Noelle is giving Lucifer the scare of his life. She's passed out twice next to me, that I'm used to it. This is almost normal, she is sick after all. And I'm not giving her what she needs to sate the Luna. 

Lucifer, he's not used to seeing her this way. After all he's only been free for a day and a half. And he's the most responsive out of all of us. He likes Noelle, I can see that in the way he holds her. Something about that makes me feel a different kind of way. Lucifer cradles Noelle in his arms, while she sleeps. At one point, after screaming she just stopped moving entirely. Even shepherd displayed worry. 

I sat on a chair next to the bed.

"Why the fuck did she just drop like that?"

I shrug my shoulders. Unable to retract my gaze from Noelle's body. I've held her before. Yet, seeing her in my brothers arms so at peace as he offers her the warmth I rarely give….. I can't put it to words.
