PICK YOURSELF UP AND MOVE ON

I was now back in South Dakota. Me and my brother came back home 30minutes ago , we are waiting for my parents to come back .

Gabi has called me , texted me but I didn't reply I can't believe she could do this to me . I have thrown away everything that reminds me of her.

"Madison there home, come down fast" Marcus yelled from downstairs .

I ran downstairs and into the living room . I was envelop in a hug by my Mom.

" My baby are you okay ,did they hurt you?" My Mom asked.

I just nodded back as a sign that I'm okay.

My parents decided to send me to camp to help me get my head off what had just happened. I was now upstairs packing for the trip it was going to be for one month so I choose to pack a bit light.

I only packed two suitcases and they weren't really big they a bit small .

One of them had my clothes while the other had my makeup , shoes , first aid kit, curly iron and my laptop which was not allowed in camp but I snack it in anyway. I had to go to bed early cause I had to be up by 6:30 to leave for the camp.

This camp was actually for a bunch of people from our school thats why my parents thought it would be a good idea so I could make some friends before I go back to school.

The next day

I was now in the car with my parents who were driving me to the school where everyone was meeting up. My parents explained to me that we would going by the school bus.

My parents helped with my bags as we walked to where the teacher in charge of the students was standing holding a board I guess where they wrote the students names .

"Good Morning Mr and Mrs Duke. And you must be Madison nice to meet you " he said stretching his hand out for me to shake which I did.

"Nice to meet you to Sir"

" My names Kaleb" I nodded telling him that I had heard.

" Okay let's get you signed in , Mr. Duke please sign here" he showed my Dad the papers and he signed .

" Okay Madison go take a seat in the waiting area which is over there" he pointed to a place that looked like an outside dinning place.

I nodded at him said bye to my parents got my bags and wheeled them all the way to an empty table and sat there.

I texted my brother for a while and told him I was okay. My parents called me a number of times to make sure I was okay. After an hour of waiting we were ready to go , they took our bags and loaded them onto the bus as the rest of the students moved around finding there friends and looking for where they were going to sit.

I just stood there being awkward cause I didn't know where to go who to talk to and where to sit. Soon enough everyone was on the bus apart from me.

The teacher I saw earlier came to me and took me to a bus. When I stepped in I could tell this bus was for the popular people I stood there not knowing what to do .

Kaleb came in to the bus and introduce me which was bad I didn't want anyone to know me . I wanted to complete the school year going unnoticed while that plan failed the moment he said my name.

" Guys this is Madison she's new so be kind , go on and find a seat we will be leaving soon " I nodded my head and move ahead every place that was free either had boys looking at my weirdly or girls put bags or other things in the seat so I couldn't sit next to them. How rude.

I choose to sit at the back of the bus where there was a free seat with no one in it. When I took a seat in it I looked to my right cause I felt someone looking at me.
