34 Punishment

"I can't believe everything that happened today," Sabrina sighed. Her head was currently in a big mess right now due to the big revelation that happened just a half hour ago.

"Yeah, me neither. I never knew Kevin had that grudge towards you, I mean, all of us were getting along with each other so well. Gosh! I was almost framed up today!" Jessica stomped her foot on the floor.

"Since when did you know about this Alex?" Sabrina turned her head to look at the man sitting beside her.

"Few days ago," he answered, "When you guys just finished practicing your lines together, I accidentally overheard him talking on the phone," he added. Alexander then, brought out his phone and played the voice file he recorded the day he heard Kevin talking on the phone.

As soon as he pressed play, Kevin's voice was heard.

"I clearly told you to beat Sabrina to death! But how is she here alive and well!?" they heard Kevin shout, "Well then you batted the wrong person! She's here alive, walking, with not a single bruise on her body! You already failed the first time! You better fix this or I won't pay you a single cent!"

"He's insane!" Jessica blurted out.

"I can't digest this," Sabrina said, her eyes staring across the room blankly.

"Oh yeah, I suddenly remembered! There was this one day where Kevin approached me and informed me that Sabrina won't make it to the shooting that day, so when I saw Sabrina I was shocked to see her attend that day," Director Walker told them.

"My mind can't take this, I need some rest," Jessica rubbed her forehead, displaying her stress from today.

"You guys should probably go, Sabrina still needs rest," Alexander spoke.

"Yeah, we better get going. I also have a lot of things to explain the producers," Director Walker stood up and walked towards his niece, "I'll come by visit you next time," he said then patted Sabrina on the head.

"Uncle, please don't mention anything about this to my parents. You know they're a little, you know... over acting?" Sabrina said then smiled.

"Okay, okay, I won't tell. I'll go now," he smiled at her.

"I'm glad you're okay, if not I'd probably kill myself now," this time it was Jessica who walked towards Sabrina. She still felt guilty for accidentally shooting Sabrina.

"It's not your fault Jessica, you were just an escape goat," Sabrina held her hand and clasped it firmly and smile at her.

"We'll go now, get well soon Sab," both Director and Jessica bid her goodbye.

As soon as they left, Sabrina turned to Alex, "What do you plan to do to Kevin? Why did you send him to an asylum?" she asked him. She didn't understand why he sent Kevin there instead of the police.

"He belongs there," Alexander answered her casually.

"But you know what an asylum is Alexander,"

"I'm well aware baby," he said then stood up to kiss Sabrina on the forehead, "Sleep now, I'll get Kenzie and Grey to look after you," he told her.

"Why? Are you going somewhere?" she raised his brows at him.

"Have to handle some things," he bended down to kiss Sabrina on the lips, "Sleep now baby, I'll see you later," he whispered on her lips. He pulled away then turned around to leave.

Atascadero State Hospital.

"Get me out of here! I'm not crazy!" Kevin shouted at the small window on his cell door, "Can't you hear me! I'm not crazy!" she shouted once again.

Suddenly, the cell door burst opened. Kevin was thrown back due to the strong impact.

The nurse rushed towards him and threw a strong punch on his face. Kevin coughed blood because of it.

"You're being too noisy you prick!" the male nurse cursed at him.

"Let me out! I don't belong here!" Kevin stood up but the nurse pushed him hard and his body was thrown to the floor. The nurse slowly walked towards him and sat down in front of him. He held Kevin's hair and pulled it back with force. Kevin groaned in pain.

The nurse smiled at him, "Nobody cares if you don't belong here," his smile widened.

"But I'm not crazy! Let go!" Kevin held the man's arm that was pulling his hair.

"Then I'll make you crazy," the man chuckled then threw another punch on Kevin's face.

The man was really strong that it made Kevin's head spin. Weakly, he tried to pull himself up but the man threw a powerful kick on his stomach. Kevin instantly vomited blood and groaned in pain. He held his stomach and curled himself on the floor.

"This was just 5% of what Kenzie experienced and yet you, a man, can't even take this much?" a mocking voice was heard from the door.

"Mr. Grande," the nurse greeted.

"Get him up and bring him to the basement," Alexander said then turned around to leave.

"Come on boy, this will be fun!" the nurse picked Kevin's weak body up and dragged him to the basement.

Arriving at the basement, the nurse placed Kevin on a chair. Then he pushed a big barrel filled with water in front of him.

"You can leave now," Alexander told the nurse.

"But.."

Alexander glared at him. The nurse immediately excused himself and turned around to leave. Alexander grabbed another chair and placed it in front of Kevin. He sat down and looked at the pitiful man before him.

"What do you want from me?" Kevin asked him, looking at his eyes.

"Simple," Alexander showed his sinister smile, "Tell me who ordered you to do this," he told him.

Kevin's eye grew a little in shock, but immediately hid it, "This was all my plan, what are you talking about?" he asked him, raising his brows.

"You know there are two types of people I hate the most in this world, Liars and Celebrities," Alexander said then pulled Kevin up and dragged him in front of the barrel.

"My patience isn't that long, last question. Who ordered you to do this?" Alexander asked seriously.

"I don't know what you're talking about!" Kevin shouted.

Suddenly, Alexander held Kevin by his hair and pushed Kevin's head inside the barrel, his face submerged in the water. He tried to pull himself out, but Alexander was much stronger than him. He forced his head deeper into the water.

After 10 seconds, Alexander pulled him out. Kevin was coughing water and was chasing his breath.

"Who told you to do this?" Alexander asked him once more, but Kevin didn't respond.

Alexander, once again drowned him in the barrel longer than the first one. He pulled him back up again and said, "I don't mind doing this all day Mr. Hush, talk now or I'll keep going," Alexander said, looking at Kevin with his murderous eyes. He showed him his sinister smile which made Kevin tremble a little.

"Fine.. Fine.. I'll t-talk." Kevin said between his breaths. He was struggling to breathe right now with all the water he drank from the barrel.

When Alexander first discovered that Kevin was the one behind all of this, it didn't make sense to him. Why would he go and kill Sabrina just for a stolen role? He, of all people, should know that the entertainment industry is a battle field among artists.

Getting the background check, Alexander knew that Kevin wasn't a stupid person. He wasn't the type of person to do this kind of thing, unless he was emotionally manipulated. Someone used his girlfriend's death to manipulate him and make him do this things. Alexander had a strong feeling about it.

"That's all the information I can give you, now will you please let me go?" Kevin pleaded Alexander. He didn't want to stay in this asylum anymore, it will drive him crazy hearing the laughs and cries of the patients inside.

Alexander turned of the recording gadget he used to record their whole conversation then turned to look at Kevin, "I'm sorry but I never said I'll let you go." Alexander smiled at him the stood up from his seat. He clapped his hands and instantly the nurse from earlier came to them.

"Bring him back to his cell," Alexander instructed.

"Yes Sir," the nurse said and went to pick up Kevin.

"No! Let me go! Mr. Manager please let me go!" Kevin shouted, but Alexander didn't mind him and just continued to walk out of the basement.

Inside his car, Alexander dialed a number, "CEO Javier, I have a good news to deliver to you," he said.

"Oh please, just call me Uncle, CEO Javier is too formal," the man from the other line chuckled, "What is the news you want to tell me?" he asked.

"I'll tell you later, but I want to ask you a question first," Alexander said.

"Sure, what is it?"

"How good is your relationship with your younger brother?" Alexander asked, his gaze darkening.
