Aditya narayan as an Adi bahi ,a well known person in South area of Andhra.People think of he is very scary,cruel and the most dangerous person.If any one try to mess up with him is like a bringing a death to your door bell.

But actually he is not, behave because of his past which was happened in his family then onwards he started doing illegal things like threatening,killing the people.

The only person he admires and listen is his uncle.He works for him.He does everything what his uncle says.

Adi have an younger brother jagdesh and a sister named Arshitha.Adis brother jagdesh parted away from him years back because of some tragedy has encountered.

Some people attacked on Adi,to save him his mother stand in front of the bullet and end up being in coma as a result.Jagdesh was angry with what had happened ,because of this both brothers are separated and living their lives.

His uncle named Mr. Nagendra Prasad is a major in the city and he is running a hospital.He's doing every illegal activities in the name of hospital. People think of him as a naive and good natured person. But his evil side is only known to a person who are very close to him.

A doctor in his hospital collects an information about his illegal activities of gun supply and exchange the donated organs with money. He went to complain it to the police and the inspector is known by the Mr. prasad,he informs about the doctor to him. By learning that he let Adi to take the evidence from him and orders to kill the doctor.

Adi goes to market in search of him and started pointing gun towards the doctor and shoot him. people around the market started running around. Meanwhile, one of the person in adhi gang checking the doctors pocket to take the evidence, but,unfortunately he couldn't find anything from him. To know where he hid the evidence, adi had to save the doctor.

Haven't had any choice adi started acting as

"someone please save my father... please... help... help... ".Then only a beautiful young woman stands in front of him and says..... " don't worry nothing will happen to your father I'll save him" Adi them sign his members to bring ambulance which has to be fake.

Mean while the girl tries to stop the bleeding by taking her chunni( a scarf type cloth where Indian girls used to wear on dresses) places it on the wound and ties hardly around it.
