Ch -13 : Be my Girlfriend

3rd person's POV

"Is it because you're excited about going home with me?"

"... or was I caught?"

''Soon you will be in my grasp, baby girl." Daehyun internally smirked while eyeing the beauty in front of him.

Soon, my Mochi, very soon...

Daehyun blew air into Min's ears, which sent shivers down the younger man's spine. She is astonished and bewildered as to why her hyunnie hyung suddenly changed into this type of creepy person. Or is he like that in the first place, but she just didn't know or catch it first? No one could tell.

"Hyunnie, why are you being like this?" Min stuttered as her voice started shaking.

Daehyun moved a little backward as he chuckled sinisterly. He caressed Min's soft and smooth black hair before his hand landed on the youngster's chubby and soft cheeks. Min Young felt Daehyun's hand, and all she could do was look away, hating his touch. Daehyun liked how fearful Min got, and he held her chin up a little harshly so the younger would look at him and not anywhere else.

"Do you think Seo Jun-hyung would really like you? Well, wake the fuck up. He hates girls like you. He likes hot and sexy girls '' . By then, Min's tears had fallen down like a river. She doesn't want the feeling of how Daehyun easily gets into her fragile heart.

"You don't know that ... Seojun-hyung is kind; he wouldn't hate me just because I like him!" She slapped Daehyun's hand away from her angrily.

"Why do you think he bailed you out when you tried to confess?" Min's lips parted in confusion.

"What do you mean?" Daehyun grinned.

"You possibly did not believe that he is simply busy, right? ... He knew beforehand that you would confess, but guess what? He told me to go because he doesn't want to hear about your bullshit." Daehyun chuckled while looking at Min, who was now crying.

"Sejun would never do that! You are just saying this because I know about your secret personality! If you're worried about me telling others about this, then I won't! I promise I won't tell anyone, Daehyun! Just... please take back all of what you said." She pleaded, wiping her tears away.

"Do you really think that the world works out that way, my Mochi? Aren't you one hell of a little innocent kid, Park Min Young?" Daehyun chuckled as he shook his head. Min was being too oblivious and stupid for his liking.

"Daehyun, please, stop this. I would still be your friend! I would forget all of this, and you would still keep my secret while I keep yours."

"Oh, about that... I changed my mind. From now on, if you won't obey me, I will do something you don't like and tell everyone about your secret."

Min's heart almost fell from what he heard. There's no turning back now. Daehyun is really this type of person—someone who manipulates people and acts innocent and shy just to gain others' attentionnipulates people and acts innocent and shy just to gain others' attention. And Min didn't see that coming. How she wished she had known that way before.

"What do you want?" Min clenched her hands into a fist as she gritted her teeth in anger. If he isn't backing away, then she won't either. She can't let Seojun know about her feelings this way; he would get the wrong impression of her if that ever happened.

Daehyun knew that Min was determined to keep her secret just so he wouldn't tell Seojun about how she felt towards him. He knew that Min Young was afraid of Seojun's rejection.

"Be my girlfriend."

"What?" Min asked as her eyes looked as if they would come out of their sockets and her eyebrows furrowed.

"You heard me... By that, no one would follow me around anymore like some lost dogs since I have you. I'll have my peace, and you'll not embarrass yourself. Good proposal, isn't it?"

"I would never." Daehyun was a little taken aback by Min's reply. He is not expecting that response since he always gets what he wants.

"You hear me, Jeon Daehyun? "I would never be your girlfriend." Min spat with an angry glare before she marched out of the door, leaving Daehyun's mouth hanging.

But soon after, Daehyun grinned and laughed like a crazy person.

"Let's test how far that sass could get then. After all, at the end of the day, you will be mine. ''

Min's POV

Our winter break has finally arrived, and all I did was stay at home since it is chilling outside. It has been a week since my last talk with that two-faced bastard, Jeon Daehyun. I have never seen someone that shameless. Just thinking about him makes me nauseous. How could I get involved with that sort of person?

He's probably the worst person I have seen. Wait! Do Seojun and Eun know about this side of him?

I sat up from my bed, thinking about what I just thought. What if they don't know and are still friends with him? It would break his heart knowing that his cute and innocent Daehyun was a person who manipulates others. Or worse, Daehyun might use Seojun and Eun someday like he was trying to use me. I need to warn them!

I got off my bed and wore my indoor slippers, running towards my door, but Noona suddenly showed up, making us bump our heads together and fall off our buttocks.

"Ouch Noona!" I touched my aching forehead and buttocks while she quickly stood up like nothing happened and crossed her arms, walking forward. I got up too, but when I saw her walking towards me, it made me walk backward and sit on my bed.

"Where do you think of it too?" She asked, standing in front of me with a serious look on her face.

"Nowhere."

"You're not saying the truth. The way you can't look me in the eye tells me that you're hiding something." Shit. Why do I have to be like this whenever I lie? Should I just tell her about Daehyun? I mean, she already hates those business club members, and I'm not really scared of that bastard. Just thinking that I have a Mafia family made me brave all of a sudden. Even though I'm not expecting them to kill him if he threatens me again, for Pete's sake! I'm just saying that I have my back if he tries to do something shady to me.

The hell am I thankful now that I know about my father's work? I felt like no one could mess with me anymore.

"It's really nothing." I looked at her. She narrowed her eyes, still not believing me.

"I'm not buying that. I knew something had happened. Days had passed, but you're still not telling me about what happened in your confession. And as far as I know you, you would've squealed and begged for me to just listen to you. Or don't tell me. He looked at me suspiciously, and I widened my eyes.

"NO! You are thinking it wrong; I wasn't rejected!" She breathed in relief after knowing that.

"Thank God then, I was thinking about how I should murder him if ever he rejected you." My eyes widened even more as I felt shivers in my body.

"Yah Noona!" She chuckled.

"I'm just kidding, Minie; I wouldn't do that to someone you love." She ruffled my hair like she always does.

"Then could you do that to someone I hate?"

"What do you mean?" I cleared my throat.

"Nothing." I smiled at her.

Gosh, Park Park Min is young! Are you seriously considering using violence against that Daehyun? You must be kidding me!

I mentally slapped myself for thinking that way. I almost asked Noona to kill that Daehyun, geez.

Despite the fact that it may be a good idea, Yah Park Min Young! NOT AGAIN, PLEASE! HAVE SOME DECENCY! You are not a murderer!
