27-Arsenal Extraction

The Group arrived at the Emergency Staircase. Arthur looked around and opened the Emergency Staircase Door. They needed to enter the Emergency Staircase to climbed down the Underground Basement within the Police Station. Samuel entered while holding his Rifle forward. The Other Group followed, and Arthur then closed the Emergency Staircase Door. It was time for the Arsenal Extraction Plan to begin. All of them were wearing Black Backpacks. They have their Own Handgun that would only be important in cased something bad happened. They then began climbing down the staircase.

While climbing down the Staircase, Lilith noticed Erika's depressive state. She then spoke with a quiet tone towards her. "Are you okay?" Lilith asked Erika. Erika turned her head and saw Lilith staring at her. She then quickly got out of her depressive state and had a fake smile appear on her face. "I'm okay..." Lilith shook her head and spoke with her calm voice. "Are you giving up?" Erika was surprised at hearing what Lilith said. She slapped her face together, and it quickly took the attention of everyone.

"Is there something wrong?" Arthur asked as he turned his head to look at Erika. Erika shook her head and answered. "There is nothing wrong... I'm just waking myself up." Arthur nodded and then continued climbing down the Staircase. Lilith smiled after hearing Erika's words and continued with Arthur. The Two of them were stealthy as they didn't want to gain the Attention of the Undead. Arthur then took a look at the sign and decided to stop.

"We are now on the Third Floor of the Police Station. I hope that all of you would be quiet as we would be next to the Undead Horde when we reach the Ground Floor." Arthur warned the group behind him as quietly as possible. The Group nodded, and they continued climbing down the Emergency Staircase. They then arrived on the Second Floor. They could sometimes hear the Growls of the Undead, which meant that they were near them.

Arthur continued walking down the Emergency Staircase as the Growls of the Undead echoed. It got louder and louder, but they still calmed themselves down. They didn't want their nervousness to interrupt or be the variable of the plan. They quietly stepped down, and their movement got slower and slower as they hear the knocking of the door. Arthur took a peek and found that it was clear.

"The Ground Floor Emergency Staircase Door is closed. The Area is clear... Be quiet as possible." Arthur said with a quiet tone as the Group behind him nodded. They began climbing down the Emergency Staircase and finally reached the Ground Floor. They could hear the Door Knocking from the Undead Bodies, but it was fortunate that the Undead wasn't planning on forcing themselves in. Arthur then locked the Emergency Door quietly and gave a Signal for the group to continue.

Samuel opened the door leading to the Basement. They slowly entered it while Arthur waited for all of them to enter the Door. It was a Long Hallway, and another door was at the End of the Long Hallway. It seemed that the Door contained the Underground Basement they were trying to find. Samuel stood in front of it and began opening the Door. Arthur was having fun with the growls of Undead echoing near his ear.

The Smacking of the Emergency Door got stronger. Arthur was surprised as he didn't why it was happening. He looked at the Group and signaled them to be fast. All of them nodded and doubled their speed. The Smacking of the Emergency Door slowly gained the Attention of the Undead. *PANG!!!* Something pierced through the Emergency Door. It was a Claw that managed to pierce through the Metal.

'Shit!!!' Arthur thought to himself as he knew what kind of Undead it was a Stage-1 Undead. How unfortunate was he to meet an Undead like that? He then ran towards the Long Hallway as the Emergency Door got destroyed by the Undead. Samuel already opened the door and noticed that the Undead broke through. Arthur finally reached them and quickly closed the Door. Arthur used every lock it had and spoke. "Let's climbed down.. Fast!"

The two of them began climbing down the stairs at a fast speed. They quickly saw the Gigantic Basement that was full of Undead. The Arsenal Door was on the other side of them. They needed to go through the Undead to reach the Arsenal Door. "Is there something wrong, Arthur?" Erika asked as she noticed Samuel and Arthur climbing down at a fast speed. Samuel answered Erika's question. "The Undead manage to notice us."

"Lilith, An Stage-1 Undead appeared," Arthur spoke towards Lilith. Lilith was shocked when she heard the information. They recently just met a Stage-1 Undead, and it was faster, stronger, and better than them. They had to use an ambush to kill it, but they were currently in a bad situation. They didn't have any ambush spots, and there was also numerous Undead around them.

"What do we do?" Lilith asked with a serious tone as she prepared her weapon. Arthur looked at Samuel and asked. "That Door over there... Is it strong enough to handle a Car?" Arthur pointed towards the door that led to the Arsenal. Samuel shook his head and answered. "That door is just a door a little bit harder than normal ones, but the second door should be strong enough."

Arthur, hearing Samuel nodded in satisfaction and began shouting towards the Team. There were only Four of them, which was a good thing. They didn't have to bother with having too many numbers, which means that there would be more burden on managing it. "Abandoned the Plan. It is time to raise our Guns and begin blasting." The group sighed and began bringing up their Weapons.

Arthur took out his Handgun while holding his Baseball Bat. Erika also took out her Handgun. Samuel had his Military-Grade Weapon ready. Lilith already had her sword techniques prepared. She had a Handgun with her, but she would only use it when needed. "Let's start!!!" The Group then charged towards the Parking Lot that was full of Undeads.

The Group then ran through the Parking Lot. Arthur would bash the Undead's head and continue to run. They didn't plan on firing without any plan. They would only continue running and would fire if an Undead gets through Arthur and Lilith. They were in front of the Group and kept Bashing and Slicing the Undead. While running through the Parking Lot, The Door leading to the Emergency Staircase got broken through, and a Roar echoed.

*RAAAHHHHHHRRRRR!!!*

Arthur looked back and saw the Stage-1 Undead. It was different than their School Principal. It was Bigger, Stronger, and had more Armor. "Faster!!!" He shouted as they continued running through the Parking Lot. The Stage-1 Undead looked at them and began shouting at them. Arthur stopped running and pointed his Handgun towards the Stage-1 Undead. he then pulled the Trigger multiple Times.

*BANG!!!* *BANG!!!* *BANG!!!* *BANG!!!* *BANG!!!*

The Thunderous Sound of Gunfire echoed in the Underground Basement. It quickly got the attention of the Undead within the Undeground Basement. The Stage-1 Undead got forced to stop charging towards the Group. Arthur continued firing towards the Undead, and the Stage-1 Undead got pinned by Arthur.

Samuel arrived at the Door and began opening its Lock. It took a while to open the Lock as it got a strange and long password. Samuel then gave his Rifle towards Erika and spoke. "Go, Help!!! Arthur!!!" Samuel said as Erika nodded. Lilith was defending Samuel from the nearest undead that tries to head towards him. Erika arrived next to Arthur and stood right beside him.

Erika then pointed the Rifle towards Stage-1 Undead and pulled the Trigger. *BANG!!!* It was louder than Arthur's Handgun. The Stage-1 Undead flew back to the Horde of Undead behind it. The Impact was strong enough to make the Stage-1 Undead fly back to its friends. "That is a good rifle," Arthur commented while reloading his Pistol. The Undead looked at Erika and Arthur as the Sound of the Rifle was strong enough to almost break through Glass.

"Fuck, We are surrounded. Erika, Reload that Rifle... I will give cover." Arthur said as he began fighting the incoming Undead. Erika nodded and began reloading the Rifle. The Rifle got easily Reloaded with one lever, and She pointed it towards the Undeads around the two of them, but Arthur stopped her from firing it. She signaled Erika to pointed it back to the area where they shot the Stage-1 Undead. *RAAAHHHHHHRRRRR!!!*

The Stage-1 Undead roared for the second time and stood up from the Ground. The Undead behind him got flattened. He looked at Erika with an Angry Glare. Its chest had a simple crack. The Rifle didn't penetrate the Chest, which was why the stage-1 Undead flew back. Erika was shocked at seeing the Undead alive. Its damage wasn't even that much as only a crack appeared on its chest armor.

"Erika, Point it to the Limbs of the Bastard. He might be hard, but the only thing that is heavily defended is its Chest and Head." Arthur ordered as Erika nodded and accepted the Order. She then pointed it towards the Leg of the Undead and pulled the Trigger. *BANG!!!* The Stage-1 Undead's Limbs disappeared from existence as it began screaming.

"Arthur, Get in!!!" Samuel shouted while opening the Second Door. Lilith was already inside the Hallway with Samuel. "Erika, retreat!!!" Arthur said as Erika retreated to the Door that Samuel opened. *BANG!!!* *BANG!!!* *BANG!!!* *BANG!!!* *BANG!!!* Arthur fired multiple times as Undead began dropping down. He then began to retreat as he noticed the Stage-1 Undead chasing him.

"All of you really love crawling," Arthur smirked as he retreated. The Stage-1 Undead was screeching towards Arthur. He quickly entered through the door and closed it. He then saw the Second Door, which had Lilith, Erika, and Samuel waiting for him. He quickly ran towards the Second Door as the First Door got broken through by the Stage-1 Undead.

He ran with all his strength as the screech of the Undead echoed behind him. The Undead really got violent after having one of its Limbs blown off. He sprinted towards the Second Door. He passed through the Second Door, and Samuel quickly closed it. A Large Bang echoed behind the Door closing. It was a Metal Door that got reinforce many times.

The Second Door was banging as all of them laid upon the Floor. All of them were panting as they went through a Lot. "What kind of Undead was that?" Erika spoke while panting. She never thought that a Rifle could be heavy. They have been moving a lot, and their hearts were rapidly beating. Arthur answered Erika's question. "That was an Evolved Undead."

"What is an Evolved Undead?" Samuel was also curious. It was his first time meeting such a monster. He would probably have to go through nights of nightmares about that thing. Lilith answered Samuel's question with her soft and calm voice. "An Evolved Undead is an Undead that is Stronger, Faster, and Better than normal Undead. It is my first time to meet a Stage-1 Undead like that."

"The Stage-1 Undead doesn't only have one type. It has many types, Undeads that used Ambushed. Undeads that used Speed, Undeads that used Strength, and Undead that used Armor. The one we met used Armor as its Main Weapon. Even a Rifle would have it hard to penetrate the Monster." Arthur explained the Armored-Type Stage-1 Undead. It seemed that it was time to introduce the Types of Undead within the Apocalypse World.

"Well, they may be evolving, but we can use these things as our weapons," Samuel said while smirking. He activated the Lights, and the Lights began illuminating from the Ceiling. The Arsenal finally revealed itself, and it was a shocking scene. The Arsenal was better than they thought.

It had weapons of many types, an Armored Vehicle, and many more military technologies.
