1 You make me
Someone called Kate and they hugged each other. My heart stopped beating and all of my system were clouded of anger. I clenched my fist because I couldn't control myself. I tried to breathe a numerous time but it didn't help.
I quickly ran towards their direction and pulled Kate's hand. A serious face was plastered all over my face that makes her confused.
"Kate stop this bullshit"
"Andria what's going on? Why are you being like this?"
"You're flirting with her"
"What? Are you insane? Why would I flirt with her?"
"Ask yourself"
"I don't believe this. Andria, tell me. Are you perhaps, a lesbian?" she looked at me with a disgust all over her face.
My mind went blank. I'm just really confused why am I like this and what I'm feeling right now.
I glanced at her again with eyes full of unrequited desire.
"Kate, love me!!" I blurted out without thinking. Am I crazy? What's going on? I-i love Kate? but she's a girl same as me.
Thinking about everything that I have said, tears were flowing down on her face. I thought that things might have a chance of working out, a chance to be happy but I was wrong.
Holding both of my hands, as if never intending to let me go, she whispers into my ear " I can't love you back Andria. I'm so sorry."
I hurled her hands away from me. I couldn't handle it anymore. I'm falling into thoughts of madness. I felt like my heart is burning down in hell. The pain is too much for me to bear. Everything that I see now is dyed in pitch black. I'm loosing myself. S-she can't love me b-back? HAHAHAHA it makes me insane.
I pushed her really hard that makes her lay on the floor. I spotted a red pen beside her and rushed to get it. When I already have it on my left hand, I hold it... tightly. Almost delirious with a rage, I barge on her direction. All I see is a terrified Kate cowering away from me sobbing her heart out and pleading not to hurt her but I'm here shaking, with how livid I am right now. Fear is so palpable on her because she's trembling and I enjoy to see it. I cut the distance between us. My right hand squeezes her goddamn throat until she stops breathing but I'm not yet pleased so I stab her countless time. Do I feel satisfied...no. Something, inside me cracked.
Suddenly, rage were all gone and I regained my consciousness. I roamed my eyes and I saw Kate lying down on the floor lifelessly in her own blood. With a trembling hands, I check for her heartbeat if she's still alive but she's already dead. She died because of me.
Stunned by what I've done, I must leave. I have to get out of here. I reach for my phone to see my reflection on the screen and there I saw my face, covered with Kate's blood with a bloodshot eyes and creepy smile on my face.
