I thought I asked you and your maids to

keep a keen eye on her, take care of her and

give her whatever she demands, so what is

this nonsense you are blabbering? "Sir she

asked us not to attend to her. "Are you still

talking gibberish? Get this whole mess

cleaned immediately.

Jake rushed to his room, he wanted to see

how Aurora was doing. He let out a sigh

before twisting the door knob. The sight he

saw broke him completely ,he met her

weeping on the floor bitterly.

He crouched to her level immediately. He

held her cheeks in his hands. Baby what

happened to you, tell me did someone say

something that hurt you? Did your mom or

dad throw hurtful words at you?

Aurora looked at him in the eye, what would

you do to the person if I telll you? I will

make sure the person pays,how dare

someone hurt you to the extent that you are

even wounded. Let me check your wounds,

it might get infected I think it not cleaned

properly.

Come on give me your hand. "So you think I

can't even treat a minor injury, you think I'm

that useless? I'm a surgeon for crying out

loud.

"Hey Aurora what are you saying, why would

I think like that. "You know what forget

about all that, you wanted to know the

person responsible for my condition right?"

Jake nodded " Then be glad to know Mr.

Jake Scott that you are the reason for my

current condition, you and no one else.

Jake stared at Aurora in disbelief, what had

he done at all. She got up from the floor and

stood right in front of him looking at him

with so many emotions in her eyes.

Jake tried coming a bit closer but she

stopped him within his tracks. "Don't you

dare come closer to me, I don't know what I

might do just stand there don't move an

inch.

Jake could see fury,anger, disappointment

and disgust in her eyes. What at all had he

done to receive this cold treatment from her.

Those eyes that showed nothing but love,care and respect towards him,those same

eyes are showing hatred. He wondered

what he had done.

One thing that calmed him was the fact that

she spoke calmly with him it was like she

was calculating her words but that didn't

much the look in her eyes ,those blue eyes

were saying a lot without her speaking.

He knew he was in a great trouble. But what

at all had he done. "Jake, she spoke with

her shaky voice as tears trickled down her

cheeks. I just want to make a request. "Yh

sure anything just name it.

I want that Melissa out of this house. The

room was dead silent. All what Aurora

wanted to hear was he agreeing and saying yes and that will clear her doubt, but unfortunately for her Jake denied.

I'm sorry Aurora I can't throw her out of this

house. "Aurora fell on her knees immediately and wept covering her hands on her face. Jake couldn't understand her behavior. He wanted an explanation.
