Elder Raincloud could naturally discern some of the concerns that the two women were currently feeling. Forcing a cough, the Returning Galaxy Auction House Elder glanced at Arthur before speaking out loud.
"It is true that a Rank 5 Fae Master is quite the force to be reckoned with, especially a Clan that controls multiple of them. However, not every Fae Master possesses the talent, or the resources to reach that level. Only one such talent within the Thirty Three Heavens can guarantee a Rank 5 Fae Master, or should I say, thirty three such talents.....".
The younger, more immature Valentine didn't seem to catch Elder Raincloud's words, but the older, more experienced Lavinia frowned for a moment before he eyes widened, unconsciously taking a half step back!
She covered her mouth as her eyes roamed all over Arthur's body.
"No.... it can't be.... a Sovereign Boundary Physique!".
Just those words alone caused Valentine beside her to freeze, her eyes regaining a faint glint as a wave of shock and awe washed over the pair of young women.
Arthur glanced at Elder Raincloud, raising an eyebrow before nodding his head.
"I am this generations Boundless Forest Yearning. I am currently nineteen years of age".
Arthur released his Rank 3 Fae Master cultivation, causing the two women to unconsciously stop breathing as they felt his cultivation base wash over them. The topaz coloured origin essence wasn't as thick as they had seen in other Rank 3 Fae Masters, indicating that Arthur was still only a vapour topaz origin essence Fae Master, but still...
Valentine was almost twenty and yet she was still a hadron quartz origin essence Fae Master!
Arthur had surpassed her cultivation by two major boundaries!
And besides....
Most Fae Masters would go their entire lives without ever seeing a Sovereign Boundary Physique. Boundary Physiques were infinitely more common within the Thirty Three Heavens, and even then, there were thousands, perhaps even tens of thousands of different Boundary Physiques.
But there were Thirty Three Sovereign Boundary Physiques, of which every single Fae Master knew off by heart.
Arthur quickly suppressed his cultivation base, once again rhythmically tapping on the armrest. His gaze moved away from Lavinia and Valentine, who just stood there shocked, before the pair instantly bowed.
"Lord Boundless!".
Arthur waved the two off, instead facing Elder Raincloud.
"There is something else that I would like to purchase from the Returning Galaxy Auction House. Materials and resources that can be used to enhance a Fae Masters base Thoughts, Emotions and Desires".
Elder Raincloud couldn't help but lean forward, slightly more interested about the contents of this discussion.
Materials and resources that could be used to strengthen a Fae Masters Thoughts, Emotions and Desires was extremely specific. Usually only Taming Fae Masters, or Fae Masters that specialized in Mind Attributed Fae would order such things.
There was also the possibility of an Intent.....
The Elder smiled.
"May I ask what resources you are specifically looking for young sir?".
Arthur pulled out a sheet of paper, and read of the list in his hands.
"Specifically for Thoughts a Formless Candle Lotus would be preferable. Including the lotus root and the lotus seeds. For Emotions, Blazing Love Grass or Freezing Hatred Grass would be optimal. And for Desires, a 1,000 Year Hungry Ghost would be the best option. Give or take a hundred years should be fine, but anymore than that and-".
"The chances of Intent refinement would become extremely low. The potent spiritual essence within the Formless Candle Lotus and the Blazing Love Grass would become too much for the 899 Year Hungry Ghost and your Thoughts and Emotions would overcome your Desires.....".
Arthur nodded, not attempting to hide anything.
These were extremely uncommon Fae materials that were used in Intent refinement. However, the chances of using these three Fae material in order to strengthen Thoughts, Emotions and Desires to in return refine Intent was extremely good.
These were all Fae materials found within Human Heaven. They could be found on every Continent, however they were only found near specific Fae Grounds.
If one found them anywhere else, they probably wouldn't find another one for the rest of their lives.
Elder Raincloud seemed even more interested in the conversation now.
"Is the young sir needing a place to refine their Intent? If so the Auction House can prepare a place on site for the refinement process-".
Arthur waved his hand once, cutting Elder Raincloud off.
"I'm not interesting in spending even more money where I don't have to. However, I would like to know something about the current state of White Corpse City".
The Auction House Elder raised an eyebrow, leaning back in his chair. Despite being interested in Fae and in Arthur's Sovereign Boundary Physique, politics was not one of Elder Raincloud's interests, and thus felt slightly bored by the discussion.
"Ask away young sir. But every question will cost something".
Arthur didn't seem fazed by his words.
"All I need to know is when the next White Dominion Sect Leader Tournament is, and whether or not "Lady White" is currently within White Corpse City".
Elder Raincloud paused for a few seconds, leaning back into the conversation.
That had.... certainly peaked his interest.
He smiled, answering Arthur's question.
"The next White Dominion Sect Tournament is in approximately ten years. All Fae Masters that possess a Core Disciple Ranking, or an Elder Position is worthy of putting their names forward for the Tournament. As for your second question.... no. She is not currently within White Corpse City".
Arthur nodded.
That "Lady White" was the one that Arthur had discussed with about the usage of transmission arrays. Considering that the White Dominion Sect currently controls said transmission arrays, he had to get permission from her, with money paid by the Returning Galaxy Auction House.
That was the reason why Arthur gave up the Sword Divinity Inheritance. The amount of credit he would receive from such a thing would be more than enough to pay for the transmission array, in addition to any future spending he might need.
Arthur glanced at the window, noticing that the sun was currently setting.
"What about my Fae? How many have you managed to gather?".
Arthur had also purchased numerous Rank 3, and even several Rank 4 Fae from the Returning Galaxy Auction House. All prices were ridiculously high, two or three times the normal market price for Rank 3 Fae.
Why?
Because all of them were purchased outright.
If these Fae were put on Auction, even in a smaller Branch, they would rake in a vast amount of wealth, if the Auction House could sell them in the correct region. Since Arthur didn't want such a thing to happen, he naturally paid a premium for all of them.
Elder Raincloud nodded.
"We have currently obtained roughly 28% of all the Fae that the young sir has requested. The entire sum can be obtained by the young sir in roughly a months time. Would you like to take the amount that we currently have in our possession?".
Arthur nodded once more.
"Yes".
There was nothing more than needed to be said.
All of these Fae, were necessary in order to recreate the Attribute Control Skills that he had seen in his future.
What was the point in future knowledge if he couldn't use his enemies strengths against them?
