6 CHAPTER 5

Nylarizza Laven POV

I woke up and looked at my mate. I'm glad he's changed, well, to me at least. It was actually pretty quick that he changed towards me. He didn't seem to merciless to me otherwise I was only seeing one side of Zavier. I kissed his neck before getting out of his arms to continue to the kitchen. I pulled the Pumpkin bread that lay on the counter suspiciously.

Knew you would need this in the morning. Saw you and my brother together and decided not to bother. Just left your house peacefully.

-The best she-wolf in the entire pack.

I grabbed the loaf and moved back to the couch, where Zavier was still sleeping. I looked to the clock and found that it was five in the morning, a time nearly forbidden for my brain to wake up on. I frowned and stuffed some pumpkin bread in my mouth, and going into Zavier's- our-bedroom and slipping off my clothes to prepare to shift. To be honest, I couldn't sleep if I woke up in my human form, but my wolf can sleep almost in command. So I shifted and padded back down the stairs, laying next to Zavier's sleeping form and cuddling into his chest for warmth. I felt arms curling around my sides and a gasp left Zavier's lips in shock, but he embraced me a started to pet my head gently, making my eyes flutter back closed.

Though after a while, I felt that the petting stopped and my warmth changed. I looked back and saw a black wolf, sleeping beside me. Aria grinned deviously inside of me and I pushed her away, closing my eyes and gently falling to sleep.

The full moon is tomorrow and I found Zavier struggling to get off of me. Full moon is tomorrow and I definitely didn't want to get out of the house. Since the Blood Moon Pack was filled with more pure bloodlines, all the wolves are probably anxious. Zavier locked himself in his office, his bloodlines munching at his wolf. I decided to get my phone and play the Alexander Hamilton playlist on spotify as loud as I could.

"Excuse me, are you Aaron Burr, sir?"

"That depends, who's asking?"

"Oh sure, sir. I'm Alexander Hamilton, I'm at your service sir, I have been looking for you."

"I'm getting nervous."

I swayed my hips to the beat and danced around like I was each of the characters. Well, Alexander is in my mind. I continued to dance until the song, where Philip Hamilton died in a duel.

My wolf whinned and I started to cry. Darned wolf emotions during the full moon. Everything is harder on my brain during this time, and when Philip was shot, I shouted. "Philip no!" I heard thundering footsteps and then hands on my shoulders.

"Who the hell is Philip?" he growled, his lips against my ear and his hands crushing my shoulders. I winced and stared into his golden eyes. "Was he here?" he growled, his minty breath in my face.

"Philip Hamilton, died in the 1800s because of a duel," I explained, smirking. "In the play Alexander Hamilton."

He growls and let's go of my shoulders in realization of what I'm talking about. He kissed my forehead, then made a deep growl of lust. My eyes widened as I remembered about his extra heightened wolf control. His lips moved down my face and to my neck, his wolf fighting. I was frozen, Aria keeping me in place. Zavier moved his lips upward to my lips, our lips battling for dominance. But, his wolf kept wanting to move to my neck.

Well, he succeeded.

I felt his lip and suck on one spot before I panicked, but Zavier's hands snaked around my waist, holding me to him. His sharp canaines penetrated my soft, tender skin and I gasped as he bit harder, drawing blood. He marked me. Zavier marked me. He licked the bite until it was done bleeding and he pulled away, his golden eyes filled with pleasure, but his eyes also showing a small bit of regret.

"You marked me," I whisper breathlessly. He nodded, and held me close. "You marked me," I whisper again. Now I felt more attracted to him than before. He looked down at me with regret.

"I have to leave you, Riz," he stated softly, cupping my cheek. I look up at him with saddened eyes.

"Why?" I ask.

He sighs and digs his head in the nape on my neck. He inhales deeply. "The Amber Sky Pack having some problems and I was personally invited to discuss it before it further hurts the rest of the packs.

"Then why can't I go? That was my former pack, and my brother should be Beta by now, and I want to see him and-"

He put a hand over my mouth. "Only if you stay out of Alpha business, little mate. I don't want scare you." I narrow my eyes at him.

"Scare me? My mother died because of rogue wolves, her body being slaughtered in front of me, my father came back from a battle with the largest would down his sides and ribs, blood pouring down it. I have seen the light of battle where wolves drops like flies around you. I know what it feels like to be the only one alive from your troop, everyone else dead!" I growled.

Zavier raised his eyebrows, but then looked into my eyes with sincerity. I shrugged. "Just saying, you won't scare me, but i'll stay out of your business."

He nodded and kissed me softly before moving away and went back into his office. I, on the other hand, moved to the bathroom to see the bite he gave me. I reeked of mint and the bite was bright pink, pink surrounding the bid as well. I wiped it with a towel, letting my wolf healing ket it scar. Now his bite was permanently on my neck, forever binding me to Zavier.

I kept touching my mark so often, I knew I had to stop. It was like a magnet to Zavier, and everytime I touched it, a spark came from it. My scent had changed slightly, more towards Zavier's scent. More mint, and with three days if living in this pack, pine had become my over all scent besides my main vanilla scent that my mother brother told me about when I was nine. I guess that scent is my personal scent that wolves identify me by.

I was sitting on the couch at nine at night, watching movie. I knew that it was the third of July. The bread me all too sleepy, so I went up to bed, taking a quick shower before crawling into bed with just running shorts and a long shirt - I note that was actually mine this time. Of course, by the time I showered, I couldn't sleep a wink. I groaned and lifted myself from the bed and down to the kitchen, drinking some milk then trying to find some source of starch. Starch made me sleepy such as pasta, bread, and corn. Luckily, I found some leftover macaroni in the fridge and decided to eat the whole container. Mu wolf purred again like a cat at the cheesy, creamy taste of macaroni.
