Chapter 74: The death and resurrection of Asia

After getting home, I called Rias to tell her that I made contact with Freed and I roughed him up a bit. I told her to be ready in a few days as there may be some trouble. I got ready for bed and enjoyed another fun night with the wives that was there minus the 2 that was watching the next battlefield.

The next day, I did my daily routine of training and school. I even got that game of chess in with Sona. That game ended the same way the first one ended, me the winner. However, I felt that Sona wasn't as frustrated as the first time. Remembering that Sona made a declaration that she won't marry someone that isn't smarter than her when she broke of her engagement by beating her fiancé in a game of chess. Damn it, I did it again. My wives are now guaranteed two new sisters with the possibility or more. Well, I'll just have to go with it.

I take my leave and wonder around town while I'm thinking about this. I ended up at a playground with a familiar nun standing there.

"Michael?"

I was snapped out of my deep thought.

"Oh? Hi Asia. How's it going?"

"I'm fine, thank you for asking. How are you?"

"I'm alright, I was thinking about stuff."

"Oh? What stuff?"

"It's kinda personal."

"Ok."

"Hey, are you hungry?"

"Yes."

"I found a great place that serves the best burgers."

So now I'm on a date with Asia. We order and sit down. As we're waiting, she's looking at me with a puzzling look.

"I guess I owe you and explanation."

"About last night?"

"Yes, about what I am."

"Are you a devil?"

"No. I'm a human that has evolved from the limitation of a human. A high human."

Her eyes grew wide then she looked puzzled again.

"What is a high human?"

"It means that I'm a lot stronger, faster, and smarter than an average human but with a longer life span. My body is also a lot more durable than any human."

"How long is you life span?"

"I'm immortal for the most part. There is a way for my to die but it's hard."

"Wow! I never met an immortal person before. How strong are you?"

"I'm the 4th strongest being right now."

"That's pretty strong."

"Yes so it's important for me to put some limitations to my power so I don't destroy something if I just graze it lightly with my finger."

"I see."

Our food comes and we eat. After eating and I pay the bill, I take her to an arcade. She was like a kid in a candy store. I let her play so many games. She seems like she's having a lot of fun. I know that she deserves that considering what will happen to her soon. We begin to pass by the claw machines full of stuff little animals. She stops and is staring at on of the machines. It has a Pokémon looking stuff animal.

"You want one?"

"Yes."

So I put in the 2 coins needed to play it and I win her the stuffed animal. I hand it to her. She hugs it and begins to blush.

"Thank you, Michael!"

"It was nothing, Asia."

She smiles at me. Damn, she's cute. We leave the arcade and head to a park with a pond and benches. We sit down and look around.

"Did you have fun?"

"Yes, Michael."

It was quiet for a few seconds before she spoke again.

"Michael?"

"Yes, Asia?"

"Tell me about your life?"

"You want the whole story?"

"I don't mind."

So I tell her my life story about my previous life, my death, reincarnation, my life in another world, my wives, and me defeating the Dark Lord. Then I tell her about my small time of being here.

"Wow, you lived a strange life. However, you seem fine with it."

"Yes, without the events that lead me to this moment, I would still be on my version of Earth and would have never met such a beautiful young woman like you."

She blushed. She hugged her stuffy tight. I look into her green eyes and her eyes were watering up. Take that Diodora, you slimy bastard. I know he's spying on us again and I can feel he's pissed. Fuck off, you sick bastard. I'll end you soon enough.

"Michael, this is the happiest day I've have had ever. Thank you!"

"Everyone has the right to have some happiness in their life. I'm glad that I was able to give that to you."

She walked up to me and hugged me.

"I don't want to work with the fallen angels anymore. What they do is cruel. I don't want to work with Freed anymore, his eyes scare me. I want to go live with you."

Right after she said that, I felt the presence of 2 fallen angels. My mood has changed.

"Asia, stand behind me." I told her while summoning my Sledgehammer. I look at the pond as a red light begins to shine. The fallen angel that emerged was none other than Raynare.

"I thought you learned your lesson. Apparently, you didn't understand the assignment." I said to Raynare.

"So it's you. Mad Dog Barnes, is it? Well, it's not the same as 8 years ago when you slaughtered 12 Himejima clansmen, Today, I have some help!"

I hear Asia scream, I turn to see another fallen angel has grabbed Asia. Its Dohnaseek. I break the first limiter and I'm in Mad Dog mode now.

"I want to mess with me, that's guaranteed to end with death. You should let her go before I decide to kill you both." I said while my power was rising. Raynare and Dohnaseek was starting to sweat. They knew that they had no chance to win so they did the best thing in this situation. They teleported out of there. I lower my power back to base and place my limiter back on. Soon after. I phone starts to ring and I answer. Lydia told me that there's 4 fallen angels and 2 humans at the abandoned church. One male and a blond female nun. I thanked Lydia and Kara and told them to stay there and out of sight. I hang up and then called Rias to gather her peerage and head to the abandoned church. Looks like I got some crows to kill.

I meet up with Rias and her peerage and give them the info on the abandon church. I told Rias and Akeno to distract the fallen angel that is guarding the church. I will take Kiba and Koneko around the back. I figured that Freed will be the first one to run interference. While Freed was going to hold us up, Raynare would be starting the ritual to remove Asia's Sacred Gear. The thing that I didn't tell the group is that I'll have to waste time so Asia dies. Raynare will be tortured by the One and Only, Mad Dog Barnes to the point that she'll have no choice but to give Asia her Sacred Gear back. Then Rias will gain a bishop. I break the meeting and prepare.

Later...

Mittelt was sitting in a tree, kicking her feet while looking bored. The smallest among Raynare's group of fallen angels, she is dressed as a gothic lolita.

"This is the worst! I'm so bored! UGH!"

However, a magical circle appeared on the ground. Rias and Akeno made their move.

"Looks like I'm going to have some action now." Mittelt said excitedly.

"Just be glad that you didn't have to go up against Michael. You wouldn't last." Akeno said to Mittelt.

In another part in the forest right outside the church...

I'm with Kiba and Koneko, about to break down the doors to the church. I had already removed the limiter on my power so everyone that can feel my power will.

"Let's roll!"

I figured that to get that shock value from Freed, I would have some music announce my arrival so I signal for "Warrior" by Disturbed to be played right when I punch the door open. I walk in with Kiba on my left and Koneko on my right. Freed walks to the front of the alter.

"We meet again, Freed."

"That we have. It was painful to have my nose reset."

"You'll leave with more than a broken nose, shithead!" I shouted as I powered up.

Freed felt my power rising and started to sweat.

"Well, at least I can try to purge those devils with you."

"Your fight is with me, dumbass!" I was in Mad Dog Mode now. I flash stepped forward and speared Freed. I heard his ribs crack. He was holding his chest while rolling from side to side. I grab his leg and lift him before sending a kick to his gut. The force put him through a wall and out of the church. I knocked his ass out.

"You only lasted 2 hits. I guess they don't make dumbasses like they used to." I said while shaking my head. I turn towards Kiba and Koneko.

"Go down and try to distract Raynare for a bit, I'm going to help Rias and Akeno."

I walked away and head toward Rias's position. I get there to see Akeno transform. I also see 3 fallen angels. All three are in the air. I walk into view.

"I took care of Freed. I broke his ribs and knocked out the dumbass."

"How many hits?"

"2." I said with a grin. I summon my Sledgehammer.

"What is that?" Mittelt asked.

"The means of your defeat at the hands of the One and Only, MAD DOG BARNES!" I yelled as I started firing. I shot all their wings and they fell. I flash stepped behind Mittelt and chopped her on the neck. She's now out cold.

"Kalawarner, YOU'RE NEXT!" I said as I stared at her.

Before Kalawarner could react, I was already behind her and chopped her on the back of her neck, knocking her out cold.

"Dohnaseek, I got a bottle of death for you since you snuck up from behind me to take Asia." I said with an evil grin towards the only fallen angel that was still awake. His wings haven't regenerated yet so I place my hand on the ground.

"Stone Coffin, Iron Maiden!"

Dohnaseek had no chance to avoid the stone encasement. As soon as he was in the stone encasement, we hear him scream before the blood started to seep through the bottom of the stone encasement.

"Tie them up with this." I throw some chains to Rias and Akeno.

"If they wake up, Akeno, shock the hell out of them."

"Will do, Michael. He he."

I raised my right eye brow.

"On second thought. I could just call 2 of my wives to take them."

"You're a party pooper, humph." Akeno was pouting.

"Save your strength. There's one more."

When she heard that, she smiled.

"Nice outfit by the way Akeno."

"T-thank you." Akeno stammered with a blush.

"Go ahead, I'll be with you in a few."

Rias and Akeno nodded and walked off. I take my phone out and call Lydia.

"Hey babe. I got 2 to be transported to the castle into the special cells. I might have one more which I'll bring myself."

"Ok, darling. Kate and I will take them."

"Thank you and I'll reward you and Kate later tonight. I love you both."

I hung up and ran back to where the action is in the abandon church. I make my way to there the action is, preparing to go through all my transformations. When I get there, I see Kiba and Koneko being helped up by Akeno and Rias. I then see Raynare flying and behind her, Asia's lifeless body. I knew that this was going to happen but I felt my rage explode. My power shot up, The red gauntlet revealed itself on my right hand. Everyone stopped and looked at me. The pupils of my eyes turned orange as an orange aura began to radiate from my body. My muscles grew a little bit and my short hair turned orange. My ultimate form. True Mad Dog Rage form.

"Raynare, you shouldn't have done that. Now I'm going to make you wish that you had died when you tried to assassinate me."

Raynare was sweating a lot. She never knew that a human could possess this much power. In a blank of an eye, I flashed myself in front of Raynare and punched her with a right jab then a left jab, and continued with the jabs to her face. Every hit shattered her jaw but thanks to Twilight Healing, she was able to heal from that. However, she felt the pain regardless. I gave a right hook and send her to the wall. I still flashed to her and grabbed her right arm with my left hand. I then did the same thing that Hulk did to Loki in The Avengers for a 20 seconds before I start to stomp on her chest.

"Are you ready to give Asia her Sacred Gear back?" I asked.

She couldn't say anything at first.

"ARE YOU READY TO GIVE ASIA HER POWER BACK!"

Finally, she muttered yes and I dragged her nearly lifeless body to Asia's lifeless body. The exchange is made and then I motioned Rias to come here.

"Got a bishop piece ready?"

"Yes. Is she alive."

"Yes but barely. Asia, I want you to me Rias Gremory. She's going to help you but you need to listen to her."

"Y-Yes." Asia said weakly. I then drag Raynare's battered body away and pull out another set of chains.

"I'm going to take you to my world for punishment. I hope you can enjoy some time with the goblins in my world, they would be all over you."

Raynare couldn't react but she knew that messing with the nun was the moment she fucked up. I chain her up and left her battered body there. I power down back to my base and walked over to Asia and Rias. I see that Asia became Rias's bishop.

"Hey there, you ready to go to your new home?" I asked Asia.

"Yes, Michael. Thank you for saving me."

"you know, I would go against the world to save you."

Asia teared up smiling. I walked back over to Raynare and heal her. Everyone was still shocked from my transformation.

"Show's over, let's go home."

When everyone was outside of the church I set Raynare down by a tree. I look at Akeno.

"I know you have been patient. Go ahead."

Next thing everyone sees is a bolt of lighting strike the tree Raynare was resting on and her scream out in pain. I heal her up and threw her over my shoulder.

"To my place."
