I arrived at the main hall and scanned

through the crowd if I could see Maxwell and Angel.

There they were,just standing a few foots away. I walked up to them. "Hello guys enjoying yourself. Wow, baby

you look soo gorgeous... Maxwell complimented.

Thanks Maxwell and you don't look bad

yourself.

Maxwell held my hand and kissed my

knuckles. I blushed at his gesture. Hey

that's enough I don't want Angel beating me

up to death.

The three of us gave out a loud laughter.

Little did I know that all this while someone

was glaring at us, especially at me with

fiercy eyes.

That guy is Maxwell,well knowed businessman. Could it be that he's Aurora's

boyfriend? It will be so interesting if they

woman of Jake's best friend.

Mark chuckled darkly.

Suddenly I could hear all the guest gasp

even Maxwell. I turned to take a look at

what it was, and there my eyes fell on a pair

of Hazel eyes oo so it's Mr.DemiGod.

I rolled my eyes and turned to Maxwell

and Angel but it seems they were also looking seriously at him.

Is it my eyes that's failing me or I can clearly see that both of you are wearing matching outfits?... Angel blurted out

I'm even surprised Angel,I wonder why he

had to wear the same turquoise color as my

gown.

I don't even know who he is,or what

business he's come here for. Anyways I don't care let just enjoy the party.

so happy about his gesture so I couldn't help myself in embracing him.

Aurora and Maxwell.

Charles walked towards Aurora and

grabbed her arms tightly while pulling her

away from Angel and Maxwel. One thing

Aurora knew was never to retaliate at her

parents when they were in public.

She smiled and leaned in a bit. Dad you are

hurting me please loosing your grip if you

dont want me causing a scene.

As if you can my princess,Jake is no more

around to defend you so just be a good girl

and follow me to the podium where I give my speech.

Mark's hawk eye noticed everything he even

noticed how Aurora was trying to hide her pain by smiling.

But why would Charles do that to his

daughter? Then his eyes fell on Maxwell who was also glaring hard at Charles.

Charles doesnt like to see his daughter with

her lover especially at her own bethrotal
