Chapter 13 Explanation
The dining room he talked about was another grand hall. There was a table set about twenty feet long surrounded by dozens of royal chairs on either side. Three of the chairs were occupied by an old woman and two men.
Entering the room, as I joined the breakfast with Lee, I bowed to them. The old woman was probably Lee's mother. She had his eyes, his nose, and seemed so dangerous just like he and Jacob told me.
Among the two men, I recognized the youngest one. He was the man named Alex I met earlier in the grand hall. I asked him about Lee, he was his best friend. And the other one was old, must be a relative of them. He was so handsome and had the same hairstyle as Lee, wearing a dark coat.
"She is... the maid everyone is talking about, isn't she?" The woman spoke to his son as soon as she noticed us.
