Kuroi's heart clenched at his words, and her expression flashed a trace of worry. Madara's nonchalance was almost unnerving. Did he not perceive the imminent danger they were in? Or was he simply confident in his ability to overcome it?

"Boom boom boom..."

The sound of knocking on the door interrupted her thoughts, echoing ominously through the apartment. They exchanged glances, a mutual understanding passing between them. The Curse Users had arrived.

Two seconds passed. An eternity in that charged atmosphere.

"Boom--"

A violent explosion ripped through the door and the adjacent wall, sending shards of wood and plaster flying in all directions. A roaring fireball erupted, its flames hungry and merciless, sweeping towards Madara, Kuroi, and Riko with a strong, lethal impact.

The ground shook, and the furniture was obliterated, crushed by the force of the explosion. Windows shattered, glass raining down like deadly shards. The air was filled with the acrid smell of burning, a suffocating blanket that threatened to choke them.

In that chaos, the figures of Madara and the others were submerged in the flames. Time seemed to stand still as the fire raged, consuming everything in its path, leaving destruction in its wake.

When the flames finally receded, giving way to a deathly silence, the scene that remained was one of utter devastation. Smoke so thick you couldn't see your fingers billowed through the entire first floor of the apartment, a grim testament to the power of the attack.

The aftermath of the explosion was a scene of devastation, with the broken wall and shattered windows giving way to the outside world. The thick, acrid smoke that had filled the apartment began to drift outwards, creating an eerie haze.

Not far from the apartment, dozens of Curse Users from the infamous Curse User Group Q stood, their faces a mix of anticipation and tension. Their presence was like a dark shadow, a collective embodiment of malevolence and power.

At the forefront of the group was Atsuko, an enigmatic figure known for his strategic prowess. Alongside him were Ke Kun and several other key members, operators of significant standing within the organization. Their eyes were fixed on the apartment, ignoring the billowing smoke as they intently observed the situation.

From within the depths of the black smoke, a playful voice emerged, breaking the tense silence. "You will knock on the door before you start. You are quite polite." The voice was unmistakably Madara's, laced with irony and amusement.

A chill ran down the spines of the Curse Users, and several bodies shook involuntarily. Was this the reaction of a man who had just been attacked? It was as though the explosion had been nothing more than a slight inconvenience to him.

Atsuko's eyes narrowed, his face a mask of concentration. The powerful Cursed Energy within his body began to surge, a restless force that echoed his growing sense of unease. He could sense that Madara was far from defeated, and the situation was far from resolved.

Then, a mysterious blue light flashed faintly among the smoke and debris. It was ethereal and otherworldly, a beacon of strength in the midst of chaos. A wind, seemingly from nowhere, began to blow, scattering the thick smoke and revealing the true state of the apartment.

The intact figures of Madara, Kuroi, and Riko entered the field of vision of all the Curse Users, a sight that was as breathtaking as it was terrifying.

The original floor of the apartment had been obliterated by the explosion, the destruction exposing the raw earth below. This scene of devastation spread like a scar across the landscape, all the way to Madara's feet, where it abruptly halted.

It was as if an invisible protective barrier had been erected in front of Madara, a shield that had completely blocked the explosion, preventing it from advancing even an inch further. This unseen force had not only protected Madara but had also enveloped Riko Amai and Kuroi, leaving them untouched and unharmed.

The effect was both awe-inspiring and chilling, a testament to Madara's immense power and control. The apartment's ruin stood in stark contrast to the unscathed figures within, a dichotomy that spoke volumes about the situation's gravity.

Outside the apartment, Atsuko's eyes were fixed on Madara's scarlet gaze, and he felt an invisible pressure bearing down on him. Those eyes seemed to penetrate his very soul, as if they could uncover all his secrets, fears, and intentions.

Atsuko's decision to bring all the combat members of his organization was no coincidence. He had anticipated the strength of the Jujutsu division protecting the Star Plasma Vessel, and he knew that facing such a formidable opponent required their full force.

However, his motivations were not solely strategic.

"You are the Jujutsu Sorcerer who defeated Darko and my brother?" Atsuko's voice was laced with a killing intent as he looked at Madara, his eyes burning with a combination of rage and determination.

"So, this time, it's not only about the girl behind me, but also about revenge?" Madara replied, his voice calm and untroubled. He felt no remorse for the bloodshed he had caused among Atsuko's subordinates, nor did he feel guilty about it.

In the world of curses and battle, such casualties were inevitable. It was a brutal, unyielding truth: one was either trampled by others or climbed to the top over the bones of one's adversaries. No matter the world, this reality remained unshakeable.

Atsuko's face twisted with anger, his voice rising as he spat out his response: "You insolent brat, I want you and that Star Plasma Vessel to be buried with my brother!"

Atsuko's eyes were as cold as ice, and beneath her black mask, words laced with deadly intent escaped.

"You can stomach the killings you've done, but you can't bear to see others do the same? What are you, a child who hasn't even finished kindergarten?"

Madara responded sarcastically, his hands nonchalantly in his trouser pockets.

Both Curse Users and Jujutsu Sorcerers employ similar techniques and methods. The difference lies in the fact that the subordinates of a Curse User must be stained with the deaths of many lives. Because of this practice, he was branded as a wicked Jujutsu Sorcerer by the Jujutsu Director Department.

He was a Curse User.

"I will Kill you!" Atsuko's eyes were wide open, the whites tinged with bloodshot fury. Her expression was one of ferocity and madness.

"The last two victims said the same thing before they died," Madara retorted, slowly walking toward Atsuko and her companions, who were standing near the rubble of a destroyed wall.

The corners of his mouth twisted into a sinister smile, and his Sharingan eyes glinted with a bloody and ominous light.

"However," he continued, his voice dripping with mockery, "bringing so many people here, just as a prelude to my meal... You really have gone to great lengths, haven't you?"
