8 Chapter 8 - Towards the New Floor

All the players who witnessed what happened were shocked. Only his Blood can be seen on the ground.

"Maybe he just went back to the real world?" the woman said while she tremble

The comment assured some of the people. That's a good thought. That their way of logging out is through dying.

"That might not be possible."

They caught their attention when the woman who had stopped the man earlier spoke. The girl was already squatting beside the area where you can only see blood. She was looking at it carefully trying to find something, it stopped with a handle.

When she turned to face the crowd, everyone saw the icy emotion her blue eyes. The wind made her long hair dance. Everyone then realized the true identity of this person.

The highest-paid streamer and top 1 globally, Carmella Zeus.

"A person is determined to have logged out when their character in the VR completely disappears. So people vanish, But." Carmella suddenly pulled away. He showed everyone a pear toe. "His body is still on the Golem's feet."

After how many minutes, Nina was finally seating and calming herself, while Aero is looking in the plaza where other players are seating.

'Thanks God, they finally covered the blood with rags.'

"John, lets head down, maybe my friends are already in the plaza." said Nina, obviously still shaking.

I just nodded, I helped her stand up and we started to go down.

"Nina ?!" we just opened the 5th floor door when we heard a loud shout. "You're Nina." she made a lively noise and then hugged Nina.

A girl with a white hair hugs Nina, "Flare who is that-" the two men following her stopped when they saw its beauty.

"I found Nina." she said, to the two boys, Looking at the two boys, they look the same, no they are twins right?

"I thought that's where that went." said one.

'I should leave, Nina finally found his group I must now leave and stay as a solo.' Aero left immediately without them noticing.

"Who I totally forgot." said Nina, she broke away from the hug and looked behind her noticing that Aero was gone. "John?"

"Who is John?" Flare asked. "The one next to me here." Nina explains.

"Well, he might have left." said Flare. "But knowing that you meet a boy, I must know who he is and how you guys meet." Flare smiled.

Nina and I went down and arrived at the plaza, while Aero is still in the rooftop.

Stunned by what everyone was doing, the floor door slowly opened. The ground rattled as the steeled gate moved to open itself. In front of it stood the players along with Carmella. Various players also started to come out and approach.

Aero watched it happen from the top of the tower. He was standing next to the pole on its roof. The tower stood at the center of the floor making everything free for him to see.

Aero jumped from the top of tower towards the nearest rooftop building. She quickly rolled upon arriving on the cemented surface to balance her fall. He quickly ran to the gate.

Setting aside the doubts and questions, everyone stood in front of the opening gates with fervent excitement. They'll be proceeding to the next floor with one less player. But now they know what could possibly happen.

The door on the other floor finally opened.

A destroyed city welcomed them. The buildings here are ruined and it looks like a storm or bomb rained down on it. Along the excitement came their fear.

The steeled door slowly moved to close just as a series of words appeared on the still-red sky. There is no more time here. Only instructions appeared on the sky.
