1 Chapter 1. Unwanted Attention

My life was normal until there was news spreading around about a new bad boy. Every girl in my school wanted to see what he looked like or they wanted his attention but all I could care for was my school work. I'm in my second year of college and a performing arts major; "Earth to Tia. Did you hear the new about the hot new guy?" Sandra asked me. "Oh please Sandra, who hasn't heard already? I really don't care. Go ahead drool over the new guy but I have a paper to finish; see you later?" I said gathering my things and pushing in my chair at the library. "Fine Tia. I'll tell you on what you missed out on today." Sandra said sticking out her tongue like a 5 year old and I waved her off and got a few more books for my paper but the one book I needed was on the top shelf and I cursed myself for being shirt and there wasn't a stool for me to get that book until I heard a deep chuckle;

"Scusa bella." said the man who had to of stood at 6'6 "What?" I said looking annoyed that this guy was laughing at me; was it for me being short I didn't know but I wasn't in the mood for being made fun of "Scusa bella. Quale libro stai cercando di ottenere?" he said again in another language "What did you just say?" I said holding my books to my chest and then the stranger spoke again in rough english "Sorry beautiful. Which book are you trying to get?" he asked and I tried to reach up to show him "Blue with gold lettering." I said and as if was nothing to him he got the book and handed it to me "Thank you." I said as he smiled at me. 'Dear gods what is wrong with me? My heart is beating like crazy and my throat feels dry.'

"Is there another book you needed?" the stranger asked but all I did was shake my head and tuck some hair behind my ear "No thanks. That's all I need." I said and the man stood next to me but it was more like towering over my small frame "What's your name?" he asked "it's Tiana but people call me Tia." I said to him with a smile on my face taking a step back but he grabbed my hand and brought it to his lips kissing the back of my hand; "Such a pretty name for a beautiful girl." he said kissing the back of my hand again. I wasn't used to someone being such a sweetheart so I took my hand back "Thank you. What's your name?" I asked and he gave me a smile with his dimples "Alex. Will I get to see you soon Tia?" Alex asked as he rubbed the back of his neck and I could feel the heat crawl up my cheeks and not able to meet his beautiful blue eyes, "Ummm we'll see." I said still not meeting his eyes and just as either of us were about to say something the librarian Krissy spoke up

"The library will be closing soon for the evening in 15 minutes. Tia if you're still here please come to the front desk, thanks" Krissy said over the P.A; "Well I better get going. I'll see you around?" I asked him and there was something dark swirling in his eyes. "Alex?" I said waving my hand in front in front of him and Alex blinked a couple of times coming out of his fog "Fanculo. Mi dispiace per questo Tia. Ci vediamo presto." Alex said and I tilted my head to the side still not knowing what he said but he smiled to me again "Vai avanti Tia. Buona notte Amore." Alex said raising his hand to lift my chin up to look at him "Dormi bene tesoro." Alex said bending down to kiss my cheek, "Good night Tia." was all Alex said as he backed away from me and walked away. Still in shock about what just happened I touched my cheek and feeling the heat again I made my way to the front desk with all thoughts on Alex; I don't need to be hooked up on a guy right now. Making my way to the front with my books in hand "Hey hun. Same books again?" Krissy asked me but I was lost in my thoughts until I felt a pinch in my cheek "Hmmm? Something is on your mind or is it someone?" Krissy asked with a smug smile and I pinched her cheek back, "It's nothing Kris." I said letting go of her face; "I don't buy it Tia. What you need is to get laid." Krissy said with a big smile

"Fanculo!" Alex cursed to himself and the girls looked behind them to see no one there. "If there's anyone still there please come to the front." Krissy said but there was the sound of the doors opening and closing. "well that wasn't creepy at all. Come on girl I already got to sign out on them books." Krissy said doing what she had to do to lock up and I walked out the door first but her mind went back to Alex; did he hear what Krissy said about getting laid? That would be the third time tonight that Tia felt the heat crawl up her face. 'Why am I thinking so much about a guy I just met? No I need to focus on my paper and the rest of this school year.' Tia said to herself and smiled again at Krissy as they made their way back to the dorms but little did they know that Alex kept an eye on them mainly Tia to see that she was safe going back it was getting dark and dangerous to be walking out at this hour.

"Fanculo! Sul mio cadavere qualcuno tocchi ciò che è mio!" Alex cursed in Italian as he watches Tia and her friend go inside the dorms and Alex called one of his guys over "Donnie. Tieni d'occhio Tia. Nessun male è per lei se è ferita, sei morto." Alex said and Donnie said "Done Boss." and Alex's goon was gone and Alex's phone went off, "Who's this calling?" Alex said to himself taking out his phone to see who it was. 'Dona.' groaning in frustration Alex answered the phone "Alex Baby. Quando torni? Sono a casa tua ma tuo padre dice che sei a scuola?" Dona said cooing into the phone I wasn't in the mood for her bullshit tonight "Vai a casa Dona." Alex said pinching the bridge of his nose "Perché? Ho pensato che se fossi venuto a trovarti, tu avresti voluto vedermi." Dona whined over the phone and the more she did it the more I was going to have a headache "Dona, non ho intenzione di conversare con te! ora vai a casa! Fine della conversazione" I shouted at my phone ending the call not wanting to hear her anymore tonight.

Thoughts of Tia trying to reach for that book on the top shelf was so cute. I think I found myself a new drug that I could get used to having; I made my way back to the apartment complex I bought recently just to be close to campus. "Shit. I didn't get her last name." I said to myself but the image of her hip long hair with red highlights and her green eyes shine like gems. Plus her hips that could go on for days; "Beauty, Brains, and Shy. I wonder what else she's got hiding?" Alex said licking his lips and feeling the tightness in his pants just getting hard thinking about a girl he just met. What Alex needed was a cold shower and something to eat. Once outside the complex he punches in his code to get in the building and once inside he makes it up to the 9 floor by elevator. There was another incoming phone call and the name Donnie pops up on my screen and I answered it "Hey Boss. Le ragazze se la sono cavata bene. Vuoi che continui a guardare da lontano la ragazza con i capelli neri e rossi?" Donnie said "Sì. Ottieni tutte le informazioni che puoi su Tia." Alex said stopping in front of his door "Sicuramente Boss lo considera fatto." Donnie said ending the call and putting the phone back in his pocket and unlocked the door to his place and locking the door behind him.

"What a day." Alex said to himself as he walked into his apartment straight to his room to get in the shower. Alex wanted to know what Tia tasted like on her lips and downstairs; thoughts of how she would moan under him made him even harder for a girl he couldn't wait to have for himself but with his line of work there was no way a pretty girl like that would up for his world. He'd have to find a way to win her over but the real question was how to do so and still get rid of Donna. Taking off his shirt first then everything else but before he could go for his boxers there was the sound of his phone going off again "Cazzo!" Alex cursed to himself and got his phone again to see the name D'Angelo pop up, "What is it?" Alex said and he heard laughing in the background "Alex my friend watch the tone." D'Angelo said and Alex knew that tone too well "I'm trying to grab a shower and then go to bed old friend. What is it you need?" Alex asked trying to be polite but still sounding annoyed. "Well I wanted to talk more to you about some girls I'm interested in and to have a stiff drink with you." D'Angelo said but groans "una brava ragazza." Alex feels sick. "Devo davvero ascoltare questo? D'Angelo." Alex asked "Mi ha offerto chi sono io per rifiutarla?" D'Angelo said chuckling "Ci vediamo presto. La prossima volta mandami un messaggio. Notte D'Angelo" Alex said not waiting to see what D'Angelo had to say next.
