My instincts screamed at me to move, but it was too late. By the time I reacted, I myself and the Scythes were teleported somewhere else.

Looking around, I saw Cadell, the strongest Scythe of us all, looking at the two figures in front of him. His indifferent face wasn't showing any signs of fear or worry as i looked at the Asura.

"I wonder why is an Asura working for a lesser. As much as I know, you people are very prideful and tend to use lesser beings as your toys

It seems like you have fallen… Aldir the sword of Epheotus"

Cadell's words carried a tone of someone who wasn't afraid…that's what I thought until I saw Cadell's hands that he placed behind him.

'Shaking…well, I wouldn't blame him since I myself am in the same situation '

"What happened to you, Bilal? Aren't you supposed to be dead?" Asked Ave as she looked at her retainer.

The Retainer didn't answer, instead he dashed towards me with his toxic mana blades.

But, before he could even reach me. I fired a black beam at him that instantly destroyed his head.

Just when I thought I killed him, his destroyed head slowly started regenerating?...no, the way it was regenerating was not normal at all.

First, I didn't see anything blood or flesh…it was just piece of papers .

"It also seems like We are immortal" Stated Aldir who was just standing there.

"So, are you not going to attack us?" I asked while looking at Bilal, who had already regenerated his head .

"My order is to only keep you here. If you want to fight me then I welcomed you" Said the three eyes Asura.

"This is fascinating, for you take order from a lesser…so he's planning to reduced our soldiers while you hold us here" Said Cadell as he canceled his black flames. "Then we'll return to Alacrya"

"No one is leaving here" Said the Asura as he released his immeasurable mana, cause the whole vicinity to tremble.

None of us were able to stand tall against him. Our knees gave away as we touched the ground.

"I've already died, I don't know how I'm still alive and how my mind and body is acting like this, but that means nothing if I can get the chance to murder you half-breeds ".

Hearing his words, I couldn't help but ask

"He killed you?"

"…yes, that boy is a monster. Something that wasn't supposed to be in our world"

"Enough of this!" Angry, said Cadell as he forced himself to stood up. The ground below him cracked due to the high pressure that was pressing us down.

"Stay…down" The Last word came from behind Cadell who was also shocked by Aldir's speed.

'I didn't even see him move '

"I want to kill you so much, but…" the pause Aldir did cause us to looked at him.

"Count yourselves lucky" Said Aldir as he snapped his finger and the next second webwere brought back to the battlefield.

(General pov)

Everyone on the battlefield had their heads raised up as they watched something that no one even though existed in their whole lives.

"Is this the end?"

"Dafuq is that?"

"No..i can't die today, I promise my daughter I'll return safe"

The soldiers didn't think twice, the first thing that came to their minds was "RUN"

But it was impossible for them to outrun the huge meteor that was descending towards them.

No one was going to make it. It was their doom and their funeral.

"None of these soldiers are going to make it. What should we do?" Said Karos who he and the other scythes were looking at the incoming meteor, then at Madara who was levitating in the sky looking at them.

"We have lost a lot of them, we can't allow losing more" Said Ava as she looked at Cadell. He was their leader, so his words were orders.

Cadell turned to look back and scanned the area.

'Where did Aldir and Bilal go?' Thought Cadell as he shifts his gaze towards Madara.

"We can't lose more of our people, Cadell. Ave, can you do something to stop that thing and give the soldiers more time to escape?" Said Seris

"Hmm, do it" The moment Cadell said that, Ave placed her hands on the ground,

[World tree ]

The ground shook as black like vines erupted and shot towards the incoming meteor. The huge black vines started surrounding the meteor in order to slow it down and eventually stop it.

"Mm, I-I don't think I can stop it" said Ave who was trying her best to stop the meteor.

"Hold it for a while until the soldiers get out of the range" Said Seris.

Madara on the other hand was just holding his laugh. What the latter were doing kinda reminded him of the same scene of Naruto.

"Feel despair" Said Madara as he smirked.

"We are leaving" Said Cadell who managed to saw the smirk on Madara's face.

"What about the soldiers?" Asked Seris.

"Why do you act like you care for those soldiers? There are still a lot of them back at Alacrya. We'll leave them here" Said Cadell as he pulled out a small plate like artifact and placed it on the ground.

But before activating it, he took one look at Madara…but, that was his mistake.

[Genjutsu ]

Cadell dropped to all fours while his eyes went wide open.

"No one is leaving here, this will be your grave" the moment Madara finished his words, Another meteor appeared above the first one that Ave was trying to stop.

"I need to leave" muttered Seris as her instincts hit .

The two meteors touched the ground.

*BOOOOOOOOOOOOM*

The ground was turned upside down, the wind was pushed away. None of the soldiers managed to escape the death of being squished by the meteors.

Everything that was on the range of the attack was swallowed up, while the ones that were out of the range were blown away by the powerful shockwaves.

Levitating higher in the sky, Madara looked at the cloud smoke that was covering the land below him .

'Three managed to survive' thought Madara as he descended from the sky and landed on top of the piece of the meteor.

"inhale…exhale*. That took quite a lot of my chakra" Said Madara while his eyes were fixed at a certain location where he was feeling the presence of three people moving.

[Red lightning release: Chakra mode ]

The red lightning covered Madara's body as it kept cracking and even destroying the piece of meteor that Madara was standing on.

*woosh*

Madara's body disappeared from the view due to the incredible speed he just used. It was like he teleported.

Just like how he vanished, Madara instantly reappeared right in front of the trio and without a second thought he thrust his right hand towards the woman who was carrying Cadell.

The moment his hand made contact with Ave's chest. The red lightning did its job and explode her chest, leaving a huge hole on her.

The next person didn't have enough reaction speed due to him loosing his left leg and arm.

Madara collected his lightning in his hand and formed a chidori which sunk into Karos's armor and finally his chest.

When Madara pulled out his hand, he was holding Karos's heart that was still pounding.

*Baduum..Baduum..Baduum *

Karos watched his heart on the hand of Madara as he dropped on the ground and die.

"It seems like I've failed you, my Lord"

Madara looked at the figure who said that and saw that it was Cadell. His was missing his lower body and right arm, alongside his horns and right eye.

""Don't worry, after you died I'll kill your Lord too" Said Madara as he pulled out his Gunbai and placed it on Cadell's throat.

"You know, I've changed my mind. I'll let you witness his death"

*Slash*

Cadell's head was separated from his body by Madara's Gunbai.

Madara put back his weapon and summon three test tube and started collected the blood of the Scythes.

'I wonder if the fourth one is buried under that meteor..' Thought Madara but decided to ignore it and finished doing what he was doing.

After Madara finished taking their bloods. He piled the three Scythes together like potatoes bags.

"Well, that was fun and tiresome at the same time. I should return to the castle" Said Madara as he used Flying Raijin to teleport away with the dead bodies of the Scythes.

But, little did Madara know, Seris the last Scythe was hiding behind the meteor inside her magic barrier.

And the moment Madara left, she canceled her barrier and take one last look at the scene in front of her before flying away to an unknown location.

But, what Seris also didn't know is that another figure saw everything that happened starting from the beginning of the battle to the end of it.

The mysterious figure waved his hand and the space in front of him ripped apart to create a portal that he used to get away
