Read to find out! [ROMANCE IS IN CHAP 22] *Cover: Not mine. The art of KakaSaku isn't mine, it belongs to this Russian artist: Luichen автор. But I did decorate and edit it in Canvas. A/N: A Kakashi x Sakura story with a juicy plotline! I’m sorry not, but I have become a KakaSaku trash after seeing such a cute photo of them just being goofy on Deviant Art & Tumblr. I also dislike the canon ship of Sasuke x Sakura. I support Naruto x Sakura or Hinata and Sasuke being 100% single. That’s all. I am a huge fan of Kakashi and I'm a bit disappointed that he isn't married. I want him to be happy. Like seriously Kakashi is a family man! I want him to get married, have children, or something. Date someone, guy, or girl. Sasuke's married yet he looks single. Anyways, please read my fic! It's not going to be all sunshine and rainbows. I promise I will do my best to fulfill your requests, suggestions, anything. So please read it and even if you dislike or disagree with the ship you will not regret reading it. Promise.

CHAPTER 4: The Devils Deal

"KAKASHI – SENSEI!!!" Naruto yelled. He tried to call out to him, but no avail. Kakashi was gone, and everyone knew of this. "Everyone! We must find Kakashi – Sensei or Hokage – Sama!" Naruto announced. Everyone nodded and went to work. They searched and they searched but they still couldn't find him. Naruto and Sasuke were the ones who were most desperate. Their sensei was missing. The person they care about so much was missing. 'Kakashi…please be okay.' Thought Sasuke. After all, he always thought of him as an uncle. Someone he greatly admired and respects.

Meanwhile, Kakashi was trapped in a dark room that suppresses his chakra and steals it when used. The room is also quite sensitive towards any sudden movements.

It could summon traps and throw weapons to the ninja faster than the speed of light, killing the ninja in an instant. A place that's not an illusion. A place that could trap the Hokage himself.

Kakashi knew of this, the hard way. He tried to gauge some information and when it didn't work he tried to cut the rope with his kunai and use a jutsu that conceals the sound of a rope being cut open.

Turns out every cut or movement he made somehow drained his energy. If he wasn't a war veteran, he wouldn't have been able to spot the small, tiny light that flashed at the corner of his eye, which was aiming at a main chakra point. He tried to dodge, but couldn't. In the end, it him.

He thought this was the doing of the Hyugas but the Hyugas can't do this without having an immense amount of training, experience, practice, and most of all chakra. The chakra that rivals the Ten Tailed Beast himself. They also had to be genius above geniuses.

After some time, he realized his enemy was someone difficult to deal with so didn't dare move too much.

"So, how is your day?" he asked, trying to start a normal conversation, yet after ten minutes, the person did not respond nor showed themselves. "Not going to answer? How sad~" As if on que, the room lit up, torches of blue fire surrounded him in a circular motion.

Various statues showed up, all of them wore heavy armor, had weapons that looked very heavy to carry without chakra and they were at least 50 – 60 ft tall. '…Odd' Kakashi thought. Just then the other statues crumbled down and turned to piles of dust. Not long after, a strange source of wind then whipped and pushed them into one direction, while also shaping into one big gigantic stone statue that was seated on a pedestal.

After it was finished, Kakashi felt a large power that weighed and burdened both his back and neck, causing him to not look up, but he knew the thing or being before him, is big and powerful. He could tell just from the size of his foot (The size of fifty adult elephants laid down) that 'It' was perhaps as big as the God of Death himself.

Kakashi a man born and raised from war didn't feel much fear, wasn't quick to be intimidated. He wanted to fight him but a wise man knows when to surrender a fight he can't win. This is one of them.

Another minute passed and the giant being stood up from his throne. The room felt heavy. His sweat dripped and dropped from his forehead in both fast and slow motions.

His breathing quickened and accelerated every half second. Kakashi knew the unbearable feeling of helplessness and weakness. Boy did he hate it. He didn't like that feeling.

This ominous and imposing being that never spoke nor did anything, was now slowly walking towards him with loud and heavy footsteps.

Each step he took, the ground shaked and the gloaming feeling of fear grew bigger and bigger. 'What is he going to do? I can't fight him. If I do, I'll die and if I don't, I'll die as well.' Between the two choices, he'd rather fight to the death, but if he takes even a small step from this position, his chakra will be sucked away from him. He had no chance. His fate is sealed.

"Hello Kakashi, would you like to have a second shot at life?" the ominous being monotonously asked.

Kakashi cautiously looked up, and he was amazed at what he saw. The painting of the statue came to life, from the dull grey concrete colors to the bright and beautiful red and golden color of his imperial cloak.

The embroidery of the dragon robe had not only dragons but phoenixes and the branches of cherry blossoms. He was as tall as the heavens and his arms stretched for a thousand miles. He held a staff that was as tall as himself, and his hair was swift and long reaching his feet, because of this Kakashi could not see his face.

The being knew of this, so he crouched down and when he did, Kakashi wanted to pass out right then and there. The being had a face so red one could mistake it as blood, he had three eyes, one at the forehead and two below it.

He had horns on both sides of his mouth and head. When he smiled it was as if he was looking at the Demon King of Hell himself.

Kakashi just stared at him with his mouth agape.

The being chuckled then laughed at his reaction. His voice too, rumbled the room, making bits and cracks from the ceiling fall again.

"So, do you want to have a second chance, Kakashi?" hearing his name, he composed himself. "Well then, what do you suggest? Demon." He politely asked. The Demon, smiled again, sending chills down Kakashi's spine.

"You could be young again. A twelve-year-old, to be exact. Meet your old friends, your sensei, save the shinobi world, and yourself. Maybe this time you could relieve yourself of the pain that has been haunting and latching onto you since that day."

Kakashi paused and contemplated the words coming from this Demon. "I suppose that could work, but no thank you. It is their sacrifices that helped me grow. I'm perfectly content with my life now." He curtly said.

The Demon, however, didn't have any plans on letting him go. He needed him to get back in time. He was getting desperate, running out of ideas. Until something came to mind. Sakura.

He brought her back to life again and put her in the past, where they would meet again. Perhaps he could use her as leverage to convince him to go back in time.

"Are you sure? Sakura is waiting for you." Kakashi's eyes looked like it's about to walk out of his skull, at the mere mention of her name.

"What the hell is that supposed to mean?" he asked, tone rising, chakra flaring, and his aura was out of control. Kakashi Hatake is angry, angrier than he's ever been. The name Sakura Harano has become taboo in the land of Fire. No one says her name so casually.

But that wasn't the only thing that came to mind, he thought of the possibility of this Demon being the one responsible for taking the love of his life away from him.

The Demon took advantage of this situation. "I can send even the deadest of man through time and space. Maybe even grant them some cheat abilities, but that's only if they deserve it or if I want to. Anyhow, are you sure you won't take this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity?"

"No." Kakashi bluntly but firmly said. The Demon got agitated by his response, but soon calmed himself down after realizing that some humans were a lot more difficult to gauge and break than others.

'Kakashi, is already a broken man, with nothing else left to tempt him. Maybe that stupid book would, but that won't be enough. The only hope is Sakura. The girl he fell in love with. Stupid, love is stupid, humans are foolish but at least they're predictable. They also must get together, so that their child, no weapon could be born.' He thought with seriousness until another problem came to mind.

'ARG! THAT FREAKING FAKE GOD WILL BE INVOLVED THOUGH! The child must be born so that once it grows it could be the greatest weapon to take down the false God! But he keeps interfering! I have restarted the cycle 500 times already. Since the child (if they have) and the wife keeps on dying! This time that fake ass God and those wretched dogs of his will not interfere again! I have to make sure of it. Which enchantment will work….OH! That's right all is not lost. That could work. No that will work.'

"Say, Samsara." The Demon ordered. Kakashi unconsciously said it with a lifeless and a robotic voice. However, after 2 seconds he went back to normal.

"Samsara? Isn't that the Buddhist cosmology on the 6 or 7 realms of rebirth?" he muttered to himself. "Yes." The demon replied.

'Why did I say that? What is the reason for it?' he thought to himself. The Demon smirked. 'Why didn't I think of that before? Have I gone rusty because of old age? I'm only 500 billion years old. I'm not that old, right? Whatever. Aright, let's try it.'

"So will you take the deal?"

"Huh? I already said no. Besides, aren't demons famous for their lies. I would be a fool to take a deal from the devil." Kakashi added, however, confusion was written all over his face. 'What?'

"Didn't you're sensei or father ever tell you that provoking the enemy is never a good idea? Unless you're stronger than them? In this case, you're weaker than me by 1/100,000 kid. I may not be God himself but I am the ruler of the sixth realm." Kakashi sucked in some air and saliva. He didn't even know why he reacted the way he did before. He acted like a child, not an experienced war veteran or even a Hokage!

"You must be confused, right?" Kakashi simply stared at him, but his look of slight confusion and curiosity did not go unseen by the sharp eyes of the devil.

"The transformation has begun! You'll die soon. But don't worry, you'll be a twelve-year-old again. Kakashi Hatake~." The Demon announced as his voice began to fade. Kakashi was horrified. His eyes and face were frozen, he looked angry yet scared.

He looked like he wanted to fight back but couldn't find the courage to. He was petrified and furious at the same time.

The last thing he saw before everything went dark was the smile of the Demon no Devil. His sinister and sadistic smile reached and stretched up to the limits of his eyes.

Truly, an enemy Kakashi never expected to meet in this lifetime.
