However, fate became playful and confounding, Pan learned two most upsetting facts about his ultimate crush--- Claude is dating someone and he is HOMOPHOBIC! When his ultimate crush crushes his heart before their love story could begin, (as if they will have), decisions can be hasty and dense as he eats his own swear words. Pan POV

I am no longer guilty now, at least there is only one thing that bothers me and I don't want to talk about it. There in the ceiling of my room, my imagination drives me thinking crazy again. Suddenly my thinking switched to another picture and it was a picture of Mr. Speaker. Nee is right: he is handsome, maybe but I am not sure. I cannot remember his face vividly and all I can remember is the scene I made earlier. That was really scandalous yet heroic. I, Andreas Napoleon, outcompeted someone who majored in History. 😆

I fooled myself to believe in the power of serendipity and coincidences. My watch would bump on me someday. But how long would I hide it? For my sake, I demand prayers.

As a freshman, during my second semester, handling classes can still become tough. Though I am learning to adjust the schedule and the new city environment, I still struggle with some of the classes. Next semester, I will declare my major and I can finally decide at the end of the sem, I will also declare a minor. Psychology will be major and I am weighing my options which minor will I take.

I took an elective in the afternoon. It's a huge class with around a hundred or more students. Nee told me to take that class because it has interesting lectures. To be honest, at first, I find it interesting but as I take three to five classes, I felt I want to drop the class. Unfortunately, it's too late to drop and my brother has this strict monitoring of my attendance. He can know if I skipped the classes or came late in a class. He has this rule that I should always attend my classes on any occasion unless I am sick, it's a special occasion or I play basketball. The third is really impossible because I don't even know how to play it. Cheering on a basketball game, I guess, but cheering is no exception. Therefore, I must attend the classes I enrolled in.

Now I was glued on my chair for almost an hour now. It's a lecture class as usual and whenever I turned my head almost everyone is falling into a deep slumber. Others are playing with their cell phones. As for me, I don't use my phone inside the classroom. To me, it is disrespectful to the professor, though the lecture that Professor Bore-Rias gives right now sounded like a mellow song to me. He is talking about the controversies surrounding the use of embryonic stem cells in research.

"bla...bla...bla...bla..." Professor Bore-Rias mumbled something in the huge thrust stage. Actually, it is not the main focus of the class. Professor's class isn't related to Science or to Biology; it's a Philosophy class. He is talking about the philosophy of Determinism, a theory that everything is determined by a single thing or chain of events. Thought, action, and behavior are all pre-determined either by an all-knowing entity like God or by natural processes. He is a bit off-topic this time because he talks about his fascination of when talking about embryonic stem cells. No matter how religious we are, according to him, this amazing part of biology is an aid to the longevity of human life.

"Ok...pop test!!!!!" the professor surprisingly announced a pop quiz.

"Oh My 😱.." the students who were falling asleep quickly come to their conscious states and started asking their classmates who devotedly paid attention to his sidetracked class for notes and answers.

And the essay test began. 😱

Lucky to me and to the others who were not paying attention that he just gave independent questions. Essay questions with an expected answer of around 50 words or more. The questions were also sidetracked which fortunately saved our brains from thinking. The essay questions are not related to the topic because they never asked our opinions about Determinism.

BAFFLING AND BRAIN TEASING PLEASE ANSWER THIS QUESTION USING YOUR BRAIN. YOU CAN USE YOUR GUT OR YOUR FEELING BUT NEVER CHOOSE ONE IN THE ENDING:

WHEN THERE IS NO GREATER GOOD IN LOVE, WILL YOU STILL BELIEVE IN GREAT LOVE?

TO BE A KILLER OR TO BE KILLED, WHICH ARE YOU?

WHERE ARE YOU 5 YEARS FROM NOW?

Nonsense questions for me because I cannot understand the very point of the questions like the others.

I answered the third question because it's the easiest for me.

The time we got back the paper, I got zero. The others received zero too. I don't know why. And it baffles me every time I see my paper with that mark.
