If he got a significant stake in the next Fortress he invaded, he could already be promoted to being a Blessed Rank E.

At the moment, Noah didn't care so much about his personal ranking in terms of personal satisfaction; what he wanted in becoming a Blessed Rank E would be the possibility of invading Rank D Fortresses in the future. He had no intention of going to a Rank D Fortress as soon as he reached Rank E, but he still wanted the freedom to be able to go to a Rank D Fortress, especially since he saw that the members of Jasper's group were all elites at the top of Rank E, which would probably rise to Rank D in a short time, meaning they would soon stop invading Rank E Fortresses altogether.
