Chapter 27

I know I said that I don't care if anyone reads it or not but to see someone donate 3 power stones does make feel good that there are going to be some that will enjoy reading this. After talking with William, I go to find Yuna and Kagura. It's about time to head to the Evergreen Kingdom. I search all over for Yuna and Kagura until I found them in the throne room.

"Hey beautiful and cutie. Are you all about done here?" I asked.

Almost, there's a few holes to still patch up from your gun and this room is good to go." Yuna replied before heading towards me for a kiss.

"This room will be fit for a king, My king." Added Kagura as she walked over for a kiss too.

"Well, I would give the wedding and coronation a month from now so no rush." I said.

I planned on marrying my girls in 6 months from the day I proposed to them but when I said yes to Kagura. I decided that next month I was going to get married to all 7 of my girls at the same time. I would hate to be the minister officiating my wedding. No pressure. Hahaha!

"Well, it's time for us to go meet your mom and dad to get more troops to liberate this kingdom." I said to the both of them.

"Ok. I'm ready when you are, darling!" Yuna said. She looked excited.

"I'm ready too, my love." added Kagura.

"Alright, let's roll ladies." I said as we headed to the teleportation room.

5 minutes later...

The 3 of us arrive at the Evergreen Kingdom's teleportation room and headed to the throne room of the Evergreen castle. Walking in I see the king and queen sitting side by side.

"Hello mother-in-law and father-in-law." I said bowing.

"Mother, father. I'm back!" shouted Yuna.

"King and queen of Evergreen, hello." said Kagura.

"Hello my son-in-law, my daughter, and Queen Kazami of the Jimmu Kingdom." Said the king.

"What brings this untimely visit?" Said the queen.

I explained what was going on in the Jimmu kingdom and that me and Kagura was going to be getting married and I will be taking over the throne.

"I see. I knew you was going to end up being king soon. Now that you found a kingdom to rule. I will help you out by sending the best 5,000 soldiers and the best 1,000 archers to the Jimmu Kingdom to help with the liberation of the Jimmu Kingdom from the Dark Lord's forces." Said the king.

That puts the coalition army at 10,000 strong. That's enough to have the army split up enough to liberate Akiha and the 3 villages and 2 towns at the same time. But will I do that, I might after I liberate Akiha.

"I thank you father-in-law!" I said in a surprising voice.

Yuna and Kagura looked at me happily knowing this was a best case scenario that i didn't see coming.

"Please take care of our daughter, Michael." the queen said.

"Yes ma'am!" I said.

And with that, we were off to go back to the Jimmu castle.

5 minutes later...

Back in the Jimmu castle. I let Yuna and Kagura go back to work on the throne room. I then called for Lydia because I had a scouting mission for her.

"Lydia, I need you."

"Yes my king?" she said. She must be practicing.

"I want to to scout Akiha so I know what we're going to be up against there."

"Yes. Right away my king."

I head towards town and run into William again and told him how the meeting with King and Queen of Evergreen went.

"6,000 additional troops! That brings the grand total to 10,000 once they get here." William said in a surprising voice.

"I know, right."

"So what's the plan?"

"I'm waiting on my scouting report. I don't want to rush into battle yet without knowing what we're up against."

"That's true. Smart thinking."

"To bad that I couldn't get an army of chickens to go their to peck the asses to death. That would be great."

"Yeah, that wou-"

William stopped talking a looked at me with an angry glare. I couldn't help it. Hahahaha. I start laughing.

"Fuck you Michael."

"I thought it was funny."

"I don't."

"Lighten up dude. You're getting married."

"Yeah, I should look at that 'incident in a different light."

"You'll live longer if you get a good laugh in once a day."

"Really?"

"Yep!"

"I'll try."

"Do, or do not. There is no try." I quoted the great Jedi master Yoda.

"Wise words. I shall remember that."

"Good, where's your sister?"

"She's over in the market, helping with repairs."

"Ok. By the way, I have a solution for the homeless problem in Rommol."

You mean to tell me to send them here."

"Yes! This city needs people and not just all women. There's going to be jobs and places to live since the Dark Lord's forces Killed all the men and kids here. Most of the women survived but it's going to be a while before most can live a some what normal life but for a small number. It's an uphill Battle with PTSD."

"I agree with you, Michael. The homeless can get a fresh start and be able to flourish as normal citizens in the kingdom."

I knew you would see it my way."

"Well, It's a good idea."

"Indeed it is." a familiar voice rings out from behind. Both me and William turn around to see Beth behind us.

"Ah, there's the lucky woman to bag this man."

"Thank you Michael."

I hug Beth. I know her and William will be happy together.

"So what's going on Beth. How did you know that your fiancé was here?"

"I heard from a messenger from the Evergreen Kingdom that you was helping the Jimmu Kingdom."

"Well, a little more than help. I a month, I'll be King of the new Barnes Kingdom."

"That's something I didn't know. So you and Queen Kazami?"

"Yes as well as your sister and the others before I'm crowned."

"I'm happy for you."

"Thank you."

We kept talking for a while before heading back to the castle. I said good bye to the happy couple as they went back to the Hearth castle via the Teleportation room. I went to help with some of the repairs and then night fell. It was a long day and my girls was wiped out as much as I was. After getting a bath in the hot springs we went to bed.
