Mangekyo Sharingan, But More?
I opened my eyes. I was ready. After five years of effort, I finally did it.

A resounding chime rang through my head. It was the system.

However, the next part was unexpected.
'Hmm? What's this?'

I hurriedly clicked the 'Y,' indicating yes. Immediately, the three tomoe in my eye began to spin rapidly. Blood began to drip from my eyes.
"AhHAHHHH!" I grit my teeth as I felt a pain far exceeding what I felt the first time I unlocked Mangekyo Sharingan.
It was not a simple physical pain but an uncomfortable piercing pain, starting from my eyes to the back of my mind.
"Madara? I've got news!" My mother called out to me from outside my room.
"Not a good time, mother!" I called out. I ignored the many new notifications from the system for the time being.
"Well, it's important! You've been accepted early to the United States Super Academy. You're now 9 years old. Although you'll be a year younger than the others, your friends, Izumi and Yuka, will be there with you to help. Anyway, I'm coming in regardless!" She giggled before widely opening the door.
Her eyes widened as she surveyed the room.
"Haa… I will never get used to seeing those little wood clones. I guess 'little' isn't the right word anymore, considering they're taller than me!"
"Let's find the real one!" She hopped to each wood clone, lowering her head to look at their face.
I was in the middle of my room, meditating with the four other clones. If we were back in Konoha, they would notice the surging natural energy flowing into each clone's body.
The clones were from my jutsu [Wood Release: Multiple Wood Release Clone Technique]. The Hashirama cells I had transplanted onto my arm before I had died had fully integrated with my new body. My new cells, which were now a mix of mine and Hashirama's, would provide a high regeneration rate as well as negate the blindness from Mangekyo Sharingan.
By sacrificing a few of the trees outside, I created four clones that would help my mastery of Senjutsu.
After their creation, I immediately had them use [Transformation Jutsu] to take on the adult form of my body. After using the [Transformation Jutsu] on my main body, five adult Madara's were huddled around in my room, drawing in natural energy.
The creation of wood clones will allow me to train to gather natural energy, and the [Transformation Jutsu] allowed me to use an adult body compared to a child body.
Despite the slight chakra drain, the amount was minuscule and able to be completely ignored.
"Oh! I think this is the real Madara!" She jumped in front of my face… only to fall backward in surprise.
"What happened to your eyes?!" She shouted.
"No need to worry, mother. It is simply the effects of strengthening my eye superpowers."
"Oh… I see. My little boy is becoming quite strong, isn't he? Now he has taken the appearance of a fine young man. He's ready to leave me…." She wiped her dry eyes. "Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that the Headmaster approved of our decision to let you in early. After all, you awakened a portion of your super abilities early, and it hasn't hurt your growth, so we can pretty much assume you'll be fine."
"Hm… alright," I nodded.
"Anyway, you seem impatient. I'll go off now. Don't be late for dinner!" She reminded me before leaving the room.
My chakra had increased by a large margin, easily surpassing the Kage level. I had around a tailed-beasts level of chakra, most likely between 2 and 3 tails.
I walked to the mirror, curious about my current eye pattern, even though I had not selected any abilities for them.
It was a simple ring of black around my pupil.
'Seems like this is just the result of having the 3 tomoe merging.'
I walked back to the middle of the room before sitting back in a meditative position.
'System,' I called out mentally.
'Let's take a look at what exactly the system has to offer for my Mangekyo Sharingan (MS).'

Tens of thousands of different Mangekyo abilities were displayed across the blue boxes. Pride bubbled up in my stomach; these were most likely all the Mangekyo abilities discovered by the members of the Uchiha Shinobi of my previous world. Hundreds of years of accumulation. All of these abilities had unique functions, applications, and nearly limitless potential if strengthened properly.
'And many of them died before they could display their true potential….'
I continued to scroll through the many abilities, reading through each of their abilities.
'I initially planned with having [Tsukuyomi] in mind, but now that I have the opportunity to choose any of them, it seems I can be a little creative in my selections.'
After more than half a day of thoroughly reading through thousands of Mangekyo abilities.
A handful of abilities stood out.

[Amaterasu] – An inextinguishable black fire. Blaze Release is unlockable, depending on eye prowess.
[Kamui] – The power of spacetime, which had been what my 'tool' had. Makes the user partially or fully intangible by escaping into a separate dimension. Allows the user to teleport and move objects into storage through contact. Speed of abilities depends on eye prowess.
[Senkenmei] – The power of limited foresight is granted to the user. Ability to see events seconds away in high detail, minutes away in medium detail, and hours away in low detail. Vague warnings were given about impending dangers days away. Amount of details shown changes with the increase in eye prowess.
[Kurikaesu] – The ability to do a simulation fight against an opponent in a split second. The number of simulations depends on eye prowess.
[Kakuchomodo] – Temporarily boosts chakra amount in exchange for a period of weakness afterward. The duration of the boost depends on eye prowess.
[Tamashido] – Soul transfer allows the user to transfer your soul into another, although it will make your main body vulnerable. Speed of transfer depends on eye prowess.
[Zokyo] – Power to augment. Allows the user to enhance their Susanoo attributes to a high degree. Augment power depends on eye prowess.
[Jikan] – Allows the user to fight at their peak state for a certain amount of time. More damage received will reduce ability duration. The duration of peak state depends on eye prowess.

Now I had to decide which ability would maximize my combat potential. Something that balances strength and survivability…
[Kamui] was an easy pick, considering both its combat potential, survivability, and overall utility. I would be able to become immune to physical attacks with a single thought, have a personal storage space, and teleport wherever I want as long as I can see it or have been there before. [Kamui] itself can also distort space and cause high damage, although it takes some time for it to fully activate.
My next choice was between [Zokyo] and [Amaterasu]. Most of my fights will focus on high damage output in a short period of time, and since I can quickly escape through [Kamui], [Jikan] is not as useful. [Tamashido] was one of the unique abilities I found, but its effectiveness highly varied, making me reluctant to acquire it. [Kotoamatsukami] had too long of a recharge time and did not fit the purpose I was looking for. [Kakuchomodo] sounded very useful, but since my chakra would already be monstrous by the time I grow up, additional chakra would be more useful for longer fights and would not synergize well with [Kamui].
[Kurikaesu] and [Senkenmei] were interesting. They both would allow me to gauge the opponent's power accurately, while Senkenmei also had some effectiveness in providing insight on events later in the future as well. It was a difficult choice.
[Zokyo] and [Amaterasu], on the other hand, would boost my destructive capabilities by a large margin. [Amaterasu]'s ability to burn anything it lands on is very powerful, although it would take some time for it to cause high damage. [Zokyo], however, would immediately boost my combat capability to a high degree. The Susanoo was the ultimate ability of the Uchiha Clan, and being able to improve its power was too valuable to give up.
Therefore, [Zokyo] was my final choice. It hurt, but I could only choose two.

Massive surges of chakra poured into my newly obtained Mangekyo Sharingan. A series of black lines were engraved onto them. It looked the same as my previous Mangekyo Sharingan, but with a black shuriken shape in it as well.

At this moment, my combat potential surpassed my original body. With tailed-beast-level chakra reserves, fully-integrated Hashirama cells, the instant casting of ninjutsu, and Mangekyo abilities far above my old ones, I feel as if my fight against Hashirama would be my win.
'Super Academy will be a good way to test out my newly obtained abilities.'
I clenched my fist in eagerness to see what this 'super' world had to offer. Will there be someone strong like Hashirama?
'Let's see how strong these 'super abilities' are in relation to my own power.'
Only three months before Super Academy began.
