37 Mail

As usual, Jennie spent her whole day researching after Lisa left but today the results of her probing was not as fruitless as it was being in the last few days.

In evening she got a call from a number from which she was anticipating one from days.

"Thank God you thought of me" Jennie scoffed as soon as the call got connected.

"I always thought of only you, babe" Came the naughty reply from the man on the other side.

"Not again, Ray" Jennie said to the man called Ray, who was her friend from Country A, the only true friend she had there.

"Don't stop me again, Jennie" Ray said in the same teasing tone from while ago.

"Then Don't start it to make me stop you" Said Jennie.

"I'll never stop expressing my true self, you know" said Ray, expressing his fondness of her.

"Yeah, yeah, I know better than anybody else..... you like me or love me blah blah blah" said Jennie in a jest.

"and You better accept it also" said Ray in high spirit.

Jennie ignored him as she is used to his blunt expressing side "How are you doing, Ray"

"As always, kicking the asses of the assholes, hehe" Ray replied as he added in a teasing manner "But I'm missing you, babe"

"Do you want to get me murdered, Ray" said Jennie.

"And why so" asked Ray.

"Don't tell me you already forgot that so-called finance of yours" Said Jennie.

"Ohh please, ask me about something else but not her"

"Haha.... I got you bruh" Teased Jennie as she asked "By the way, did you got any clue"

Asked Jennie pertaining to research matter.

"Yup, I have got something, maybe that will be of any help to you" said Ray.

"What did you found out" asked Jennie in a excited tone.

"I'll mail you that so you can check that, while I was surfing through sites I incidentally got it and checked for more details but got none so it arises my suspicion, it's more like a post than article as I didn't got any more details and proofs on it" explained Ray.

"But what's is it Ray" she asked in a irritated tone.

He explained everything form where he got the information but didn't told what he found it and it irritated her.

"I'll send it then you can check it by yourself, I don't want to waste my breath, I have already wasted my energy enough" said Ray as he added "God has two beautiful hands and a pair of beautiful eyes, put it to use, baby"

"Okay, okay, just send it to me" Jennie said with gritted teeths.

"Right away, baby"

"I'm hanging up now, bye bye" Jennie said and was about to hang up when she heard Ray scoff.

"Yeah, Yeah..... hang up on me now, you greedy Love"

"Stop it already, Ray. " Jennie exclaimed and continued "I'll hang up first, Love you friend, bye bye"

Ray scoffed as soon as the call got disconnected.

Ray fell in love with Jennie at first sight and he was the only boy who approached her for the first and last time in school there in Country A. He always nudged her, he'll follow her around wherever she will go and for that he got scolded by her in front of his whole class which embarrassed him to no end.

But still he didn't stopped pestering her in a good approach and his constant pestering finally become fruitful to him, after whole one and half month when Jennie finally started to talk to him a little.

As they grew up he started being vocal about his feelings to her in a teasing manner but Jennie always ignored him as she thought him being teasing her as he has always been naughty.

Jennie always friend zoned him, always giving him the tag of a 'friend' whenever he will start expressing himself. But still he isn't going to give up that easily as he knew how hard-hearted she is.

Ray let out a deep sigh as he rested his headrest of the chair and closed his eyes.

After disconnecting the call, Jennie opened her mail box and saw the mail which she received from Ray, she opened it hurriedly but it took time to open due to sudden low network speed.

She left it to get open and went to washroom to end to the nature's call and came to see the most shocking news of her life.

She stared at the screen of her laptop with wide eyes, her brows knitted as she read the content of the mail, she saw a pic attached to it and was hell shocked to that.

She read the whole content and rested her back on the chair as she stared at the pic attached to the mail.

She kept looking at that she mumbled "Shin Tong"
