He is Alive

Here you go Sir. Mark was certain that Jake

would die. He wanted to stop. Anyways if

he shot him or not he would die eventually.

He pulled the trigger and shot his chest.

Jake's body went limb.He was now certain

that he died.

What he didn't know was that Jake was still

alive,His heartbeat was very slow so one

would think he was dead.

JAKEEEEEE!!!! Aurora woke up from her

sleep panting and sweating vigrously. She

felt a sharp pain in her chest. She had a

nightmare of Jake.

Tears of flood was trickling down her face.

I knew it, something is wrong the pain I'm

feeling right now and the dream.

Jake where are you my love? Please come

back to me you promised. I won't be able to

stand the pain if something bad happens to

you.

She held her chest while she wept. After

crying her heart out she took in her pills and

dozed off to sleep.

Congratulations Charles, finally we killed

him.

Boys dispose him off his company. I can't

imagine the headlines. This is going to be

fun.

The two men wasted the whole night in

drinking to celebrate their victory.

Charles didn't know why but he felt weird.

He wasn't yet comfortable. He wanted to

confirm it himself that Jake was dead.

He quickly took his shower and made his

way to SCOTTRA.

Aurora woke up with a slight headache. The

first name she mentioned was Jake but to

her disappointment he wasn't back yet.

She let out a heavy sigh. What could have

kept him soo busy,she wondered

I didn't like the way I feelt last night

I will finish getting ready quickly and ask

Maxwell maybe he knows something.

Aurora took a quick shower and headed

downstairs.

Maxwell, Aurora called out.

Hey baby what is it?

I wanted to ask you this, have you heard from Jake? I'mm getting a bit scared. He left since

lastnight and hasn't returned. I tried

calling him but his phone is unreachable.

Oo sorry Aurora,I forgot to tell you,he called

me yesterday, he had an emergency at the

company he also said he found something

that will change your life completely he

couldn't tell me into details but he asked me

to tell you that he is fine and will come

home this afternoon.

I wonder what it is,he sounded happy

though.

Ok I nodded in agreement. We had

breakfast without Jake,ls it only me but

everyone noticed I was looking at the front

door. Yes I was, and waiting in anticipation for Jake. I won't be at peace till I see him walking through those doors.

Angel and I sat in the living room

engrossed in our work. We also had careers of our own. Working wasn't something we really had to do but we loved being independent. I was going through my appointments and list of surgery's I had to preform this week.

Angel was also going through some files of

her work.
