Chapter 9: My Shasha

(Kyle's POV Continuation)

"Wuuu~"

I was still in my dreamy land, seeing a family of seven belonged only to me and my new mate, but with a little noise my beautiful dream broke. I opened my eyes and saw my mate was twisting on my bed.

'May be she'll wake up soon!'

I thought and sat up from lying position, even though I was still sleepy and want to continue my beautiful, happy dream.

But I decided against it. As I wanted to see how she would react after seeing me, that she suddenly got a mate after she woke up.

And I also wanted to see if she would despise me as a mate if she saw her mate is a weakling and ugly beast, when suddenly a thought crossed in my mind.

'She'll never despise me the way I'm!'

I was shocked when that thought came to me. Like how? I never had any kind of thought like this before whenever I had gone to propose to a Shasha before. Then why now?

"Wuu~" I saw my Shasha found another comfortable position on my bed and she kicked away the animal skin that was on her to a side.

At that time, I didn't why and how but my body reacted to her little movements even though she was just sleeping.

Well, she continued to sleep and didn't woke up. But my sleep was ling broken and wasn't going to come soon. It's not her fault though as being a hunter beast who have been trying to find a worth inside of me, I had been training myself like that.

So, just with a little noise and my sleep would be out of my body.

I was also wondering what kind of beast this little Shasha of mine was, which I decided to ask her after she wakes up. But...

'She's so cute! I want to see her sleeping all the time!'

So I decided to watch her more and suddenly another thought occupied my mind.

I slowly went near her and placed my mouth near her neck. But I regretted it the very next moment as her skin appeared so soft and sweet to my mouth and tongue. I could even feel the burning sensations all over my body while by beastly part stood up straight even though I was in my beast form.

So, my plan to lightly bite her was unintentionally changed to a deep bite as I momentarily lost control of myself. I swear I didn't mean it and my regret went to the peak when my face was hit strongly by a heavy thing.

I was shocked when I properly saw that the heavy thing that hit me earlier was none other than her small little fist.

'Am I weaker than a Shasha?' That was the first thought that came to my mind, while I slowly sat down on my two back legs.

'Gosh! So painful! I feel like I've lost my smelling senses! Oh my poor nose!'

I had just shifted under the bed, whenI heard the yawning of a sweet voice, "Yo~"

'She's really having her sweet time, isn't she?' I thought as now that I had have marked her temporarily I could feel her current emotions which I badly wanted to know.

"Oh! This is the best sleep I ever had in my whole 25 years of life-time!" I heard her sweet voice again and felt her happy and satisfied emotions.

'So you're 25 now? 5 years younger than me, huh?'

"Well! Well! A good place in wild!" I heard her complimenting my place and my initial plan to come out soon was shifted to a momemt later as I wanted to keep on hearing her voice when I again heard her voice filled with doubt and curiosity, "Where am I?"

Then I felt her mixed emotions. Sometimes doubt, sometimes confusion, sometimes fear and then utlimarely happy when I was jolted by her sudden scream and almost hit my head with the back of the bed.

I subconsciously let out an angry growl and I sensed her fear and alertness again.

'Well, her features aren't like a normal Shasha! What has she experienced to have such a high alertness?' I wondered.

"Grrr~" My thoughts broke when I heard a low growl coming from her and I was sure she was hungry by now after sleeping for so long. Thankfully, I had got a game during this five day trip or who know how I would impress her?!

Thanks to Sofia that she had taught me few culinary skills when she was teaching others despite my ugliness. Now I can use it on my Shasha and she would be extremely happy to have such kind of food that she never had before.

So I decided to show myself now. Maybe she'll like me if I give her some food instantly. I was about to come out when I heard her sweet voice again.

"Well, little wolfie, hungry huh? Then let's go and grab something to satisfy you. Hmm?"

'So you really are a wolf?' I thought I was asking in my mind but my mouth had already uttered it.

I could feel her alertness which was never seen in any Shashas before. But instead of feeling a burden or curiosity, I somehow felt proud.

'Aww~ my Shasha is so unique! I want to lick her face now!' That was my immediate thought at the moment. And hence, I quickly came out from under the bed.

"Grrr~" Her stomach growled again and I could feel her embarrassment so I wanted to tease her and see what she would do. Would she be embarrassed or angry?

"Well, you don't need to be that suspicious of me in MY den, right?" I said and I could feel her embarrassment again.

'Hehe! It's so fun to tease her! I really want to keep her to myself!'

"Uhmm, well, if you don't mind can you show yourself first? I have some questions!" She asked.

I licked my beast lips as I said to her, "Sure, but why not move your legs a little to give others some space first, hmm?"

Well, I didn't mean to tease her tjis time, as her legs were really blocking the entrance of the bed stands but I felt her blushing as she stood up and gave me the access.

And when I came out and transformed into my two-legged form, I could feel her horror and fear.

'Is she afraid of me?' I also got scared. Not for her rejecting me but for her leaving me. I didn't want to let her go.

And when I sensed that she was about to scream, I quickly moved towards her to cover her mouth.

If she screamed her, it would echo loudly and my den might get destroyed. It wasn't like it matters but the food with which I would impress her, I couldn't let that get damaged, could I?

No! A big no!

"You really scream a lot, don't you? Now I understand why they were being grumpy after bringing you back!" I said.

Actually, I had my doubts earlier why the other leaders didn't take her but now that seeing that she almost screamed by opening such a big mouth that can fit my large fist, I was sure why they didn't take her.

If she screamed with such a big mouth, all the dens could have been destroyed by her now!

But I regretted it later! I shouldn't have scolded her, the first thing I did after meeting her face to face, as I sensed her fear.

'No! Don't be scared of me! Please!' My heart begged.

But everything was overturned when her lotus shaped black eyes met mine. I felt her attraction towards me as my nerves also started to become sensitive of our present situation. She's... She's in my arms and our bodies are in contact with each other... I... I really wanted to have her... now.

And I almost lost it the moment I saw her gulping while looking at me, but...

"Grrr-" Her stomach again growled, making us to drift apart from each other. I felt her nervousness and shyness as well as her excitement making me smile subconsciously.

I set the fire at the fire pit inside my den and started to roast the meat of my hunt there, just like how Sofia taught me.

But I couldn't concentrate well there, as I felt her heart beating faster and without my consent my mouth had already formed the words of my mind, "You look quite happy, Shasha! Mind sharing what's in your mind?"

And I didn't quite understand but as soon as I asked her, I felt that her heart started to beat faster and faster. For a moment, I got scared as I thought she might be having a heart attack, so I asked her concernly as I made her sit beside me which she obeyed automatically, "Hey, Shasha! Are you okay?"

"Well...uhm.. sorry for getting distracted! What is this place again?" She asked me in her sweet voice and I couldn't help but glance at her whole body.

She wasn't looking that beautiful at the present but by her voice, I could tell that her heart was the kindest of all Shashas here and there.

"This is Tetrad tribe!" I answered and I saw her eyes widened with a surprise and excitement.

'Have she heard of our tribe before?' I thought. But then again, since Sofia's culinary skills and new food inventions made our tribe a little well-known among other tribes, it wasn't that difficult to hear about our tribe.

"Judging from your reactions, it appears like you know about this tribe!" I saw her nodding her head repeatedly which appeared quite cute, so I continued to praise our tribe, hoping she would take a fancy to me too, "Well, then I guess, our tribe has really made a name this time! Sofia is really awesome!"

She again spaced out in her thoughts and I took it as her considering of having a mate in our tribe. I hoped she would choose me by herself and voice it out first.

While we're talking, the meat was already roasted well. I cooled it a little before seasoning it and placed it near her. She didn't take it instantly, so I placed it near her mouth and nose. She shifted a little and squatted beside me leaving only a fist distance between us. She hungrily ate the meat and I was sure she liked it.

"Slow down! No one will snatch your food from you" She was eating so fast that I decided to remain her as I chuckled a little for her cuteness.

Well, it doesn't matter if they snatch my food from me or not! As they will be the ones who will be at lose!" She said confidently without looking up from her food.

But her last line really gave birth to my extreme curiosity.

'They will be the ones who will be at lose! How can she confidently say that? And looking at her closely, she's not joking! I was sure of that!'

So I couldn't help but ask, "Really?"

Then she told me sonethings about acupoints that I had have never heard. I was really confused but I wanted to learn about that thing from her more! So I inquired more about that acupoint and believe me I regretted my questions very much!

As the next moment, she moved her hands and touched my chest.

Numbness that was what I felt.... then the next moment a suffocation and pain as I tried to move my limbs.

The meat that I was eating while talking to her, had long fallen from my hand.

"You- you! What did you do to me?" I growled as I felt a sudden anger was rising from my inside, as I felt she hurted my ego as a Shan!

Even though I hated to admit it at the moment, but with her this technique, anyone would be as confident as her.

"You? I'm telling you, if you don't free me this instant you're going to regret it! Grrrrrr-" I growled again as I saw her finishing eating her meat and turned to mine. I hadn't have eaten for almost like six to seven days for my hunt.

And even though, I had have taken her as mine, I couldn't just starve myself to see her eating her food along with mine.

'D*mn I'm hungry too!' I wanted to shout but my Shan ego stopped me.

And to make the things worst, she again moved her hands on a part of my body that I couldn't see and I couldn't voice out my words anymore.

'Oh no! Free me! Free me! Grrr~' Worst of all, I couldn't even growl. But then a thought came across my mind that almost made me wonder if I was a masochist or what! And the thought was:-

'My Shasha is the strongest Shasha! She's so unique and the best of all the Shashas! Oh, How much I want to mark her mine permanently!'

But with this thought I calmed down a lot when she moved her hands again and I was freed.

"Grrrrr~" The growl from earlier escaped from my mouth as my body automatically wanted to shift in my beast form.

I thought I was about to lose control and would attack her almost giving me a heart attack. But she stuffed a delicious thing in my mouth.

I swear it was the most delicious thing I ever tasted as my inner self calmed down and I began to eat it. But...

"Ahhhhh~mmhm"
