ADRIAN VS THE BALD GUY PART 2

'Man, there's somethin' off about his vibe. His aura ain't right,'

"Your focus on my aura won't do you any good, except maybe get you killed," Adrian declared, swiftly following his words with a kick to the stomach. The impact forced his opponent to spew blood, but the man continued to fight back, determined not to display any vulnerability.

"Dude's seriously hella strong, ain't he?"

With this thought in mind, the bald man swiftly slashed at Adrian, putting some space between them. This time, the slash held a chilling twist, as it was coated with a layer of blood. The blood that splattered onto Adrian's attire began to burn holes through his suit.

"Don't mess up my suit, man. I've got a meeting with some fancy white-suited folks. How's it gonna look if I roll in there all messed up?" Adrian grumbled, a touch of annoyance in his tone.

"That's quite an interesting ability you have there," Adrian remarked with a hint of amusement. "I'm rather intrigued by your talent for boiling blood. Why don't you show me more?" He started laughing, fully aware that he could unleash his powers without fear of the blood manipulator's interference. Adrian was beginning to enjoy the battle even more.

"Your laugh's gonna fade real quick," the bald man retorted, and he made a run for it, with Adrian hot on his heels.

As Adrian emerged from the alley, he was met with a bustling crowd of people. However, he harbored no doubt that he could locate his target amidst the throng. "Do you think you can hide from me in this crowd? You seem to forget I'm a werewolf," he mused silently. With that thought, he heightened his senses of smell and hearing in unison, soon picking up on shouts emanating from the crowd.

"There you are," Adrian muttered as he continued his pursuit, closing in on the bald man. However, the scene that unfolded before him was far from pleasant. He watched the bald man held a girl and began drinking her blood while clutching her neck. As he fed, the injuries he had sustained earlier started healing.

"Their blood's all on you," the bald guy sneered before he snapped her neck, savoring the taste of her blood.

"I don't even care about how many people you've killed," Adrian declared, his voice laced with disdain. "You're merely following orders, after all." He leaped toward the bald man, who, this time, didn't attempt to flee, having regained his strength and nearly returned to his peak condition.

The bald man materialized two short knives made of blood and resumed his attack on Adrian. While his aura continued to impede him, it was now at its zenith, allowing him to make a few shallow cuts on Adrian's clothing.

"Why can't I just make him bleed, man? I need that, and it's game over for him." The bald dude pondered, scheming on how to pull it off.

Adrian was no stranger to facing off against vampires. He was aware of their uncanny blood-related abilities, and he was eager to discover what this bald individual could do. The one thing Adrian had confidence in was his own endurance, ready to take this fight to the long haul.

Time was dwindling rapidly. Adrian had to wrap things up as swiftly as he could, knowing he still had two more individuals to track down.

Adrian spoke decisively, "Alright, I don't have time to toy with you. Let's wrap this up. The authorities have likely caught wind of this situation. Your part in this is over." As he uttered these words, his cane began to vibrate, and a subtle gray hue overcame his eyes.

Continuing, he taunted the vampire, "You see, I was never truly challenged by you. Two-cores? It pales in comparison to the things I've encountered and faced."

Adrian's aura intensified, emanating an intensely chilling presence. It was no longer merely heavy; it had transformed into a deadly coldness. The bald man found it nearly suffocating, tempting him to flee. He was aware that running was not a long-term solution, as Adrian would surely track him down again. The only viable option seemed to be eliminating Adrian, but executing such a feat was far easier said than done.

As he observed the rising intensity of Adrian's aura, it felt as though a colossal mountain was crushing him. He contemplated, "The method to amplify his aura's strength? If this information leaks, he'll be on the hitlist of countless adversaries."

The bald guy's mind began to slow down, his thoughts grinding almost to a halt.

His abilities waned, dwindling as his mind struggled to comprehend his intentions.

Adrian approached the bald man and gently touched his head. The cores within his body vibrated with a piercing intensity, causing them to crack at various points.

Sensing the turmoil within his own body, the bald man knew his fate was sealed. His chances of survival were dwindling with each passing moment, and he hoped for a savior to come to his aid.

But Adrian had no intention of letting him escape.

"Here's the answer to your earlier question about the immense energy within the cores. Watch closely," Adrian concluded, his actions speaking louder than words.

The cores within the bald man's body shattered, and a surge of energy burst forth, only to be swiftly absorbed by an unseen force.

It marked the demise of a two-core bearer.

A hint of blood lingered around Adrian's lips, but his smile revealed a different tale.

In his hands, he clenched the head of the now-deceased man, sealing the fate of the bald man.

Adrian shook his hands, attempting to rid them of the repugnant brain matter.

"Well, that was entertaining. Now, who's up next?" Adrian contemplated, activating his heightened olfactory senses as he scoured for his remaining two targets. The elusive fog-transformer was nowhere to be found, but he detected a trace of the red-haired guy, and he wasn't too distant.

"It's your turn next, lucky guy," Adrian declared nonchalantly, unfazed by the curious onlookers as he brushed off the dust from his attire and strode purposefully towards his next destination.
