Chapter 221: A Separate Story Part 1

Well, I'm going to tell you quickly a little scare I had, I always or lately I check the statistics of my little work here on Mondays, and I don't know how, but I felt that a large part of the people left, it was a good percentage that scared me, I was left with a face of ._. xd. I quickly thought I did something wrong, but it wasn't that bad, it was just a scare, it quickly went away thinking that it's ok, if that had to happen then it's ok. But then I realized I had gotten confused, that I had given him to see the stats of another thing I'm writing, he confused it with the other thing xd. Well, as the title says I will tell a separate story, you could say that it is not linked to the main story, nor to other versions such as MR or MT, no no no, this is a completely separate story very different completely unlinked to this one. I know it's a bit weird to tell a story that has nothing to do with the main story, nor that they take place in the same world or dimension, different realities as shown here. Maybe everyone is confused by what I'm going to do and that's fine, that a guy comes and tells you something else out of nowhere is weird, very weird. Because if they do come back it's so they can see the continuation of the story, and I hope there is, at least a percentage, I think I'd be happy.

I think I'm getting sidetracked again, before I do it for a long time I'll say it once and for all. Have you ever heard the term or the words Dragon Ball AF? If you heard it then give me those five, we have in our memories a story already more than a decade or maybe two. That now we could say that it is a lost story. And if you are one of the people who did not have the opportunity or also the illusions blinded you so much that the story of Dragon Ball did not end, or also because you were a little kid all drooling xd. I was the last option of how I knew this story.

It's ok if you didn't know it, although this maybe goes for the fans of that great work, I'll take the task of making you know that movement that lasted from the beginning of 1999 until 2010, practically the beginning of the internet. And if you are one of those few people who could witness that story, let me please refresh your mind and go back to when we were little kids who believed everything we saw.

First I will have to talk about the beginning, in the 90's when the continuation of Dragon Ball Z was being transmitted, Dragon Ball GT, it seems that the Japanese did not like the story very much, since they rejected it with all their being, it could be many factors, either because some arcs were not convincing, it started very slow that continuation, that Goku returned to be a child did not please so much, that many complained about bread, Trunks is fine, very good. Or maybe the main reason is that Akira Toriyama was not present in that sequel, everything was made by the animation house, Toei Animation. Akira did intervene, but only for some designs and more, never in the story.

Toei Animation had a whole original story present, very different from what we saw, events like Gohan's ssj 4, I think Gogeta would appear in the Android 17 Saga, the conclusion of Baby against Goku was very different, we would have seen a Baby Vegeta ssj4, and he would not have stayed with the giant monkey, because it was seen that they had that idea at the beginning, many ideas, but again, people rejected it so much that they had to shorten the story, from hundreds of chapters to only 64. We missed a lot of things, well, that's how Dragon Ball GT did in the land of the rising sun. But .... How did it do in other parts of the world?

Well we can say that it received a good reception, it was not the best but it was not the worst, we instead of rejecting it, we have taken it and not let it go, and that was simple, because we really liked Dragon Ball, seeing more of Goku and his friends was enough for us, we could say that it went well, or at least here in Latam. The first arc that of traveling through space if we noticed that it was not going to be like before, but then with the Saga of Baby we were very excited, it was where we noticed that with this arc we would return to like those previous arcs drawn by the great master. Vegeta being the bad guy, goku getting his tail again, the mythical, forgive me but I really like, that incredible sequence, and transformation of how we would meet the ssj4, for me there was no more incredible moment in the whole series than seeing a new transformation, the music, that moment of epicity, goku done shit, remembering with affection everything that happened on planet earth helpless of not being able to save it, but we knew that he would stop again, those powerful heartbeats, that scream that hit, the transformation of the golden ozaru, that as bread tries to calm his grandfather, those shadows and smoke screen that gave us traces of that transformation and then goku, as a caress to the heart smiling that everything will be okay now.

Of course not!!! I don't think that the ssj4 is the transformation that most represents the saiyajin race, because now the only thing we have are changes in hair color and already, maybe slight changes in the face, but that's all, with the passing of time many of us think that the ssj4 has better design than the current ones, with the passing of time we have become fond of that bad continuation, because Dragon Ball GT is the most beloved failure by all. Uff friend, as the Japanese now surely want the ssj4, the goku xeno, right? they even made transformations that one with the reddish hair that nahh.....

They may have defended the ssj4 just in these decades, but the real fans appreciate it since the 90's. Like that spiderman meme of Andrew or Tom xd.

Anyway, after putting the ssj4 on an altar, I can continue, the story went on, it took its course and because of the rejection they had to cut the story, that the end of Dragon Ball GT with the evil dragons was going to be different, I told you before, Gogeta ssj4 already appeared in the Super 17 Saga, how would they finish the last arc? That's right, Goku would reach the last transformation of every saiyan, the legendary SSJ 5. That was the original idea that we can never see it or at least that they make a Dragon Ball GT Brotherhood but that's dreaming too much. And the story of the current Dragon Ball Super in the manga is already very well known, and also very loved, I like it very much and I want them to continue with the story, although if, and remember my words, for sure Akira and Toyotaro will recycle those ideas thrown away in their current work, they already did it before, why wouldn't they do it again? And we are more than happy at the end of the day.

And with the ssj5 is what I want to start with, since that ending was what started the whole Dragon Ball AF movement, when Dragon Ball GT ended with its great ending and very well deserved, Akira has it very difficult if he wants to surpass that ending. Well, in Japan Dragon Ball GT ended without full glory, well I mean, it was a total failure, but on the other side of the world we wanted more, we wanted to know more of our favorite character Goku, who for years we were waiting for a news about a possible return. Until one day in 1999 came to light by the beginnings of internet the drawing of David aka Tablos, and also in Hobby Consolas magazine, a drawing of Dragon Ball Z but instead of Z or GT had an AF and what seemed to be Goku with a new transformation, a silver hair, the musculature more grown, a new clothes, well, you know how the SSJ5 looks I don't have to explain. The funny thing is that the fans put the term ssj5 to the tablos design, but he strongly emphasized that it was not goku and that it was not a ssj5 transformation, but you know, the internet does what it wants.

That drawing was the boom that Dragon Ball would return, as it was the beginning of the internet many people believed it, since the drawing was very good and had that vibe that it was drawn by the author. But what most disturbed the users was the term AF, Dragon Ball AF, many thought that the continuation of GT would come and finally tell us what happened after his last fight, for those years there was only hype waiting to return to goku on our TV screens. Everyone would go to the forums of that time and ask if there was any news about Dragon Ball. Images were sent, many things were said, all confirming the continuation of the series, more fanaticism grew when they found and passed from one to another a supposed image in Japanese letters confirming Dragon Ball AF, which will soon reach the rest of the world and is already being broadcast in Japan, I remember that this image said that Trunks would return from the future but bad.

Well, it was a total lie that nowadays everyone would realize, but because of the beginnings of the internet, practically a baby, everyone believed it. And so the fans themselves were hype for a story only created for them....their affection for a series blinded them so much.

So one day, in the 2000's a group of people, all fans of the show said something, how about we create our own story? And that's how Dragon Ball AF started, they took the base from Toyble, from Toyble's manga, who is currently called Toyotaro and who is Akira's successor, there is no one better than him to take that position, we love you Toyotaro. And among every person who wants to contribute was welcome to be in another work called Dragon Ball AF.

If you don't know it, but the written history of Dragon Ball AF has more than 700 caps, that for obvious reasons in the forum where they were published at that time no longer exist, that's why I said it's a lost story. But here I am, somehow or another I was able to compile all the history of Dragon Ball AF and I bring them to you to tell, that I still will not let die this series made by fans.

It is a story as I said before, made by several people, not 1 or 2 or 10 but we could say 100 or even more, although that last one I took out .... but I guess it was like that. All with an incredible love for the work. There were 2 versions of the written history of Dragon Ball AF, I come to tell you the second one because it is the most known.

But when I say I'm going to tell you everything, in reality I'm going to tell you everything, obviously not the 700 chaps like that, so pam pum pum, summarized, of course. Besides, even with my current work I haven't even 700... imagine if I start writing another one...no man, I'll die xd. Those are all or at least all the ones that could be compiled and I can say that they are complete, that is the story that most people know of Dragon Ball AF, although you will surely have heard of Zaiko but of the rest you won't have the slightest idea. In total until the Saga of the Forbidden Power there were 400 caps, then with the time the Mistic Sagas have been added that continue the story that "had been concluded" So I just set myself the task of telling you the 11 Sagas of Dragon Ball AF, this is personal because I don't want this story to die, and to summarize the opinion that people had of Dragon Ball AF at that time was varied, although they hated it more for all the elements that were added, since Dragon Ball AF mostly goes between demons, hell, mythologies and travel between dimensions, surely very similar to Dragon Ball Super Heroes don't you think? Anyway, the hypotenuse, if people accepted Dragon Ball Super Heroes why wouldn't they accept now Dragon Ball AF, what most criticized Dragon Ball AF was the characters that could never be seen, very crazy transformations with very ugly designs, even I think the same, as I said, anyone could join Dragon Ball AF so anyone could join Dragon Ball AF so it's not like that, anyone could join AF so they made their drawings of pait all ugly, those are very ugly, but to join to write the story of Dragon Ball AF, it had to be good, not just any design was accepted, at least that group wanted to have quality so to speak to what they were doing.

Not just any story was accepted as well as any design, it had to be approved by the majority of people, and that's how all those previous sagas mentioned were made, with logic and a lot of love, this is a personal comment, but Dragon Ball AF has an entertaining story, maybe good, that would be your opinion. The only reason why people threw shit at it was because of all the elements mentioned, only with the word demon or hell, at that time it was already catalogued as bad, surely your mother would have told you that what you have is from the devil xd. And also because of the ugly drawings that were presented, in the end Dragon Ball AF died when Dragon Ball Heroes showed its first video, since there was no need to cling to something false if it had already become a reality.

Well, I think I've already talked too much and I hope you have understood me, I feel I'm a bit bad for others to understand me. Let's start this with the first Saga, the one that Toyotaro or Toyble created at that time, and I also want to give credits to Majingokuable for being able to summarize in video the saga, grateful to you. This is how Lila created Zaiko, with the blood of Goku's DNA and her, a being half Saiyajin and half Supreme. Zaiko's mission is to kill his father, who is the strongest in the universe, in order to become the strongest. And the time is not long in coming, Zaiko quickly goes to planet Earth to kill his father and kill anyone who goes against his ideas.

On Earth, Goten took the position of being the Great Saiyaman 3 and while he was doing his job, he noticed that Ubb was also doing the same, playing the role of Hero in the city under the name of Papayaman. While Goten was returning on the road he met Zaiko, quickly the guy with horns on his forehead, knuckles and jaw, realized that this guy was a son of Goku, this was more than good for him, since starting a fight would draw the attention of the other Z Warriors who would come to where he is. Although Goten by now is strong he could not against Zaiko's power and in a brief fight he was defeated.

Quickly Zaiko unleashed a powerful shockwave to hint how strong he was, Zaiko's power was too powerful, he never thought he saw anything like it, he felt that that white-haired guy was for other leagues and that no one would finish him off. The battle was seen by Kibitoshin and the Supreme of 15 generations ago, who seeing the danger that was on earth, quickly these would contact hell, the ogres responded to the call, where the supreme ones were asking for Goku who must be somewhere.

Piccoro who had stayed in hell managed to listen to the conversation and was puzzled, since Goku was nowhere to be found here. The Supremes didn't know what had happened to Goku, so they investigated further and found out that Goku fused with the Dragon Spheres and became the new Guardian of the Dragon Spheres.

So they realized that Goku was in the Celestial Realm, one of the most respected places in the universe. A place beyond the existence of the Supremes and any other. While they were looking for where Goku could be in this Kingdom that few of them know, on earth Zaiko was finishing with the Z Warriors who were still opposing him.

At the concern of what might happen, Kibitoshin would intervene, borrowing the Z-sword. Since Kibitoshin thinks that this has to do with him, as this was caused by his former partner and it is his duty to stop it.

In the middle of the fight, Lila, the supreme one told that when she was on the verge of death, she was rescued. And she realized that all this was wrong, that it cannot be allowed that there are beings stronger than the gods, so she set herself with the goal of being the strongest of all, no matter the method, so she would achieve it with her son, Zaiko. Quickly, the mother gave the order to kill everyone, Zaiko carried a sphere of power in his hand ready to kill Gohan. But quickly intervenes Kibitoshin and his ability to teleport to appear and save Gohan taking him to a safe place but close to the fight, where he would quickly heal his wounds.

While Gohan was healed, quickly Trunks and Vegeta were fighting against Zaiko, but instead of trying to kill him, they used their strength to weaken Zaiko, but this would be of little use, the albino's abilities and power were superior. Gohan quickly returned thanks to Shin and quickly created a screen of dust to disconcert Zaiko. They devised a plan in the short time where Gohan repelled Zaiko.

Quickly father and son, Vegeta and Trunks charged and launched their biggest attacks against Zaiko where they were also joined by Gohan with a powerful Kame Hame Ha. The combined attack of these 3 saiyajin was gigantic, but everyone even if they don't like it, they were sure that Zaiko would surely survive. Quickly Gohan remembered the moment they defeated Cel, that no matter how much his father died, he could help him, but this time is different, no matter how much they wish or ask for it, Goku this time will not come to help.

The attack was so clataclismic that in the Heavenly Realm where Goku was he could feel it. But even if Goku wants to help he can't, he is the Guardian of the Spheres he can't fight for good, he can't even leave that place. Zaiko was resisting the big attack of these 3 saiyan that hit a loud scream and was able to repel the big attack sending it to the sky, BOOMMM!!!! There was a big explosion where Zaiko was again confident.

Shin would appear to lock Zaiko in the Z sword where he would have succeeded, but the Supreme intervened with Shin's plans. Zaiko was stunned with everyone's sudden attack which did not prevent him from falling to the ground,

But Shin would not have been able to even if he had tried hard, to be able to lock Zaiko in the sword you need a great amount of power even greater than the one you want to lock. Both Shin and Zaiko fall to the ground, but this information persuades the other warriors to do the same. Dende also makes an appearance to be able to heal and be of support for the others.

But the danger had not passed, there was still Lila, the supreme of the West who has the advantage and is the strongest, since everyone was weakened, as usual she went first for Vegeta who was in base state, as if he was her toy she hit him until he was on the verge of death. Shin would try to fight but it was impossible, his companion gained better strength as time went by and was far superior to him.

They were all going to die, the only one who could stop Lila was his former partner Shin, who made the crudest decision to sacrifice himself for the good of all. Shin quickly teleported to his partner's side, taking her with him to a totally uninhabited planet, he filled his body with more energy that would provoke a blast so strong that it would kill them both.

Crack!!! Quickly the sword began to break, as the sword would not resist the power of Zaiko. Where quickly Elder Kaioshin through telepathy was telling them that there is only a month left before the sword breaks and Zaiko returns. Our protagonists gained more time and prepare for when the battle resumes.
