and the hostages.

"The Police arrived a few minutes after the call at the location and ensured the women's safety while securing the Building. In an office on the second floor, they found the gang of 6 lying on the floor while staring at the wall or celling. They were unresponsive to any instructions or threats of the police officers. All they did was breathe, nothing more. Medical examinations and brain scans showed that they were nothing more than vegetables in human shells. Any kind of brain activity besides keeping the body alive was non-existent. The bodies were perfectly healthy like anybody else no wounds or damage was found."

"Anything else you can tell me? Any subjects?" asked Margaret Peggy Carter the current director of S.H.I.E.L.D. while observing the pictures. There was something familiar about this case for her especially the part about no physical damage until she remembered events back in World War 2.

"We have a picture of the possible subject. A traffic camera down the street captured it." Answered the agent, while opening a blurry black and white picture of a person with a black hoodie, his face hidden behind the hood, "Our analyst could tell us that the Subject is either a dwarf which is unlikely based on his body proportion or very young at most 10 - 13 years old." Described Agent Harris.

"Thank you, Agent Harris. I will take it from here. The Subject is a Gifted, everything about him is under Level 10 classification from now on. You will not share anything about it with anyone. I will put him personally on the Index. Is that clear, Agent?" Ordered Peggy while sending the files to her Laptop after changing their Classification.

"Understood Director. I will take my leave." Answered Agent Harris while packing up the Laptop and leaving the Office.

After the Door closed Peggy created a new file entry on the Index, 'This is possibly a Wizard like Dumbledore back during World War 2. But according to my information, the Magic of their children is closely monitored through their Wands. And without Wands, they should be unable to cast Magic. I will definitely have to contact their ministry to confirm my Suspicion. But they are always so secluded. Well, no choice the subject could be very powerful in the future if they can use magic without his wand.' Pondered Director Carter. She only knew about the magical world because of her Level 10 classification. The Wizarding world only shared their existence with very few chosen individuals because even they couldn't keep their World secret with the rise of technology. So they had to inform some powerful Non-magical leaders and Spy agencies to Assist them.

Well, she knew it before since Grindelwald assisted Hydra and Hitler during World War 2. She and Steve had help from an exceptional Wizard by the name of Dumbledore back then. They became friends and comrades during the war. But after Steve's disappearance, they lost contact with each other. She pondered about the past as she closed the File with a new title on the index.

After a bit of a rough night. Matthew woke up a bit late, he slept not much this night, He dreamed of empty eyes and drooling mouths. Realizing he had done something really dark last night. He cruelly destroyed 6 Humans. Although his logical mind told him they deserved it. Something like this doesn't pass easily. For the first time in both his lives, he technically killed someone. Well, they are still breathing, but everything that makes them Human was destroyed.

The next few days he spent distracting himself. He brew some dreamless sleep potions so he could rest in the night. During the days he practiced and studied to focus his brain on different topics until he could accept that there would be things in the future he had to do and live with them if he wanted to reach the peak. He doesn't need to be good or evil. Being on the side of himself and those close to him is what matters. There was no need for a moral compass to tell him killing was bad. Evil had to live with the consequences of its actions. So would he.

11th July 1990

On Wednesday morning, Matthew was woken up early in the Morning by his Mother. Today was the day of the first half of his seventh year, secondary school education. Before attending Hogwarts Matthew completed the British primary education which has 6 school years from age 5 to 11. Today he will complete the exams for the seventh year, which belongs to the secondary school education. This phase goes from year 7 to 13. The 12 and 13 are the University preparation. In this phase, the students were aged from 11 to 16. Matthew planned to complete his University education by finishing Hogwarts so he could attend a university afterward.

After a good Breakfast, Matthews's father drove him on his way to work to the local public school, where the exams for homeschooled students would happen. Today he would have to write history, math, English, and computing. His exams would take the whole day. Most of the students were nervous. But for Matthew, the exams were ridiculously easy. With the help of the AI Chip, he would never fail in something like History where mostly just dry facts and dates were needed. Or Maths with the chips calculation power. After all the Chip is a device from the future, or better said a possible future.

On the next day, the second half of his exams happened. He had to write Science, Geography, Humanity, and a secondary language. The Language he choose was german. In his last life, he was after all from Germany. So an exam would be easy for him, even without the Chip. After a long and tiring day of exams, his parents picked him up and surprised him with a visit to a local high-class restaurant. Where they celebrated the completion of his exams for this year.

After they returned home, Matthew spent the rest of the evening continuing to study his mother's medical books. The rest of the Summer Holidays passed while Matthew followed a fixed routine. Training, Studying at a public Library different non-magical subjects like biology, medicine, chemistry, physics, engineering, and any other sciences he could get his hands on. And a few times a week he would practice his magic at a remote park.

Matthew followed this routine until a Hogwarts Owl arrived on 1st August.
