Chapter 14 Cloud is back and Nibelheim Incident

September 13th, 0002. Nibelheim, Luke POV.

It's been three years since Cloud join Shinra. There has been no news from him for 14 months now and Claudia was starting to get worried and I've been consoling her that he will be fine as he was SOLDIER First class now and there are not many people can best him.

While I say that to her, I still left to check on him and was now in Midgar. Not wanting to waste time, I capture Turk leader Veld and start to interrogate him and find out that after a fight with Genesis, Cloud have been experimented on and was now on a run along with two other subject Shelke and Rosso. After confirming where they were last seen, I kill him and left to search for Cloud.

After searching around for a few hours, I manage to find them at Bone Village.

"Hey Cloud, you troublesome kid. What are you doing being capture so easily by that weakling Heidegger?" I said joking around to lighten the mood. "Your mother got worried that you are not contacting for 14 months so I have to look for you and find you in this problem." I continue as Cloud only look at me stunned expression while the two ladies beside him just listen while hugging him as they can see that we are acquaintance.

"Luke, you know?" said Cloud after a while.

"Yeah I know, just pried it from the Turks leader mouth and has been looking for you until now. Now, let's go back so I can look at your and this two bodies to see what they have done to you or if there is any side effect." I said and cut open a portal to Nibelheim. "Come on, let's go home!" I said and walking in follow by Cloud along with Shelle and Rosso.

Back to the Mansion in Nibelheim.

"Claudia, come here! Cloud is back bringing back two ladies with him!" I shouted making Cloud stumble in the back and the two girls blush.

Claudia comes out and when she saw Cloud she rushes over and hugs him saying how worried she was before directing her attention to the two girls.

"You finally bring back my daughter in law Cloud? I am so happy and they are both cute too. Come here with me!" said Claudia before dragging both girls who were red from embarrassment. Leaving a stunned Cloud behind.

"Cloud, come with me to Arcadia. We need to check on you and I later will check on your girlfriends after Claudia was done with them." I said waking him up from his stupor.

"They are not my girlfriends! I just save them from the facility." he said while following me.

"Huh, they are not your friend? After all you three have been through? You are so cruel Cloud to not recognize them as friends." I said while shaking my head.

"No, they are my friend!" he shouted.

"So, you admit it that they are your girlfriends." I said.

"No, they are not! They are my friend!" he says.

"Sigh, why are you so stubborn, Cloud? They are your friend and they are a girl. So they are your girlfriends! Am I wrong?" I said to him with a smirk and it was dawn on him that I've been teasing him.

"Sigh, let's finish this already!" he said tiredly with a hint of smile on his lips.

"Okay, if you say so. Go get into the chamber so I can inspect your body!" I said and he complied.

After inspecting Cloud's body, I found out that he was injected with Jenova Cell along with Genesis DNA. Seeing that the Jenova and Genesis Cell start to degrade his body, I use Cell Manipulation to stabilize his condition fusing him completely with the Cell. After that, I do the same thing with Shelke and Rosso.

On December we got a visitor from Shinra searching for Cloud. But, I already send him with Shelke, Rosso, and Claudia to Arcadia that has been in stealth mode.

The Shinra troops decide to stay in the Shinra Manor to wait, in case Cloud's come. Their group composes of a Second Class SOLDIER as a leader along with three Third Class twenty troopers and five Turks.

December tenth and something happens. One of the third class stumble upon the slumbering Vincent Valentine and got greedy. Upon seeing a unique Materia on Vincent's body, he takes it for himself waking Vincent up. But, because the Materia that was Protomateria that's job is to stabilize the Chaos inside him got stolen. Vincent goes berserk and Chaos starts to rampage around killing all the SOLDIER before he goes out to chase the rest of Shinra team who lead it to Nibelheim to let them be a bait as they run.

Brian along with a few Nibelheim guards was killed from fending off Vincent. Tifa, seeing her father get killed goes berserk and start to fight with Chaos while Rena starts massacring the Shinra troops in anger for leading the monster to their peaceful town.

by the time I arrived Tifa was still fighting Chaos.

"Huh, Is that Vincent!" shouted mother earnings a look from Tifa and Rena.

"Vincent? Who is that? That monster kill Dad." said Tifa in tears.

"Vincent is the father of Luke. He was experimented by Hojo a Shinra Scientists and can't control his power before I find out and stabilize him. If he was berserk like this then that's mean the stabilizer in his body which was a Protomateria is missing. We have to search for it to revert him to normal." she said and I nodded. Tifa resent him a bit but knowing that he has no control of himself she decides to help bring him back, Rena is of the same opinion.

"Okay then, I will go fight him and bring him outside the town while all of you go to Shinra Manor to search for the Protomateria!" I said to them.

"I will stay, I need to beat him a little for killing my dad!" said Tifa to which I nodded.

"Me too, let me join." said Rena as she readied herself for a fight.

We lead him outside and start to fight him. My job is just restraining him while I let Tifa and Rena attack him to vent their frustration. Though Rena is already appeased a little by killing the Shinra men who were the source of all this trouble.

Ten minutes later Mom, Ifalna, and Aerith come back with the Protomateria. So, I detain Vincent while Mom does her work on putting it back on Vincent, reverting him to normal.

After that, we brought him to Arcadia so I can diagnose him to see if I can make him able to control the Chaos. While this happens, Tifa and Rena were talking with the townspeople about the disaster that just happen and it was decided they will leave the village because they don't want the villager to get affected by them from killing Shinra men and told them to tell the Shinra that it was them who kill their men.

Two days later, Vincent woke up with the memories of him killing the townspeople when he was taken over by Chaos. Taken over by guilt, after he went to Tifa and Rena to say sorry which they decide to forgive him seeing the look of guilt on his face, he left not long after that after having a talk with mom. In the time that he was unconscious, I already study about the Chaos in him and find out it was had to revert. So, I do the best thing I can do by fusing him with the Protomateria so that it can't be stolen ever again. After that, we left Nibelheim looking for a new home.

Three days later at Costa Del Sol.

Right now, we are in my villa in Costa Del Sol that I bought years ago when we are having a vacation.

"So, where are we going after this? There us no way we stay here as it was too close to Nibelheim. It won't be long until they find us here." said Aerith.

"Hmm, any of you have a preference where our new home should be?" I asked.

"Umm, is it okay for us to go to Midgar to look for my sister?" asks Shelke.

"Why not just stay right under their nose like when we go to Nibelheim?" asked Ifalna.

"You mean staying at Midgar?" asks Aerith.

"I don't mind that. I'd like to see the city where Cloud's live this past few years." said Claudia.

"You forgot that there will be routine scan over there. We will be found out." said Mom.

"Why not stay in the slums?" asked Shelke.

"That's work!" said Tifa.

"Let's just look at it first and if it work, We will stay." I said and they nodded.

"Cloud, you okay going there? after your break out?" I asked

"I'll manage." he answers.

"Okay then. Let's leave in two days." I said and they nodded.
